My wife, who was the major decision maker, met with Amy to help with the large selections and the planning of each rooms flooring/tiling layout. Amy worked with my wife, helping her select high-end quality products while remaining within her allotted budget. For the living room, kitchen and dining room flooring she selected a grey and white porcelain planking tile called "Tigerwood". This is such a quality tile with a sophisticated look and we have had several family members and friends complement this stylish floor as they first enter our home. For the bathrooms we chose three different tile types. First, was Lindon Point in the color Grigio, the second choice was Davenport Ash, and the final tile selection was Regency Mica. Each one of these ceramic tiles complemented each bathroom by creating a beautiful neutral balance matched by the elegant shower and bathtub tile surround. The hardwood flooring chosen was a 4-inch maple, the color "natural" in a matte finish. This wood floor is extremely high quality with a gorgeous pattern. Our bonus room was carpeted in Shaw blocking pattern in the color silver. We also have received several complements on this carpet style. We decided to have a gas fireplace in our living room and it needed tile surrounding it. Classic Flooring again hit a homerun by suggesting Absolute Black polished granite tile and it looks amazing! Both Dino and Brian did a phenomenal job with our installation needs. Their attention to details and workmanship went beyond our expectation. So, if you are thinking about building a new home or simply adding flooring to your existing one, my wife and I would highly recommend Classic Flooring.

He made a huge mess throughout my house, porch, and driveway - well beyond the room he was working in, and it was left for me to clean. He damaged one of my walls and I had to repair it and repaint it myself. I came home one day to him shirtless and smoking a cigarette in my driveway, and another day he worked just an hour or two, with his child with him, then left to go to another job and my job ended up being pushed out passed the planned completion date. When I brought my concerns to Classic Flooring I asked for some concession on the cost of the job since it was a total of $5300 and $3200 of that was for labor alone, and clearly the labor was subpar. They offered me a $50 credit which was really not satisfactory or appropriate.

It's full of home furnishings like lights, mirrors, rugs, throw pillows, bedding, and various furniture, kitchen products like cookware and dinnerware, wall art that seems like it's printed from stock photos, loads of cheap seasonal decor, and very random food like chocolates you've never heard of, off-brand hot sauces, and random pickled produce. And there's stuff absolutely everywhere, quite literally overflowing from bins. For me, all I see here is store full of things that will eventually end up in the landfill. As a person who is overstimulated easily, errs on the side of minimalism, and makes purchases intentionally, this is not a shopping experience for me.

After numerous attempts, we all agreed the chair would not make it into our living room. The only other possibility was through the house to an outside patio and back into the house through French doors not accessible during winter any other way. With over three feet of snow in the backyard, I expected we'd have to wait until Spring. The men from Pierce offered to carry the chair across the backyard through very deep snow! It was "over and above the call of duty." They were amazing...extremely careful, and took shoes off before walking through the house. This has been our second purchase (previous, leather couch) from Pierce and we have been very pleased.

I've gone back to Devoe to resolve this problem "4 times now" and they have done nothing. I have brought them strips of my floor and pictures. Each time I've been told that it will cost me $ to get the floor assessed to see if it is actually faulty so I shouldn't bother. I'm confident that a few tiles were defective and reassured them that I have no problem with the assessment fee and yet I here nothing back from them. At this point it is clear that they are not going to honor the lifetime guarantee. this is not the kind of place to do business with. Other than the few faulty tiles, it would be a great floor. So my wife explained to her that we're building a home down in Wilmington, North Carolina and we need everything we need bedroom sets we need Furniture for our living room. We need a dining room tables. We need everything and the woman immediately went too well we are a privately own store. You're gonna have to go to the factory store in North Carolina and order everything there and they can deliver it to your house. We don't do deliveries that far not knowing not knowing we weren't asking for anything anything to be delivered that we will be taking a U-Haul truck right here here from Maine And bringing our furniture that we're buying in addition to other stuff that we need to bring down to Wilmington so we said OK. She said you're more than welcome to look at anything here if you want to and you know and then you'll know what you need down there so my wife said OK that sounds great and so she said we'll have at it and she walked off on us and basically I said to my wife there's no commission here that she can see because she thinks that we're looking to have it Delivered so therefore she walked off on us. We do deliver because we do nationwide deliveries however are you going to want it delivered there or are you going to be picking it up here and being Brent brought down we said we can do either or it does not matter. She said OK whatever works works best for you and we then selected our entire furnishings, Sofa, Bedroom set for Primary bedroom as well as the guest room, bar stools for breakfast bar, dining room table and chairs, two swivel chairs, coffee table with two end table for bedrooms, cabinet to sit below tv on the wall, we put the complete order in and paid for everything $14,786.46 and we were done. This woman at West Elm was a true professional and took the time to ask questions rather than assume we wanted or expected everything delivered to Wilmington unlike the woman at La-Z-Boy. Shame on the sales rep at La-Z-Boy. I would never ever buy nothing from La-Z-Boy again for the way I was treated today and intend to share this all over social media and with all my huge network of friends.
