Days passed and I got sidetracked with another deadline. In a panic I decided to go straight to a number of engravers because my project would have to be put on an express track to be done on time. VisionCraft was not my closest option distance wise but because of my phone conversation with Brett this business was my first stop. I am so glad I went! He exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire drive to this business was spent conjuring Plan B because I really didn't expect my first choice to be possible. Brett received me warmly and promptly gave me his full attention. We discussed my ideas and he was honest about what was possible and what was not, which I appreciated. I doubted that anyone could make my vision a reality in the timeframe that I needed and within my budget. He made it all happen with time to spare. The end result was a set of personalized acrylic frames exactly how I had envisioned them and that I could afford. He is truly a master at what he does, a perfectionist in his work and an honest business person that I will return to with my list of gifts that I would like personalized because I know he will produce the best I could hope for.
