AMAZING!!! I was in a store looking to get a plaque engraved for a picture frame but they didn't have the right length. Someone told me I could go to a trophy store and they would be able to cut the length I want. I googled and Crown Trophy was closest to me. If you need a plaque or a trophy anywhere in Maryland (or the DMV area), this is the place to go!!! I called at 4pm on Thursday asking if they could make me an acrylic plaque and 4 wooden plaques by Friday. I spoke with Nino on the phone and he was very patient as I had no idea what I really wanted. He walked me through their website so I could see the actual products and he patiently explained how I could also imprint a logo for a one time charge of $25. He even agreed to email me proofs in the morning but needed them approved by noon. Even after they sent me the proofs, I asked for a name change and for them to add some decorative flourishes around the recipient's name...they picked the flourish and it turned out PERFECT!!! I've been working with this company for over 15 years! They have ALWAYS worked with me to get exactly what I need and to make sure I get it when needed. They are professional and everyone that I have encountered has been very helpful and accommodating! Please don't do the same thing that I did to them...but I found out on a Thursday night that I needed 7 awards by Monday morning.
