Absolute worst service. I spent close $200 and was going to order more, thankful I didnt. I had a hard time communicating with them, the live chat wasn't friendly, I finally had a rep email me with no solution, then of all things when I wasn't happy with the product and the mistake they made (they told me a sign would be acylic but it came in foam core...they didn't offer to problem solve. I had to call in 3 days in a row to get a package rerouted just for it to show up at the wrong location anyway. I placed an order on their website for a few display cases. Five days later, I received an e-mail requesting a wire transfer because "information" could not be verified. This immediately raised a red flag as I know there is no easy way to receive a refund when paying via wire transfer. I spoke to a representative on the phone and a representative on their online live chat - neither could tell me what information needed to be verified. The online live chat representative just ended up disconnecting from the chat when I started asking additional questions. It was a terrible customer service experience. What online retailer doesn't accept credit cards? I ended up having to cancel my order. read more

I couldn't be more unhappy with Displays2Go, and if I could give it a negative rating, I would. First, I ordered two retail counter display cabinets online. I ordered them thinking they would come assembled. I was wrong (and the specifications do say that). So on this score, it's all on me. BUT, thinking I was ordering assembled cabinets, I paid nearly $700 for white glove delivery--for the assembled cabinets to be taken into my store and uncrated, with packing materials removed. A two-person job, as stated on the shipping/freight papers. What I got were nine boxes and one delivery person, who could do nothing more than bring the boxes into the store. $700 for that!!! I called customer service. They offered not one penny back on the white glove shipping. Nothing, zero, zip, nada. So here's my biggest gripe: if everything is unassembled, why offer white-glove delivery in the first place? What's the point? Knowing how absurd and financially obscene this service is for unassembled pieces, such requests should generate a red flag to Customer Service. They, in turn, should contact the customer in such cases and verify that white-glove delivery is indeed what they want. So, in short, I paid more than $1,100 for two unassembled display cases that are no better than what I can get from Store Supply Warehouse. My recommendation to others? Buy from Store Supply. They sell assembled products and will deliver them inside. Now, I'm off to spread more bad reviews of this rip-off company. (And...because I specified white-glove delivery, my order took 10 days to be delivered from Rhode Island to the coast of North Carolina. And I had to dog it every step of the way, as no one communicated anything, ever. The company didn't even send an email notifying me the cabinets had been shipped.) read more

If ever shopping at Displays2Go for an iPad mini kiosk for social media sharing, proceed with caution! I bought one last week, and it arrived in 3 boxes. After speaking with D2G, my model is apparently a mish-mash of 3 different models. Therefore, there are 3 different sets of instructions, all of which give only minimal direction (was it made in Taiwan?). There are also no instructions included to assemble the pole to the base. I called D2G for help, but the rep I spoke with has no idea about the product. So, I spent $150 on something that I cannot assemble due to piss-poor craftsmanship and company customer relations. I would not recommend using D2G if you're ever in the market for a social media sharing kiosk. read more

I ordered five 8.5" x 11" frames, four of which arrived broken. They arrived packed very strangely with one frame packed in a big box with tons of bubble wrap and well protected, and four packed in a box they barely fit in with no wrapping / protection. When I called Lucy took care of it. No questions asked, replacements arrived in under a week, didn't have to go through the drill of shipping the damaged frames back. The easy and friendly replacement service gets them high marks, even if they may need a little QA on the packing. read more

This company has good prices but if you order the wrong size like I did, forget about returning it. In my case I only paid 31.87 for the flag case plus shipping. However I ordered the wrong size case, I had the larger size flag. When ordering they only give the flag size on the front of the order. If you go into specifications then you can get dimensions. I didn't see that. Long story short got the wrong one. Went to send it back and the shipping was 29.00 dollars. Called to see if I could get there shipping price. Big Fat No. Decided to sell or donate it. Not only to they not help with the return shipping but they charge a 20% restocking fee. So my advice go to Michaels, I understand they have them there. Wish I would have known that. After writing this review, the company called me and credited me for the cost of the flag case. I gave a better rating after that. I would still be aware of the return policy. They did make it right though. read more

I have used Displays2Go for many years and many projects. My most recent order was one that contained a large metal piece held together by a small plastic piece, within the first year this piece snapped and I was told the only way to fix it is to buy a completely new product. I would suggest always and only ordering items through Amazon as Amazon has customer service unlike anyone else and Displays2Go lacks in the customer service department and also only offers warranty within the first 3 months even though often times you are ordering items for display pieces that may only get used a few times a year so within 3 months you may not even be using the product, so by the time you use it if something happens, they hold no responsibility and will not help you. With displays and projects of this size, you would think more help would be put in place or sturdier equipment. Regardless, I will use Amazon or other services from here on out and am done with Displays2Go due to their lack of help, warranty, or long lasting equipment. read more

I used the website and not the store. I should have looked here first. We got the racks that we were going to use for in-boxes and they didn't work. It says that they hold 8.5 wide, but my folders didn't fit in them and they are not 8.5 wide... more like 8.15 wide. They are not stable on the wall and seemed far too flimsy to take the abuse that magazine racks would take, which is why I got magazine racks and not other kind of file holders in the first place. No prob, I thought! I would just return them like they say we can do. Nope. The price to ship them back was as much as it was to buy them in the first place. When I called to see what they could do about that, I was told that it said that they didn't help with shipping for return products. Fair enough, but the price that they quoted for me to get them shipped to me was over $100 less than it would have cost me to ship them back. When I have dealt with their customer service all I have gotten is a big bunch of 'nope'. So now I am stuck with 4 boxes of magazine racks that I can't do anything with and a ticked off boss. I had ordered a side walk poster stand. One that has a tank to fill with water to hold it in place. The 'lenses' (clear plastic) film that cover the poster frayed around the edges within a few weeks. We have had quite some inclimate wind and weather during that time. I used Displays2go last year, and things went smoothly. They were friendly and helpful. This year my CEO suggested a closer vendor, but I opted for Displays2go based on my previous experience. I called and outlined my needs/timeline for an upcoming conference. Since timing was close, I even volunteered to drive down to approve proofs in person to meet our schedule. After my order, I was handed off to Chahlynn Monast. Working with Chahlynn was frustrating at best. She was rude and condescending from the beginning. She seemed to introduce roadblocks not help. I called to express frustration but still had to work with her. I like to think our vendors are working with us as a team not against us. I felt she was adding undue stress and delays, actively working to reject artwork bit by bit. The signs were fine, the price was good, but the customer service experience was awful. This company has very poor customer service policies. I purchased a display case but when it arrived, it was too short to accommodate my display. No problem, I thought. I'll simply exchange it for the taller item I saw on the website. Wrong. It turns out that there is no exchange policy. I had to return the item with my own shipping expenses, get charged a 20% restocking fee, and buy the correct item. When I complained, I was able to get a Supervisor to waive my restocking charge provided I purchased the correct item from them. So I did that. I sent them the tracking number for the return shipment, proof of my correct purchase, and asked that the full amount of my original order be refunded onto my credit card. At that point I was informed I would only be getting back the cost of the original item, not the shipping charges. If I would have know that, I would have just taken the hit for the 20% restocking fee and washed my hands clean of this company. I would not recommend doing business with Displays2Go. They seem to greatly embrace the motto of "let the buyer beware." Their policies and procedures focus on making it difficult to do business rather than easy to do business. There are too many other choices out there. Stay away from this company. read more
