    Our beautiful Displays2Go case

    We are delighted with our new Displays2Go case and with the service we received. As a final step in our remodel, we selected this case for our mineral collection. The adjustable illumination and movable shelves are perfect for showcasing these specimens. The power cord exits the case through the bottom which enabled us to orient the doors to the front. This made installing the specimens much easier. We are also delighted with the customer support team. The first display case arrived with concealed scratches on one door. The two customer service representatives with whom we worked were professional and courteous. They resolved the issue quickly. We are a very happy customer. Thank you, Displays2 Go Team!

    As a professional business consultant, I am working with plenty of vendors. Therefore, I need to say I am more than drastically disappointed in Displays2Go they not only provide 0% customer service past their '90-Day-Policy' but also don't have quality products. The unit we bought (for $197) in March broke in October, in the attempt to use it for the 4th time only. That is sheer unacceptable. If a company cannot provide quality products, they should at least provide quality service to offset that issue, or provide quality products in the first place to be able to put less focus on customer service. However, being deficient in both is not a great user experience and I will never again recommend any Start-Up to use this vendor. My recommendation: Find a better company!!!

    Dealing with displays2go has been nothing but a headache. Each of my orders arrived either with a damaged packaging or damaged product. Their product description does not clearly specify how the product will arrive and in what packaging. In my experience one of the products ordered was a bulky non collapsible 3 tier stand. The item was impossible to to transport to my next trade show so i requested a return dur to the challenges of transport a huge lenthy item but turns out the original box the item arrived in was destroyed. making it impossible to send it back. I ask if they could provide a box on my expense and they were unable to assist. I went everywhere looking for a box for this item. No one had a box thay could be a good fit. I had to leave behind the item with a distributor of ours while we could find a box. I called back a month past their return policy expressing that we finally were able to package this item. but Unfortunately they claim that its past the 30 return window and no exceptions could be made. It seems that the customer has to be patient with their mistakes,(i ordered an item that they got wrong 3 times). But when you need thier support or flexibility they are never available to help us solve the challenges they create with poorly packaged products, unrelaible customer service (each time you call you get a different person, no one has a direct line, or ignoring messages). This is upsetting because instead of making my job easier when ordering thier products. It was so challenging and complicated to deal with their products that are not event friendly. Not sure why they call themselves Displays2go. I regret doing business with them. Never again.

    We have only used the product for one conference with enormous difficulty, and now the product is rendered unusable because the carrying case is damaged. If this product were accurately portrayed in Displays2Go online specifications, we never would have ordered it, and would have opted for a lighter, more travel-friendly product. UPDATE: The company has addressed our concerns and conceded that customer service could have been initially more responsive. That is definitely something.

    Partial display case since we're missing the shelves and top

    Ordered a glass display case for my office, first shipment came in everything came in right unfortunately 4 pieces of glass were shipped together and of course the top price was broken (so we had to dispose of it). I called customer service they were great and said no problem we'll get the replacements out to you. Week 2 - second shipment comes and it's the completely wrong pieces so now I have 4 doors and 4 side pieces (only need 2). Called customer service and he apologizes and says the correct pieces will be out and even confirmed w me the pieces. Week 3- third shipment comes in and it's the right pieces (4 pieces of glass for shelves and top) that again were shipped together with barely any padding and it's broken again. Thankfully the carrier noticed it and I refused the shipment. Called customer service frustrated and he said he's can give me a refund or we can try one more time. We have the whole thing put up so I said let's try one more time. Week 4- fourth shipment comes in and it's the doors and side pieces (which now I have 6 of each). Called to get my refund and now I have to dispose of the thing myself. Very unfortunate because we were excited about the display.

After two weeks I called and they had not sent anything but explained there was family struggles (and they lied telling me they sent it, which they definitely did not). Whatever, I'm patient, but they provide an unprepared quote with error. Finally quote gets fixed and I'm told proofs will be to me by Monday. Monday comes and nothing. Tuesday I get proofs that look like a high schooler made them on Microsoft paint. This is the 3 weeks after drop off. They tell us we have a date the next day, but yet they can't even get me proper proofs. Called EVERY day to finally get a call back. No accountability, just excuses and them encouraging me to have them print, well no because how can I trust the print to go forward when the proof and quote were underprepared. Sure there's ups and downs in life, but if you aren't in top of your game, then acknowledge it and make it right. They missed two dates that they gave me! Had to pick up the shirts and after 3 weeks starting over for a more professional experience with a company I can trust to get it done right and hold on to their dates.
