Terrible experience with this store. I ordered a number of uniforms that they said would be in…read morewithin a week...over two weeks later I went elsewhere. I notified them of this in person and they were polite about it..UNTIL they call me roughly 5 hours later and say the pants came in and to take my business elsewhere from now on, and hang up on me. I couldn't believe how rude they were, I called back to explain and the gentleman there says, "SON, I DON'T CARE!!!, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!" Then hung up again. Well I plan on doing just that. In closing, don't waste your time. I thought I found a reliable uniform source, but this is not the place.

The problem was that he made it very evident that he did not have time to speak with me by hastily asking what I needed. I quickly told him my specs and was told to email the owner with my request and the owner would get back to me. I would have taken the email and POSSIBLY sought their service had he shown some interest in attracting more customers. Hopefully the owner is a little more cordial and attentive.

Gary was able to take our custom designed fonts and logos and match them perfectly to create screen printed t-shirts and hoodies in a variety of different colors and styles. We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations. We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done. Straight Stitch has the highest quality product, in the quickest turnaround time, for completely reasonable prices. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!
