Interesting concept nestled right in the Providence Place Mall!…read more A hands-on, crafty shop in an upscale city mall- great idea! My husband planned this stop on Mother's Day as a surprise. I did a paint drip activity. Not a lot of choices. Basically, 3 designs in small, medium and large. The person working was not really interested in helping. They did briefly walk me through the process and sent me on my way. They could have been more helpful. I did leave my project for a few days to dry. The finished products in store were displayed ready for pick up in a really nice box. I went back a few days later to pick up my item. Easy in and out.

TuTugether offers projects like tufting, decoden, and pouring art for enthusiasts of all ages…read more There is a TuTugether location in Boston and one in Providence. TuTugether in Providence is located Level 2 near macy's and is next to Starbucks at Providence Place Mall. I made an online reservation for 2 on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 5:00pm and made a deposit of $10 which is a partial payment toward the project's total cost and will be deducted at checkout in store - no hidden fees or double charges. My friend and I walked into TuTugether and were greeted by a staff member. We told her we had a reservation and informed her that I wanted to do pouring over a large bunny and my friend wanted to decorate an iPhone case. The staff member asked my friend which iPhone she had and then asked her to double check it fits her phone. Then, the staff member gave us instructions on how to do each craft and just let our creativity take over. For pouring art, I chose 4 acrylic paint colors and poured them over the large bunny. The colors flow and blend into unique and abstract patterns. Pouring is simple and straightforward. I just had to make sure not to miss any spots. My friend chose the charms and icing to decorate her phone case. There were many options for charms. We took our time and the whole process took about 40 minutes. Prior to checkout, the staff member asked if we took a picture of our project. It takes 2 days for the acrylic paint and the iPhone case to dry and to take home. The time we spent doing the activity went by quickly and we had a lot of fun completing the project. I went back on Saturday to pickup our projects. The staff member asked me for a picture of our projects and she grabbed it for me. The projects look great. My large bunny was packed in such a beautiful carrying case. Overall, this was such a great activity to do with friends and a great date night activity. It is also very kid-friendly. I highly recommend and looking forward to doing other activities at TuTugether.

That's fine. So we decide to go with the company, and put in an order of over $1200 to just begin our process. I sent in the requests, and 2 weeks later no reply. I contact them again, and re-send the requests, and then no reply for another 4 days. So I ask them, when they're going to send digital proofs, and now they tell us that they don't do them unless the whole order is paid for. Keep in mind we have already done some business, and just wanted to see some simple digital proofs. Just our simple logo on some T-shirts, Hoodies, hats, ect. Literally a few minutes of work at best, and they refused claiming it's "free advertising (?)". I have never worked with a printing company, clothes or paper, which didn't offer digital proofs first. He plain out said that it's "my way of the highway" and that he's been in business for "5 whole years". Then went on to brag about the huge deals they make all the time. Terrible service and rude. They wasted a whole month of our time. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process.
