The side cover fell off and endless stitching mistakes. I tried the foot rest when I got home I realize the actuator was upside down and if I actually did work, it would've cut the wire harness, luckily I'm a smart guy and I was able to take it apart, reroute everything. To be completely transparent, I had forgotten about it until now. I reached out to request a $200 refund for the uncompleted work. Despite providing clear documentation and context, my request was handled dismissively. It's disappointing that after years of loyal business, The Drapery House refused to honor such a simple, good-faith request. It makes it clear they do not value long-term customers. It's also worth noting that The Drapery House is not BBB accredited, which may help explain the lack of accountability we experienced. It's a shame when a company known for quality undermines its reputation over something so small.
