I ordered a sectional couch that was just too big to fit through one of my hallways/doorways. He was polite and explained his process so I felt very comfortable in the quality of work. He's been doing this for 30 years, and it shows - my couch looks exactly the same and he even reinforced some of the weaker factory made areas/connections to upgrade the quality. Sofa 911 was absolutely awesome. From the moment we called to their perfect work, the process was seamless. We purchased two couches from a chain furniture store that, when delivered, did not fit up our very old house in Newport, RI. We were distraught when they had to go back, but shortly after we called Sofa 911 and they agreed to come down to Newport on the day of the new delivery and showed up moments after the arrival of our two couches. This service is OUTSANDING and extremely efficient! I was referred to Sofa911 through a distributor for furniture disassembly. Steven called me to coordinate an appointment & draft a work order, then he and one other technician showed up to my place and had my couch disassembled and reassembled in under one hour. They did all the heavy lifting and the couch looks absolutely untouched. I was in utter disbelief! Steven and his assistant were professional and SO efficient. We had purchased a sectional sofa, and much to our dismay, one piece of it didn't fit up our stairs. We called them and they came the NEXT days and were able to take it apart, bring it upstairs and piece it together. They even assisted with putting on the legs for us! Would totally recommend this service if you're in a predicament like ours. Furniture isn't cheap and takes forever to be delivered these days, so this is an excellent alternative to refusing delivery due to a piece not fitting! read more

Sofa911 was the best. Movers arrived at my house only to realize that the couch couldn't fit through the vestibule. Our couch couldn't fit into our Boston apartment. Movers were stumped. Hoisting was not an option. Took a flyer on the crew from Sofa 911 and boy did they deliver.
