He answered all our questions, told us exactly what to expect, gave us an estimate on the spot, and was able to schedule us on relatively short notice. Communication was great. Michael & co were clear about how long the work would take, showed up when they said they would, and sent us pictures after staining and after the first coat of polyurethane. Their attention to detail really shows, and they did a great job wrapping appliances and smoke detectors too and generally cleaning up after themselves. My husband saw how upset I was and when I told him what happened he was fuming and said Call that jerk back and tell him I'll be there in 10 minutes and he better have your things ready ,let's see if he has anything to say to me!
