Just had six dining room chairs upholstered. Great job. Chairs are 35 years old and look and feel brand new!!!! Price was excellent. Went to the shop and picked out a fabric...left a deposit and Aaron ordered the material....couple of weeks went by and got the call fabric was in and he would pick up the chairs. Avoid at all costs - They are a hack shop that charges beyond full price for terrible work. Paid for the job in March and was blown off until june when they had to come back and remeasure everything for the third time. The work done was terrible - looks horrible, the fasteners rusted out in two weeks and were not even installed properly, cause my the back of the cushions to tear. Will post pictures but this was some of the worst craftsmanship and service ever. Maybe they are okay for interior couches but go some where else for anything boat related! read more

Again, needed upholstery work to be done. What I received was great workmanship and Aaron always communicated with me. My old chair looks and feels like brand new again. PSA: STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I never write reviews but have had the WORST customer experience that I have ever had and I need to warn others. We had Aaron reupholster a chair for our nursery, but when we received it I noticed it was not my chair! (crazy enough as is, right? but it gets so much worse)...Aaron insisted he could transfer the fabric to my chair without quality issues and said he would pay for the new fabric if he felt the quality would be sacrificed. He promised it would be done in 1.5 weeks. Four weeks later (and after several instances of him ghosting me) the chair was re-delivered and it looks AWFUL. He didn't add the skirt, there are holes, glue marks, black marks, and the whole thing just looks uneven. The worst part is that he has now ghosted me and refuses to refund me for both the reupholstery labor and the fabric. I wouldn't have even written a review had he owned up to his mistake and gave me my money back....but here we are. I paid ~$1,600 for a chair (cost of labor and fabric) that looks like shit thanks to Aaron. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. read more

This is an update of my 01/10/23 review. After waiting 11 months for my chaise lounge to be reupholstered and the wooden frame refinished. Which is unheard of when I was told 4-6 weeks that is just unacceptable. I was told the cushion was going to be filled with the original goose down feathers and would be added to, to make it thicker. When the chaise was delivered, I asked Arron the owner, if it was filled with goose down feathers he lied to my face saying it was. After he left, I opened the cushion and saw the cushion was filled with form! After all this bullshit I had enough! Arron has more excuses and stories than Walt Disney! So, I stopped payment on the check I gave him. Going forward I will be doing all my business with Luca's Upholstery on Jefferson Blvd in Warwick. WARNING! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! read more

Customer service is clearly important to this business owner. Each time I called or sent a text I received a prompt reply.
