Tuesday I get proofs that look like a high schooler made them on Microsoft paint. This is the 3 weeks after drop off. They tell us we have a date the next day, but yet they can't even get me proper proofs. Called EVERY day to finally get a call back. No accountability, just excuses and them encouraging me to have them print, well no because how can I trust the print to go forward when the proof and quote were underprepared. Sure there's ups and downs in life, but if you aren't in top of your game, then acknowledge it and make it right. They missed two dates that they gave me! Had to pick up the shirts and after 3 weeks starting over for a more professional experience with a company I can trust to get it done right and hold on to their dates.

I called the shop again on November 30 and spoke to a women who stated she would relay my message to the owner and leave a written note. She also assured me he would place the order in time for my departure.
