I have been traveling far and wide to find good computer repair, repair people who will take my…read morecomputer and actually FIX IT ...many of you can relate. When setting up my new office in Westport I was in serious need of help with the wifi, printers and laptops. I remember driving by Fourtech many times, so a call was placed. Matt came over quickly and was FABULOUS in dealing with Charter, knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure good connections and came back to work with the Charter tech (they never seem to be sure what they are doing)....saving my blood pressure and time! I am now an avid Fourtech client, having a recent issue with wfi connection (again Charter) and they came to my house THE SAME DAY so my daughter did not lose study time for SAT testing. Stephan stuck to it, solved the issue and presented an affordable bill that made sense. I cannot recommed these guys enough. They are responsive and professional.

Fourtech fixed it perfectly, had it ready within a reasonable time frame, with no unexpected charges. What's more, they made a last minute adjustment for free. There are simply not enough good things I can say about Robyn and Alex at Viable Software LLC in…read moreFall River. I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to start a website for my small, in home stained glass business, but they made the process so simple. Robyn gave me EXACTLY what I asked for in a very short time frame and well within my budget. I cannot say how thrilled I am with them and with my new site. Robyn has taken the time to sit with me in person and by phone to make sure I knew how to run run the software for the site, made excellent suggestions about payment methods and did not try to sell any one over the other - just gave me options to choose from - taught me how to link in video with YouTube and set everything up to get it running. Being an older person that is somewhat computer savvy, but not at all tech savvy, Robyn and Alex made things so easy for me and exhibited infinite patience. One of their most outstanding attributes is their response time to inquiries or issues. You call, and Robyn calls back right away. What AWESOME customer service. Yes, I am gushing, but they both truly deserve it. I would highly recommend Viable Software LLC in Fall River to anyone out there looking to build a website of your own.
