Masks were worn at all times to adhere to state-mandated guidelines and we felt comfortable and safe. Our original wedding date was January 2021, however, as the pandemic worsened, we decided to move our wedding up to October 2020 in order to have a safer and smaller event outside. With only three weeks to spare, Anna was able to alter my wedding gown, a junior bridesmaid dress, a flower girl dress, a mother of the bride dress, and grandmother of the bride dress. Each dress came out beautifully and fit amazing! I was especially nervous about my wedding gown, which had a unique neckline that did not fit me well based on the size I needed to order for my hips. Anna assured me throughout every fitting it was going to be perfect and she was completely right. The dress fit like a glove and was better than I remembered it on the day I bought it. I truly can't thank her enough for making myself and the ladies in my family look so beautiful in our dresses.

My dress was entirely beaded so it definitely needed a gentle and skilled hand which Anna's alterations has! In total it ran me about $280 - I am unsure how this compares to other places but I wasn't going to risk mistakes for such an important dress. You can see the beading on the dress as well as the finished back where they took it in. Seamless.

I was able to speak to the owner about my…read morerecent visit to have some important items cleaned.(A Halloween costume that I was having cleaned for an event and some other pieces for Christmas) She was able to spend some time explaining how some stains will come out and some will take several attempts etc due to the type of stains. She gave me tips on future pre-treatment and even though the place was busy, she never rushed me. I was once more amazed by her knowledge of cleaning and material. Anyway, my costume came back quickly and even though the stain wasn't gone, it was barely noticable now! (Of course I now knew why some stains are more resistant than others!!)
