I purchased a sign display rated for outdoor use. I got a defective product that has leaked since the first day it was installed. I finally got fed up enough to report the issue and customer service was painfully slow in response. After sending a first round of photos, I was asked for more photos (the displayed flyers inside the case were so wet that they started to mold) then told I'd waited too long to report the issue and no accommodation would be granted. It was a waste of money to purchase and a waste of money to have installed and a waste of time to contact customer service. So I'm starting over. With a different vendor, of course. Lame. We are delighted with our new Displays2Go case and with the service we received. As a final step in our remodel, we selected this case for our mineral collection. The adjustable illumination and movable shelves are perfect for showcasing these specimens. The power cord exits the case through the bottom which enabled us to orient the doors to the front. This made installing the specimens much easier. We are also delighted with the customer support team. The first display case arrived with concealed scratches on one door. My 48" floor standing all glass display case with LED lighting SKU GTAP48LEDS is beautiful now that it is in my living room. That's the plus. The negatives are: 1. It ships assembled and weighs 500 lbs. That seemed like a good idea at the time I ordered it. 2.The first delivery attempt failed because the weight of the case broke the wooden pallet on which it was packed, and the driver could not remove it from the truck. 3. The carrier added more reinforcement when the case was returned to the depot, and the second delivery attempt, while hair-raising, successfully deposited the case in my driveway. 4. It took me 3 more days and another $500 before I was able to locate a piano moving company willing to bring it the 50 feet into my house. That crew took 3 hours to get it done. 5. Two other crews came, looked it over, and refused to touch it. My suggestions: 1. Ship in a wooden crate that can take the weight. The single pallet with shrink wrap is not adequate. 2. Offer a white glove delivery service option that will get it off the truck and into place inside the location. 3. Add wheels so that the end user has some hope of moving it, if necessary. read more

Therefore, I need to say I am more than drastically disappointed in Displays2Go they not only provide 0% customer service past their '90-Day-Policy' but also don't have quality products. The unit we bought (for $197) in March broke in October, in the attempt to use it for the 4th time only. That is sheer unacceptable. If a company cannot provide quality products, they should at least provide quality service to offset that issue, or provide quality products in the first place to be able to put less focus on customer service. However, being deficient in both is not a great user experience and I will never again recommend any Start-Up to use this vendor. My recommendation: Find a better company!!! read more

Dealing with displays2go has been nothing but a headache. Each of my orders arrived either with a damaged packaging or damaged product. Their product description does not clearly specify how the product will arrive and in what packaging. In my experience one of the products ordered was a bulky non collapsible 3 tier stand. The item was impossible to to transport to my next trade show so i requested a return dur to the challenges of transport a huge lenthy item but turns out the original box the item arrived in was destroyed. making it impossible to send it back. I ask if they could provide a box on my expense and they were unable to assist. I went everywhere looking for a box for this item. No one had a box thay could be a good fit. I had to leave behind the item with a distributor of ours while we could find a box. I called back a month past their return policy expressing that we finally were able to package this item. but Unfortunately they claim that its past the 30 return window and no exceptions could be made. It seems that the customer has to be patient with their mistakes,(i ordered an item that they got wrong 3 times). But when you need thier support or flexibility they are never available to help us solve the challenges they create with poorly packaged products, unrelaible customer service (each time you call you get a different person, no one has a direct line, or ignoring messages). This is upsetting because instead of making my job easier when ordering thier products. It was so challenging and complicated to deal with their products that are not event friendly. This one of the WORST companies I have ever done business with. Extremely poor customer service, they offer lots of COVID related excuses. Just when I thought the worst was the employees... my 5 frames arrived. They were "NBC" Nothing But Crap. I spent two hours trying to assemble one frame, it didn't happen. The frames are very poor quality and impossible to assemble. I paid $33 shipping and $ 25 to return their "shit." Thats the defining term for Displays2go and their worthless products... SHIT. Its nothing but AMAZON PRIME from now on. Why i didn't start there, I don't know? I guess I thought I could save a few bucks... that didn't happen. Lesson learned. read more

We have only used the product for one conference with enormous difficulty, and now the product is rendered unusable because the carrying case is damaged. If this product were accurately portrayed in Displays2Go online specifications, we never would have ordered it, and would have opted for a lighter, more travel-friendly product. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They lied to me about Shipping times which cost me a considerable amount of money with my customer. Items showed up weeks after the date promised. Spoke to two different managers and nothing was ever resolved. Had parts missing and the sent me 20% of the parts I needed. Upon opening another of the cases there was damage that my employees had to fix which cost me even more money. The company has ZERO accountability and ZERO customer service. This website is a scam, they state that they have everything in stock and ready to ship within 2 days from order but they don't. They work with 3rd party vendors and have no idea of what is in stock and what is not. I tried to purchase some gondolas and I even called to make sure that they were in stock, I was told they had 29 (precisely 29). I ordered 5 then I called them on the date of the expected delivery (according to the order confirmation from their website) and they said that they were out of stock, but their third party vendor was going to have them soon and I was supposed to get a call back the following day. I made my purchase on display2go.com, the website is user-friendly. The item that I wanted to purchase had a very in-depth description but instead of a picture a drawing represented the item online. When I had checkout, I receive a bigger surprise that the shipping cost was almost the same price as the item. I thought about it and decided to purchase it anyway. They used a freight company to deliver the item yet they left it on the sidewalk not even in-front of my door. Upon opening the item, It was all cracked and damaged then I had discovered that the drawing they had online representing my item was inaccurate. All of a sudden there's a lip on the item that hangs over 2 inches and there is a hole on top for computer yet no mention was in the description prior to placing my order. I called today and spoke to Robert and when I had brought up that the description is inaccurate he blamed his vendor. I bought it from Displays2Go not from his vendor. Ordered a glass display case for my office, first shipment came in everything came in right unfortunately 4 pieces of glass were shipped together and of course the top price was broken (so we had to dispose of it). I called customer service they were great and said no problem we'll get the replacements out to you. Week 2 - second shipment comes and it's the completely wrong pieces so now I have 4 doors and 4 side pieces (only need 2). Called customer service and he apologizes and says the correct pieces will be out and even confirmed w me the pieces. Week 3- third shipment comes in and it's the right pieces (4 pieces of glass for shelves and top) that again were shipped together with barely any padding and it's broken again. Thankfully the carrier noticed it and I refused the shipment. Called customer service frustrated and he said he's can give me a refund or we can try one more time. We have the whole thing put up so I said let's try one more time. Week 4- fourth shipment comes in and it's the doors and side pieces (which now I have 6 of each). My first experience with the company was to ask about an item that I had received, a hand-me-down spinner rack that wasn't spinning well. After looking at their site and checking out other online retail display sites, it seemed the spinner rack was purchased through them originally. The model was the same. To make a long story short, I emailed them with photos to ask if they knew why it wasn't spinning (since it looked like their product, for sure). I just wanted to know if there was a part I could buy or if something was missing that could be purchased. I also explained that I am a new business and am looking for many things. (HINT HINT.) Instead of help, they wanted a receipt or email confirmation that the item was theirs and until I got that, I couldn't be helped. It was as if the agent didn't read my email. I explained again that it was no something I purchased personally... blah blah blah. And then, nothing. Wow. That's not really how you treat anyone, let alone a potential customer. Since then, I have had to purchase one thing through them (because they were the only ones to offer it). I liked the item and there were no issues. So cool. I found something else on their site that I wanted for my upcoming shows and it's been on back order for quite some time. I decided to email them to ask when they thought it might be in, so I had an idea of whether or not I had to order something from somewhere else. Again, their customer service was short, cold and apathetic. Wow. I am always brand/company loyal--to a fault sometimes. Customer service really goes a long way, though. Asking for over $1700 to deliver a 400lb display case and bring it to the basement because of "covid"

BEWARE! Not only do their products fail miserably, dealing with their customer service has been a huge pain, adding insult to injury. We ordered a wall-mounted display box, but it arrived with a cracked acrylic cover. Customer service was difficult to reach, but eventually they said they would send a replacement. Ten days go by and I still hadn't received word it had been shipped, so I contacted them again. They said it just hasn't shipped yet but it will, blah blah blah. First replacement arrives with the same crack. Second replacement arrives with an even larger crack. After the third one arrived damaged, a senior customer service lady got involved who was useless as the day is long. She was not very responsive, and when she would respond it would be incomplete not helpful. The fourth they sent double-boxed to try to ensure it would arrive intact. Well, not surprising, the case was even more damaged than the ones sent previously! It's obvious the last one was damaged before it was packed for shipment, as the exterior box was pristine and showed no signs of abuse. The customer service lady said she would refund me, but I have yet to see that refund. I am undoubtedly going to have to file a complaint with my credit card company. All in all, I have wasted eight weeks trying to acquire one case. I have zero intact cases and also have not received a refund. Look at how many poor reviews this company has--stay away! read more

On May 12, I ordered two of these trade show displays for a July 7-9 show. Because each of them needed a separate design, I tried to upload two separate files for designs, but there is no way to do that. It took several days to get proofs back, and an element of the design had dropped out, so we needed to start from scratch with the design embedded. After finally hearing from D2G, they told us that the designs, which were built using the D2G template provided, needed to be redesigned again. Today is June 21, and we still don't have these items that need to be included in a shipping container to go out to the show. Plus, D2G won't ship the one I need directly to the show, so I'm extremely frustrated at this point and I haven't even seen the displays. I can't even post this review on their website because it is telling me that order number, which I cut and pasted, is an invalid order number. Next time I need to order a display, I'll think long and hard about using this company. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the product and services from this company. I ordered two display table covers that were described on the website as having "4 Sewn in Corners". These covers had nothing that resembled a 'Sewn in Corner' and, in fact, were just large pieces of fabric for which they charged $10.00 more than covers without "4 Sewn in Corners". When I contacted Customer Service, they apologized for the misleading description on the website and informed me that I could return the covers, but they would not refund the shipping charges or pay the return shipping cost. Also, they charged me $8.95 for shipping these items to me, but plan to deduct $15.00 from my refund for the cost of the return shipping. My advice is to look elsewhere for your display needs. In response to the above review, Displays2Go has now offered to refund the cost of return shipping, but not the original shipping charge. They still don't seem to want to take full responsibility for misrepresenting the items they sold me. read more

I'm updating my review from my previous review the company did call me back I spoke to a lady named Debbie in customer service and she apologized and research why I wasn't being serviced properly and how my call fell through the cracks. Unfortunately, the items I needed are out of stock and have been for months as this was an oversees imported item. Not sure this is the right venue for me and my needs as they cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable time. They did send me 1 sample of a stand I was looking at but I was concerned at the amount of paper and size of the box for such a small item. I felt like it was a bit wasteful and 3x4 wire stand and a 12x6 box absolutely crammed full of paper. They said they are required to use this much material. OK then. Package was rejected twice by FedEx at their processing facility for improper paper work and sent back to MA. This isn't the first time Displays2Go has shipped to Canada so what happened? The "project manager" knew we had to mount signs on them and place drink dispensers on them and this is what he advised our (now fired) marketing assistant to buy... we never used them as they were a danger to the public, but disposed of them when they said they would "fix them up at our cost". But someone who works, I'm not home to receive all packages. When the state of Montana was about to reopen, I order some social distancing signs for my store. The website said they would arrive the first week we were open. When they were about to come in Fedex lost the package (wasn't their fault) so they sent me another one after 3 phone calls about a lost package. I finally received it about a month after ordering, by then I did not need them so I wanted to return them. The initial phone call went fine, sent it back with $15 for shipping. I arrived home the day after shipping them out and FedEx found the package and sent the second one to me. I then had to call and let them know I received that one as well. I tried to call and entered the que twice, with no call back. Finally on the third time I got thru, the person on the phone was very confused about me having to send both back. I received three shipping labels even though I only needed one. I thought the headache was over but about 2 months later I only received a $25.99 refund when it should be around the range of $75. I'm still dealing with this almost two months later. The customer service person told me they would email me when they get a hold of someone in the accounting department.
