The embroidery was not spaced or lined up correctly. The back of the blanket still had paper adhered to the fabric. When I called and spoke with the owner, he offered no recourse. I had plans to leave New England on December 10 for months so it was important that I received the order in time for my departure. The owner, Don, said he would send me markups that night via email but to no avail. I was also never told when the order would be ready. Two weeks went by and I called the shop on November 21 and again talked to the owner. He told me he was sick and was not in the shop for a week and again promised me he would sent me a markup of the design via email that night. On November 26, I emailed the owner and asked for a status update. No response. I called the shop again on November 30 and spoke to a women who stated she would relay my message to the owner and leave a written note. She also assured me he would place the order in time for my departure. The delivery people were the same both times and they are very nice and super tidy. This last time the nightstand was backordered which was no big deal but then after the delivery guys left I realized that the dresser had loose joints and was damaged on one of the drawers. I wrote an email to baby beaudoir and the manufacturer to tell them about the defects, complete with pictures. The manufacturer wrote back that they would not replace the furniture and just send parts! This would be pretty difficult since the entire side panel needed to be better assembled. Before I could even respond, baby beaudoir wrote back that they would be replacing the entire thing at no cost. At 8 months pregnant this was a HUGE relief! Due to weather and delays, the dresser replacement did not arrive until after my baby's arrival but again, the delivery men were so kind and careful, there were no issues! The store also had great communication to tell me when it would arrive. I will make sure to recommend this business to anyone who is expecting!

Just sent a return label so sweater could be returned. I returned sweater. Saw that a week ago it came back on the website with a preorder date of 1/5/25. How could this sweater ship if the preorder date was 1/5/25 and this is 12/14/24. Received sweater today and it was the same stinky, stretched out neckline sweater order months previously that I returned. Not only do I have to run around again and return this sweater to the post office but what company sends out the same sweater that was returned due to complaints that it was damaged and stunk. A $148 dollar sweater, that was smelly...sent out again!!! I am beyond aggravated with the company and the lack of integrity of their products. If you knew the sweater was returned due to defects and smell why not damage it out....not try to sell it again. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Their customer service stinks and obviously do not care about good customer service. Unbelievable!
