It is such a fun store just to wander and look at the huge variety of stuff--dishes; furniture; boxed, bottled, and packaged foodstuffs; sweets and soups; wine; pots and pans plus other kitchen supplies; perfume; artwork; baskets; chairs; rugs; the list goes on and on. Such a wide variety of stuff that is just fun. If you are looking for something quirky or out of the norm, this is the place for you. I found a bowl that I was looking for and picked up some other non-essential things that I did not expect to buy when we entered. So set aside an hour or so just to meander and explore. But, boy, when that 1 out of 10 times hits, it's because I've found something really amazing at a fraction of the cost at the main store. For example, I paid thousands of dollars to the main store for furniture from the Tate Collection, and I found two more pieces to add to it at the outlet for around $200. This is high-quality, mid-century-modern furniture designed by this really awesome guy named Blake Tovin. The outlet's furniture might have minor wear and tear from being in a showroom or being returned by a customer. The sales staff ALWAYS points out any nicks or dings to me before I buy a piece. You can't return things to the outlet, so it's a demonstration of integrity that they want you to see what might be flawed, so that you aren't duped. Sometimes, however, there are absolutely no flaws, and you're buying something in perfect condition. I have been lucky in that regard. A bookshelf I bought had one scratch from where a sticker was stuck to it and had been scraped off. That scratch, still, would not have been discernible to me or someone walking by. Anyway, great sales staff and a great store for hunting for a bargain.

I ordered a living room of furniture three months ago from Crate and Barrel (Ali was my designer). The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

The core performance appears maintained; what you may be sacrificing is purely cosmetic or aesthetic. Just keep in mind that although it's an outlet, you may still pay premium prices for certain pieces (which isn't surprising given the brand). I was even able to buy a cookbook, "Cook it in your Dutch oven" at a nice discount. Every household should own a Dutch oven! I was also able to get a few Christmas gifts for my friends that love to cook. Was pleased with my find! There are always some sort of deals going on in the store. They had great deals, and I'd say for anyone looking at their first Le Creuset, definitely check out this store. :) I ended up paying about $190 for a 7.25 qt round dutch oven in the ombre blue before taxes. I fell in love with the braisers though, too, and reeeeally wanted the fig color. So I ran to Crate & Barrel the next day. Both are sitting super pretty in my kitchen (AND being used!!) haha. Would def come back if I decided to expand my Le Creuset collection. :)

Arvin, the owner of this amazing boutique, has a way of bringing the stories of what he sells to life. The linens are so colorful and unique. I personally have used her Dallas skyline glasses, which always make out-of-town guests envious of our great city's lovely skyline. I have another friend that I borrow her Verdure vase from and another that got the Texas longhorn set of glasses for her graduating son. I have never purchased one of the luxury safes but always enjoy looking at the elegant things she has in that line. Because Bernadette is herself from Europe, her offerings are not run of the mill things and will be sure to delight your guests.

She just wanted to brush me off and gave me the customer service number instead (which i called twice and went to voicemail). If you hate your job then quit please. Don't give this attitude to your customers. I love Le Creuset products and I spend lots of money on it. But I would avoid this location. I only come here for the items that's not available at outlet and can just ready to buy right away without having much interaction with the staff. Getting the tracking number was not easy (See my previous review). The outlet staffs are much better and offer same quality products with cheaper price.

It's so disappointing. I felt that the staff is always rushing me and "you're not allowed to ask questions" attitude I get. The kind of staff wherein "I cannot be bothered" is so obvious. Maybe Debra's personality is just like that and she has a bigger fish to fry somewhere else. But I find it unacceptable to be like this especially if you're going to work in a high end store like this. My son and I arrived the next day without prior heads-up to the store, only to discover...Wow! The table weighs a ton! Well there's no way we could have managed the lifting and transferring on our own, and it was not a day when a regular loading crew was present; however, Shannon, Dani and Eric patiently and pleasantly provided troubleshooting and muscle until the task was completed.
