Fiestaware addicts REJOICE!!!!…read more They have HUGE selection of Fiestaware in every color of the rainbow. Not too many unique shapes, lots of bowls and platters. Tons of accessories -- I didn't even know there was such a thing as Fiesta wooden utensils! I didn't get them as I'm downsizing. In the back of the shop, there is more Fiestaware at bargain prices. Since I'm reselling these days nothing called out to me but the collector in me had to be tamed -- it's easy to go crazy in here. They carry a few other dish-ware lines but it's all about the Fiestaware for me! In the back they also have a few "Garage Sale" tables -- cash only with traditional yard sale finds. If you're a collector and in Caton, TX it's worth checking them out!

I am a Fiesta Novice and already I Love this shop! I went with a veteran Fiesta lover. All the new…read moreand firsts are at the front of the store. I went straight to the back for the seconds. Shelves & shelves full of seconds, current & discontinued colors. If you're okay with a small flaw here and there you will love this place too. You can get the dishes deeply discounted. Some were even BOGO free and others as low as $1.50 for dinner plates! The inventory varies they could have multiple shelves of the same color and just a few dishes of another color. Luckily I had some great finds in Plum, Shamrock and Poppy (my new favs)! If you don't mind searching each piece, inspecting it for any flaws, you can score big. There are shelves in back of the store with small towels and bottles of cleaner to help as the dishes in the back are dusty. Be prepared to potentially search a lot of dishes but when you find the gem you're so happy. The staff was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. She was ready to help us with the colors and inventory questions. Very nice I wish I asked her name. Lots of retired dishes on display (not for sale). They also have pitchers on display of each color made with the date the color came out & the date it was retired if applicable. Very pretty and amazing the first color was made in 1936. After spending over an hour in the back I made my way to the front. Some pieces were on sale so still good deals to be had up front. They also have flatware, butcher block & knives sets, cooking sets, measuring cups/spoons, trivets and more. They sell turvis tumblers and also single turvis lids. One more time searching the back and we were ready to check out. All the pieces rang up at the correct discounted price. Even my BOGO plates! My dishes were packed with great care and the boxes were closed up very well with packing tape. Great attention to detail & it was appreciated. I will definitely go back, preferably after they get a shipment so I can get my hands on any incoming seconds. Only about an hour from home. Decent road trip distance.

Le Creuset Outlet Store - Cookware

If you're willing to be flexible on color or minor cosmetic imperfection, the Le Creuset outlet…read moreappears to be a great way to access high-quality cookware (or other pieces) at a better value. The core performance appears maintained; what you may be sacrificing is purely cosmetic or aesthetic. Just keep in mind that although it's an outlet, you may still pay premium prices for certain pieces (which isn't surprising given the brand). I was even able to buy a cookbook, "Cook it in your Dutch oven" at a nice discount. Every household should own a Dutch oven! I was also able to get a few Christmas gifts for my friends that love to cook. Was pleased with my find! There are always some sort of deals going on in the store. Well worth stopping by if you're interested in this fabulous cookware! October 2025

They had great deals, and I'd say for anyone looking at their first Le Creuset, definitely check out this store. :) I ended up paying about $190 for a 7.25 qt round dutch oven in the ombre blue before taxes. I fell in love with the braisers though, too, and reeeeally wanted the fig color. So I ran to Crate & Barrel the next day. Both are sitting super pretty in my kitchen (AND being used!!) haha. Would def come back if I decided to expand my Le Creuset collection. :)

Not patiently listen what customer asking for while I addressed my concern politely. She just wanted to brush me off and gave me the customer service number instead (which i called twice and went to voicemail). If you hate your job then quit please. Don't give this attitude to your customers. I love Le Creuset products and I spend lots of money on it. But I would avoid this location. I only come here for the items that's not available at outlet and can just ready to buy right away without having much interaction with the staff. Getting the tracking number was not easy (See my previous review). The outlet staffs are much better and offer same quality products with cheaper price.

It's so disappointing. I felt that the staff is always rushing me and "you're not allowed to ask questions" attitude I get. The kind of staff wherein "I cannot be bothered" is so obvious. Maybe Debra's personality is just like that and she has a bigger fish to fry somewhere else. But I find it unacceptable to be like this especially if you're going to work in a high end store like this. I really hope that she would change or maybe she needs to retire or work somewhere else like in a stock room where you don't deal with customers.

1 Star - Crate & Barrel: Disrespect Is Not Good Customer Service…read more Let me paint the picture clearly. I walked into the Crate & Barrel store--dressed well, walking with confidence--ready to browse and spend money. Four sales associates, all white, standing in a small group near the entrance. They saw me. One made direct eye contact as I walked in... then immediately turned back around like I was invisible. No greeting. No "Hello." No "Welcome in." Not even a nod. Just went right back to their conversation like I wasn't even a person who just entered their place of business. As I walked through the store--alone, the only customer in sight--not a single associate approached me. I passed multiple staff members. Nothing. No offer to help. No eye contact. No acknowledgment. It wasn't until I turned around to leave, clearly disappointed, that someone finally called out from behind, "Did you need help with something?" Now you ask? After I've walked the whole store and been completely ignored? Let's be real: I'm a Black man. And I know exactly what I experienced. This wasn't just bad service--it was selective service. Let's not pretend like they didn't know how to greet a customer. They just chose not to treat me like one. So I left. I got on my phone, Googled your competitors, and headed straight to West Elm. Night and day. At West Elm, I was greeted warmly the second I walked in. Asked what I was looking for. Shown options. Given space and attention without hovering or ignoring me. It was clear they wanted my business and valued my presence. Guess what? That's where my money went. And that's where it'll go again. Crate & Barrel--you lost more than a sale today. You lost a customer. And I hope others who value dignity, equity, and basic respect take note. Do better.
