I ordered a living room of furniture three months ago from Crate and Barrel (Ali was my designer). The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

I was even able to buy a cookbook, "Cook it in your Dutch oven" at a nice discount. Every household should own a Dutch oven! I was also able to get a few Christmas gifts for my friends that love to cook. Was pleased with my find! There are always some sort of deals going on in the store. They had great deals, and I'd say for anyone looking at their first Le Creuset, definitely check out this store. :) I ended up paying about $190 for a 7.25 qt round dutch oven in the ombre blue before taxes. I fell in love with the braisers though, too, and reeeeally wanted the fig color. So I ran to Crate & Barrel the next day. Both are sitting super pretty in my kitchen (AND being used!!) haha. Would def come back if I decided to expand my Le Creuset collection. :)

I only come here for the items that's not available at outlet and can just ready to buy right away without having much interaction with the staff. I was genuinely welcomed to ask and my question required more than a single answer as it turned out and more than a single person on their end, it requiring collaboration. They were fully aware that I was only calling for information and was not one of their customers. So, whether they did it only out of a positive marketing method, or a kindness to people irrespective of their status as customer, to me, is not relevant. It speaks to the character of the individuals at this company so I am letting you know how they treated me in this instance.

Upon arrival Kendall the owner greeted us and we sat down for a bit and talked since we had arrived a little early for class. Kendall was awesome and we connected instantly. She then introduced us to Christiana our instructor for the day. Christiana was a joy to work with and a great instructor, she is a graduate of UNT in ceramics and knows her stuff! She demonstrated the beginners steps to throwing the clay on the wheel and walked us through the process and we were off an running! Having great instruction made for an awesome day of creating our ceramics! I highly recommend this shop and an opportunity to learn from these great ladies! Great price points for everyone. 3 for $100 canister sale (large, medium, small) when we visited. Masks are required. Normally they are closed Sunday and Monday. But they are open Sunday on the flea market weekends. The owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the color history. They just received a shipment the day before so some seconds were outside in crates. We had some great finds but be prepared to dig around for what you want. The 3rds are pretty dusty and dirty, inside the store they have towels and glass cleaner to use, which helps with the search. If your okay with a small flaw here or there then the seconds are for you. The 3rds will take a bit more hunting to find just the right dish. Either way you can really stock up. If you love Fiesta this is definitely a place to check out.
