They have two full walls of the latest styles and you are able to pick them off the wall to try them on. I liked this a lot because I didn't have to rely on the employee to pick each and every pair of sunglasses I was interested in trying on. I narrowed down to my favourite one by the end of the hour. The employees were nice and left me to my own devices, which I liked. They were able to answer any questions I had but overall I didn't feel crowded or pressured at all. They carry other designer brands including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Ray-Ban, and more. They also carry another Korean brand called Public Beacon but only for optical glasses, not sunglasses. The employees know English, Korean and Chinese (I believe Cantonese?). So great if your English is not as strong and would like help in your native language!

The optometrist did an amazing job at finding my prescription and realizing I also need help reading in addition to my long distance. I picked up my lenses and frames today and I can see perfectly! The employees who helped me pick out the frames were very patient and kind while I tried on every frame in the store. They help me decide which ones look best on me and help me pick two pairs that will go with all my outfits! I was a little nervous to shop at a store. L F Optical gets a capital A for AMAZING in my books! The place is lined with shelves and drawers of frames and sunglasses! I am being serious when I say I was just shocked by the amount of inventory they had. They carry every up-to-date style of frame and all of the hottest sun shades. Here is just a sample of some of the designers they carry: - Prada (also Prada's affiliate brand Miu Miu) - Chanel - Burberry - Armani (both Giorgio and Emporio) - Ralph Lauren - Perry Ellis - Dior - Ray Ban - Hugo Boss I could go on for a while with the long list of designers they carry. And if they do not carry a style you are seeking they will always offer to order in the frame or pair of sunglasses that you want. I may not have been the quickest and easiest customer, but the staff really had no patience for someone to shop for glasses... they made it seem like it should take me 5 minutes. They…read morerecommended what I thought at the time to be very expensive lenses, because they claimed, first time bifocal users had less issues adjusting to these more costly lenses. I was suspicious that I might be being up sold. After over a year there was scratch in one lense and the Eyeglass Factory replaced my lenses under their special extended warranty. They were absolutely terrific about this and I hadn't expected this level of service. I didn't even realize that the warranty was there. My prescription changed this year and I just ordered new glasses today and the newest optician to join their staff was absolutely terrific. She very carefully explained some of the newer features and options and I'm looking forward to see how blue filter sense filters will improve or protect my vision going forward. I'm pretty much careful with my money (maybe if I had more I could be more careless) but in this case selling me on the more expensive lenses was the right thing to do.
