    Honey crueller

I got a cappuccino and a honey cruller from Discovery Coffee as a morning pick me up. The doughnut was airy and light, sometimes rare to find in donuts. Cappuccino was pretty good but could have been stronger. Overall a pretty good place for coffee in Victoria.

It's very cute and trendy in here! And it's right in the corner of my office. While I'm in town I plan on trying out as many coffee shops as possible. The coffee was strong, just the way I like it. They also have some swag available if you're looking for a shirt! Definitely a good choice.

I loved the plant wall, it's very clean and bright, I arrived late so a lot of the food was gone but picked up a Pulled pork pretzel bun Ice Vanilla latte Pet peeve is when I ask vanilla latte and you use simple syrup it goes Licorice-y really fast. I also not a huge fan of the bar still type chairs and high tops in coffee stop. The store itself while striking when you walk in with how much light floods in... I felt it was more an order and go place. still a great shop to try out and I would go again, Coffee shops reviews are so subjective.

I was looking for a good coffee shop one morning in Victoria and stumbled upon this place. When I walked inside, I loved how it was decorated and it was pretty crowded which was a good sign. I ordered a drop coffee which was a delicious and a scone. I love that they have kombucha on tap too. The staff is really friendly. Getting to the bathroom was a like a maze but I really enjoyed this coffee shop!

On a cold, rainy, blustery day in December we stumbled upon this gem. Great services, wonderful handcrafted coffees and teas, and sustainable locally made pasteurized. This place is so cute inside and out and pet friendly!

Another branch of coffee discovery, same good coffee. I order capucino with almond milk, and it was as good as a coffee can be. There"s less space than the one on discovery street but still enough for those who want to read or study. A modern feel decoration makes this coffee a good place.

A great place whether you are a book person or a laptop person....

Quite an eclectic crew enjoying Discovery Coffee this morning. Very good service and fresh baked goods. I really liked the chocolate crueler and my cappuccino was perfect. The fall colours outside the window make the place a real treat. And then there is the music for which they spin actual records. So glad we dropped in.

Cortado - caught yellow handed, discovery coffee branded, my review just landed.

A cortado caught out in the sunshine. The environment, atmosphere, and individuals (guests and staff) alike are what gets me excited about discovery coffee. As a virgin here, at least for coffee, I was jazzed to walk in on a sunny Sunday. Environment: A super inviting space filled with greenery, smiles, and crafty spaces, to work, socialize, read, and observe. Tons of natural light, no clutter - #winning. Coffee: As a one-a-week coffee drinker I hype up my coffee in a major way. The cortado was presented to near perfection with some intricate latte art (I was too excited so skipped the image) a cute little mug and coaster. The flavors didnt overly capture my attention and it was ever slightly bitter. I still enjoyed myself for a 4/5, and would highly recommend anyone going to check k out the central location. If you're not into coffee the kombucha ignited my senses, from another visit. Thanks team!

We just stopped in for a treat after our so-so lunch at FooRamen Bar. Great looking coffee shop looked like it belonged in Palm Springs. Great interior, nice vibe. Awesome patio. Okay so I had a honey cruller (I've only ever seen them at Tim Hortons prior to today) and it was delicious. My partner had a Boston cream and he loved it. A little pricey at $3.50 each, but they were definitely tasty.

Awesome coffee shop! They have regular cold brew, nitro cold brew, and a seasonal special. I got the special which had chocolate and coconut. It was delicious and not overly sweet. They have kombucha and delicious tea options too. Also, their massive doughnuts look amazing. We will have to come back again to try them!

Cranberry orange scone, 16oz coffee, cheddar onion scone
    Kristie W.

Good coffee and tasty sweet and savoury scones! I had the cranberry orange and the cheddar onion scones, and they were both did the trick. They also have a selection of fancy (e.g. Earl Grey) and good-lookin' donuts to choose from. I wish they would serve croissants, too! ;)

Great foaming and perfect coffee taste.

Underwhelmed. We tried a latte and a mocha. Both were really weak despite the fancy espresso bar setup. Won't be back.

I came here cuz I wanted to try something different today than Starbucks. The place is cozy. Plenty of tables on the sidewalk. Plenty of tables inside as well. I didn't think it was going to be conducive to someone reading or working but once you enter there's plenty of seats and table just for that to your left. Seats are comfortable enough that you can focus but not fall asleep. There's plenty of people working. There's a long line when I came in. They serve sandwiches, patties, some pastries. Pastries are mostly vegan or veggie, of that variety. I wish they had more choices of pastries as I was craving one. I ended up just ordering coffee. Im not sure how fresh those wrapped pastries are. Coffee is just about right, medium roast. Nothing spectacular but not bad either. Tried the Moka Ball which is basically peanut butter in a ball. It's hard and bit cold. Am not sure if it's supposed to be that way. It's ok. Wanted to get a sugar boost as I am feeling a little sluggish. Ambient music is also just right. Not blasting as some of the Starbucks stores do. You dont know if you're in a club or coffeeshop. This place has potential if they just have more fresh choices. A little friendliness from the staff would make wonders and convey warmth. Hope to comeback and try something different.
