I had gotten a good price on tires but man every time I go back for anything but new tires it's a…read morehassle. This last time I went in to just fix a flat since it should be free according to them. They always start by checking all your tires and usually try to sell you new ones right away. Lucky that wasn't the case this time around. Then instead of just helping me out with fixing the flat, they give me a workaround about not doing it because they need to have your tire in stock reason being if they even "inspect" your tire, they won't mount it back unless you buy a new one. This feels like I'm just being robbed. I came in for help and I won't be let out unless I buy a new one. Just go to your local mom and pop shops for issues like this. I might just start buying tires online elsewhere and having those mom and pop shops install them as well as they're usually the ones helping me when I really need them to.

Super bad experience. Took my work truck there to get a…read moresimple tire replacement since I got a nail on my side wall. The tire they were suppose to put on was a 275 65 R18 they told me there would be a small skipping with the tire because the treads were so new and the other 3 tires were a bit older. 2 months later there's still a bad skip when I accelerate. Took my truck to Pueblo so they can see the issue because I refuse to take anything to Goodyear in McAllen anymore after they dented my personal car and the manager basically wanted to say my car was old and had the dent before I brought it to them. Turns out 2 months later, Pueblo sees that Goodyear put the wrong size tire on my work truck. they placed a 265 65 R18 instead of a 275 65 R18. And that's been the cause of the skipping the entire time so now I have 3 tires that are 275 and 1 that is 265. The manager at Goodyear McAllen is worthless and I will never take any vehicle there again.

Their tires are always cheap and they will actually price match anyone. Make sure you buy the tire certificate if you are getting new tires. It's worth it. Believe me. Especially with all the construction around. The side walls can easily be punctured and ruin even a new tire. I use the app to book my appointments and usually get taken care of within the hour. They are always super busy, so appointments matter or you will wait at least a couple of hours. Great location for your tire needs.

No problem, I waited knowing we would be helped. After, 20 minutes a family walked in and started their own line, even after asking and being told where the line was (They were walk in like us), well the tech finishes with his existing customer and helps them. The man in front of me understandably walked off. After a few more minutes I decided to do the same. 30 minutes wasted waiting for nothing. starting to see "Cracks" in the great customer service they had in the past.
