I've used a few different locations of Discount Tire and I've never had an issue. We recently replaced all 4 tires (on two vehicles) and mine were due for a rotation. I was at another place nearby and swung in to make an appointment. The staff was really friendly and got me in the same week at a time that worked for me. Fast forward to my appointment, which started right about on time, even though they were busy. And it was done faster than they had told me! Hooray! (The tire rotation was free, and that's my favorite price!) I've stopped by other times when my tires needed air (also free), and I've just always gotten nice service. read more

Went in for alignment check and left with being told I had bad alignment but they put on new tires anyway and can't fix the alignment as a different issue was gonna mess it up. Still put on new tires even though the car can't be driven anywhere now because they didn't fix the issue that caused the tires to be bad in the first place. read more

Poor customer service, waited 4 hours and still didn't get my car done. The only thing that need was rotate tires and one tire monitor needed replaced. After waiting 4 hours I asked for a refund And my keys back and said I would go somewhere else. I have been a customer of this store for years. Always been satisfied and have bought many sets of tires and been satisfied. However, in the past year I have been so dissatisfied that I am now sitting in Belle Tire across the street. On my last set of tires (6 months old)I have had one tire lose air repeatedly. I wait in line for air sometimes 20 min before someone comes out. Once, I went inside to ask for help and was told that they didn't have time. Once I was told they couldn't check because it was too cold and their machine was to fill up the air was broke. They wouldn't even check to see if I needed air. The employee actually yelled at me that he couldn't control the weather. After that, why I even went back is questionable. But I did because everyone has a bad day. Today, I waited 15 minutes for air with out even an acknowledgment I was there. I left! Never again! read more

When I brought the car in I begged them to be careful with the front bumper because I had just paid a $1000 to have it repainted! And what do you know they put the bumper on the curb. And even though I have pictures to prove that the bumper was on the curb, the manager said that that's not enough proof Because he wasn't there to hear it scrape off the concrete! I have plenty of pictures to prove it period and I will definitely be letting everybody in the car community know about How they treat people's nice cars and the response to when they mess it up!!! read more

So I stop in at Discount Tire and explain to them that my tire is leaking air from a screw hole an someone put a plug for me but it wasn't put in right an I brought it to them to do it right. Tire has good tread and they checked it but decided to puncture the hole worse so by the time I get home it will be flat and won't hold air because they are prided by intentionally harming a person that has attempted to do a simple plug instead of bringing the tire to them first with the screw in place. If the screw is still in it they will define it a good tire and plug it yet if you attempt a repair first they will Define it to be a bad tire and send it in worse condition than it was when you arrived. Very disappointed in the misconduct and danger discount tire places on customers over a tire plug attempt. read more

Had them mount and balance 4 tires. They ended up finding out one of my rims leaked so I ordered a new rim. But I asked them to take the tire off that rim for me so next time I can just get the tire put on the new rim. They tore my bead on the tire and didn't replace it claiming they didn't do it. Just crazy how you can do that to a 16 yr old. Like if you mess somthing up just admit it and make it right. Did a good job mounting the rest but ruined one of my good tires that you can't buy anymore because they are discontinued. read more

I have been going to this location for years. Until recently, I have been very satisfied. I had my winter tires put on and told them I had a low tire pressure sensor on that was related to my spare tire. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the tire pressure sensor light was still on. I told Roger about it and he said that it will probably go away or I can go have my tire pressure checked at the tire pressure station on the side of the building. Taking your chances. Tech comes out of the garage with the center badge of my rim with the tabs broken off. He merely shrugged like a young boy and said the tabs were brittle by way of excuse as if breaking it was an act of nature of something rather than just apologize. When I asked if they had fixed the bad pressure sensor I came in with, he said they noticed it, but didn't do anything. This is the second time this has happed. (Previously they failed to repair my Lexus tire sensor) By this time the vehicle had the new tires mounted and pulling out the door. I heard them talk to many customers about an exit survey. Oddly I didn't get the offer to answer a survey. hmmmmmmmmm In short they gave me back my vehicle in worse shape than what I gave it to them, they make no offer to correct or even apologize. I called the toll free number for corp. and they insisted I should talk to the manager. I don't care about the money, but agreed I would talk to the manager. He/She never called. BIG SURPRISE!@! Poor training and rough handling. BTW, it appears the rebate may not be honored either for 4 new Firestone tires. Par for the course. Not worth the time to argue. Belle tire in my future. read more

I have been visiting this discount tire for the past six years with all my vehicles. I've serviced three Mercedes Benz models here as well as a Chevrolet Tahoe and a Cadillac SRX. The customer service is outstanding. I feel like the team they're genuinely cares about my business, and I feel they genuinely care about me as a person. I had a terrible experience at Discount Tire. Being in the service business I expect good service, which I DID NOT receive. I got there at about 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday (ran off and left my coffee at home) not happy. After purchasing and paying for 4 new tires they told me if would be about an hour and forty five minute wait. No big deal I'll wait. After about 2 1/2 hours my car had not been moved! No one had came over to say they were running behind or offer me any coffee. I witnessed other people come in after me and were taken care of before me, which did not make me happy.
