Bunch of scam artists. If your repair will be cheap they'll lie and say there's no need for a repair so that it gets worse and they make more money later. I brought in my car for new break pads. They "inspected" and said the pads are fine even though they're squealing. Two months later it's getting worse and worse and I bring it back in and they go "oh yea the pads and rotors are shot". In case you don't know cars there's NO WAY that good pads go bad and ruin rotors in 2 months. Next I brought in my other vehicle because I could tell the hub assembly needed to be replaced. They said they didn't hear any popping (which is BS because it was as loud as a .22 being shot every time you turn in reverse) and their inspection showed no issues. A few weeks later I take it to a new mechanic because it's getting worse FAST and the hub assembly and now tie rod is shot. Don't take your car here no matter how desperate you are because they'll lie so they can make more money later. read more

Recently purchased a set of high-end tires from this store. Two of the 4 tires leaked down by the next day. Had to return to get them fixed. They weren't sealed properly. Still have one that has a slow leak. Have to take it back in. I would not recommend Belle Tire. read more

Looks like what they did, was loosen the tie rod and ball joint that we just put in a day before the alignment. We used the proper torque and a torque wrench. I am reporting this to the BBB and other places. It seems they have done this awhile now. Same mechanic says this happened to 5 other customers who went there after they did a repair, bell tire claimed it needed to be fixed, must have never looked at the car type stuff.. We drove the car there with no noise, leaving the front end was noisy and dangerous as well. This is a crime.... I will spend all the time it needs to see they are caught. 1200 dollar estimate for wheel bearings (1) we just replaced them all, and all the front end parts... They can see the parts and still did this... This is just pathetic... They are ripping people off big time.. They would have tightened the two bolts they loosened and charge me 1200 dollars.... They are quick to respond, helpful to talk with about issues that you might have and they are fair with their pricing. If you expect to receive your vehicle back in at least the same condition you dropped it off in, don't rely on Belle Tire to deliver! And when you bring the problem to the manager's attention, he will most likely treat you badly, as he did me. I asked for another appointment to bring my car back in so it could be looked at, he told me to take it to a dealership and wouldn't give me the courtesy of looking at my car. When I asked for a corporate phone number, the manager blurted it out and slammed the phone down in my ear. There are plenty of tire places to shop at, and after the disgusting treatment I received from Belle Tire on Gull Road, I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. My husband had an alignment done yesterday and 14 miles later, his wheel FELL OFF. Upon inspection at another shop (Pennzoil on Stadium- they are absolutely phenomenal! They rescued my husband and helped him get out of the road), all the lug nuts were loose and one missing completely. They won't accept responsibility of course, but the manager said that the technicians would not necessarily notice if a lug nut was missing or if the wheels were loose when they did the alignment. I asked how they could do a proper alignment without ensuring that the wheels were stable and he declined to comment. When I went to file a complaint with the BBB, I realized that they have an F. Do not go here. If my husband had been on the highway when this happened, he would have totaled the vehicle and been injured or worse. This place is so incompetent. The fact that they are not paying lose enough attention to notice if lug nuts are missing or if wheels are loose is a liability in itself, and then allowing people to drive away in unsafe vehicles... If 0 was possible, I'd put it on the mechanics forehead. Absolutely full of it and, will try to scam you out of more $. Do not trust this place or give them your money. Trying to scam people that live off disability.. so disgusting.. at least the other tire shops stopped me before I swiped my card. read more

My wife took our 2010 dodge grand caravan in for new struts and shocks march 3 2021. I had attempted to do the rear shocks but it didn't seem like something I wanted to do in my driveway. 1327$ later, our van drove smoother. It handled better. Then after a month we started hearing rattling sound. She took it back. It was a loose sway bar link. The corrected it. Van was quiet again. Now it's been over a year and every chatter bump makes a horrible rattletrap sound like a beat up junker...so I crawl underneath in the back and couldn't believe my eyes- they never changed our rear shocks! They definitely charged us though. 272$ for nothing. I even had brand new shocks for them to install, but they told the wife they couldn't honor the Warranty of them. We took them on there word that as belle tire, they did the work and replaced our parts but this is not the case! They literally RIPPED US OFF. I am furious and we will be contacting better business bureau, perhaps even small claims. They knowingly padded the bill and inflated the cost without even doing a thing to the rear shocks. i asked for the best all season tires, they recommended a set that turned out, to not at all being all season tires. i relied on their advice. after i had them replace them with real all season tires, they broke my tire sensor, then forced me to pay for it. read more

I come to Belle Tire often to have my oil changed. I've never had any issue with their service. They changed my oil yesterday and somehow sprung an oil leak, which caused all of my oil to leak out and force me to buy oil at a gas station until I could get it back into the shop. Upon arrival, they were extremely kind, apologetic, and attentive. They not only replaced the oil, they changed the filter and took care of the residue from the oil I had to put in. Then, to take their service a step further, they reimbursed me for the oil that I bought at the gas station. Solid business, friendly staff, and great customer service. Highly recommended. I used to take my car to Belle Tire all the time. At some point, they changed management. Now they add so many unnecessary "recommended" items, your bill basically doubles. I was going to fix my fuel pump there but they decided to add spark plug wires, spark plugs, all new coils, etc. The estimate should have been around $700 but ended up close to $1,200. read more

I'm on a weekend golf trip nearby, as my friend is tying his shoes for on our 2nd day of golfing, he hears my back tire leaking, CRAP! The front desk is very nice and helpful. But the last time I brought my car in to get fixed i didn't get it back in the same condition as I brought it in. such as damage to the inside of my car door, a large stain on the carpet and also dirt/oil on my seat and inside door handles. I do not drive a beater I drive a nice vehicle. I had Management come to look at it and she basically shrugged and said "I don't know what to tell you" It's very disrespectful to have been treated this way. I will not be returning. read more
