I had a good experience here. I purchased my tires at a different location and I got the warranty (honestly getting that warranty is a game changer) so I had popped in because my low tire pressure light was on. Come to find out that I had a nail in my tire that they patched for free (warranty) and if it couldn't be patched, they would have replaced it for free. They also price match, so don't let their online tire prices deter you. Additionally, they have mobile service at this location and can meet you at your location. I had a very frustrating day and couldn't hold back any more and started crying (kinda embarrassing) but Javier was very compassionate and assured me I'm not alone in car issues , that they can take care of my wheels and explained everything very concisely and professionally. He is a very knowledgeable gentleman, and he was able to give me suggestions on the most cost-effective tires, all with a non-pushy attitude. Also, very timely service for a busy day as the balance, wheel alignment, and lung nut and two new tire installation was performed within 45 mins if not less. As we know, it is difficult to find honest work in auto service and even more so to place your trust in the people handling your car. I am fortunate enough to say that I have found my shop, and my experience with Nicholas and his teammates played a significant role. I will definitely be returning to this location for auto service in the future. 2) Jesse at Humble Discount Tire (across the Deebrook Mall) offered a kind, positive, and confident attitude when helping me out on Dec 16, 2025. He is a very knowledgeable gentleman, and he was able to give me suggestions on the most cost-effective wheels and tires, all with a non-pushy attitude. I explained the situation, and Stephen gave me the impression that it was no trouble at all - but I can only imagine the trouble it is to hunt for a tire through a pile of several old tires. Nonetheless, Stephen was able to retrieve the tire, and was happy to wait on me to pick it up that same day. When I arrived, Stephen was busy helping out other customers, as well as giving a hand to his teammates in the bay area. A few minutes later, he received me with a smile, and rolled over the tire to my car. He even dedicated a few minutes of his precious time to "apologize for the trouble" and shake my hand. These kind of actions and attitudes are what gain a customer for life. I ordered my tires online and booked a same day appointment at 5pm. I arrived a few minutes early, was checked in efficiently, and my mini van was off to get new tires. At 5:15 I was greeted by a technician who said he was just finishing up. 2 minutes later he said he was done and walked me outside. 17 minutes to balance and install 4 tires. That's pretty amazing. highly don't recommend, I only came for them to remove a nail and they tried scamming me to replace the whole tire after cutting the inside saying the tire had a manufacturing issue, after I said just put the spare tire they scratch up my key fob and broke the lock to unlock the spare tire. now I'm left having to get a new tire and a broken key fob/ spare tire lock and of course they won't admit or take care of what they did read more

I am happy enough with this location that I did not mind driving almost an hour to get new tires there. When we lived closer, I used to go there more often including for tire rotations. My experience at this location has been excellent. Know that I went in knowing what tires I wanted because there are only limited options for my vehicle. I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. Because it is an electric. SUV, they had to be careful how they jacked the vehicle. They knew what they were doing. I was still out the door by a few ticks before 11:00 a.m. My only issue is that they did not do the TPMS properly and an error code is present in my vehicle, but I will get that taken care of at my next rotation. read more

Just coming out of an extended hospital stay and discovered that I needed to replace my tires. I worked with Jason and when they discovered that I also had some rim damaged he gave me some option. As a disabled Veteran I was on a tight budget but he really came through and took care of me very well. They did a great job and worked very quickly to take care of me and got me out the door again in very short order. And the new rims really look great on the car. this place is absolute crap!!!! I came in and the guy didn't even look at my tire and told me it had to be replaced... my mother showed him the hole was not on the wall and he soap tested and it was not on the wall. I was upset because I felt he was trying to take advantage of me and told the guy that. Well he had another guy come in with a complete smirk and told me my tire had several holes and all my tires needed to be replaced and he was being an absolute dick! At this point I was about to blow up I was so angry, I felt the room spinning. This guy said he would cut me a deal and give me 3 tires for the price of 4. My mom told me to take the deal and leave it alone. This guy came off as a sadistic narcissist creep. He could tell I was about to fall apart and he was getting pleasure from ripping me off. The tires were some no-name brand and my total was 200 more than the cost of the tires. This place is terrible and I would never send my daughter there. I made an appointment to install new tires for 5:00 on a Friday. I ran late due to work and called the shop at 5:30 (30 minutes before closing time) to see if I could reschedule for Saturday morning. Bradly answered the phone and said "we don't close until 6:00, come on down". To which I replied, "I'm not sure if i can make it. It could take me 45 minutes to get there in rush hour traffic". He assured me that they would wait. I pulled up at 6:05. The technicians swarmed my car like an F-1 pit crew, Bradly rang me up promptly and everyone has friendly and very professional. I knew I'd been overdue for new tires on my truck & a good friend of mine quickly recommended Discount Tire. I swung by around 9am on a Tuesday & all of the service bays were full plus a few more cars parked in the waiting stalls but the nice gentleman at the entrance of their lot confirmed for me that they took walk-ins & they were currently at a 45ish minute wait. I gladly put my name down. You can sit in your vehicle until they are ready for it OR you can sit inside their service center in the AC OR you can sit in their outdoor customer waiting area. They have six cushioned chairs set up under a big tent which, at least for me, worked really well to help keep cool. read more

I went to this location for a tire repair. The attendant (huge, black guy) merely looked at the tire without even touching it and told me I needed a new tire, which costs $375. I left and went to another tire repair shop where the attendant looked and told me the tire was repairable. Stay away from this location's lazy and scammy attendants. read more

The set-up now at Discount Tires flows very well. Make your appointment, someone is there as you pull in and they will check you in and direct you to a numbered slot. This DTS always has my back!! The visit before last was when the temperature had dropped down below freezing and something had got in my tire, making an indicator light come on in my car right after leaving work. I drove straight to DTS only to find a line of people waiting to be waited on and many filling in seats waiting on their vehicle. I had no choice but to wait it out. I was anticipating 2 hours at least to get waited on. Tuh! They got me out in 45 minutes! They checked my tire, made sure it didnt have a leak (an object had went into the outer tire wall, but not damaged the tire to the extent that it needed to be replaced. The light was still on when I received my car back. Although I was told that it would go off later, I was concerned that it didnt in a few minutes. Took about 30 minutes to go off and weeks later--I have not had issues with the tire. Awesome service and friendly staff! read more

These guys are sleezy. Went behind my back and called my mom to try and sell some tires that i told them I didn't want in the first place. I was outside waiting.... Also sexist...When my mom talked to them last which is why I went instead. I went into discount tire today with my mom's car and flat tire that was under warranty. I told them that there was a nail in the tire and if for some reason you can't fix it I just to give me a new tire with the same size. ( Which I'm sure a lot of other places could have fixed it for less than 15) They tried to sell me more tires on the passenger side. I told them no. So I continued to wait outside while they determined if the tire could be fixed or not. I proceeded to get an angry call from my dad saying that they had called my mother and tried to sell her some tires. I could only let you imagine the rage I had going into that store after i already told them I don't want the tires. I just want the driver's side rear fixed or replaced. They said they couldn't fix it.. so just had them replace it. Sexist... Last time my mom went in they acted like she couldn't take care of her car. Proceeded to ask, "Is your husband around? HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had an appointment at 4:15. I got there at 4:20. I had to wait 5 minutes behind a car in their parking lot before I could get "checked in" and then I sat in a space for 20 minutes while it ticked down my place 4, 3, 2, 1. Then the store manager came over to chastise me for not being on time, and said that because I was "so late" he had to put the 5pm appointments BEFORE me and I would have to wait 45 minutes. He would not budge. I'm sorry but (1) why didn't the guy checking me in tell me that if I'm 5 min late that I can't make my appointment time? (2) Why did the manager wait 20 min to be told I would miss the appointment time? Why couldn't he have kindly told me that so I didn't have to wait 25 min only to be told they could see me for 45 more min??????? NO, just no. Ive used this store for year but this manager is totally unprofessional and they've lost my service for good. My son took his F150 truck over to buy and install two new front tires as they were starting to become slick. His rear tires were in great shape as the tread was like new. After purchasing two new tires for over $500 and taking the bad front tires off, my son was told that they had to install the new tires on the rear and place the used rear tires on the front. They said this was due to regulations from rubber manufactures. We told them to just put the front tires back on and we would go elsewhere. They said they would not do this as the front tires were to bad. Talk about arrogance. This is so wrong as good front tires keep you from under steering and potentially wrecking. i have been bringing all 6 of my vehicle to this location for the past 16 years and buy all my tires through them. Have a new Tacoma bought new from dealer and had my tires rotated 4 times already by them. Today scheduled appointment to get tires rotated and the goofy tech trying to upsell everything to me when tires are good with only 25000 miles on them. Tried to sell me wiper blades and even ripped one saying i needed new ones. Told him no i just want the rotate and balance. Proceed to go inside and he tells me he can't service my truck because my tires are too big for my wheels. Advised the tech y'all have done it 4 times before what's the issue. Tech says it's not in spec and the other techs should not have done it. Dude had a smart ass look on his face telling me. The last few times I've been here it seems they just wants sales and try to upcharge. I believe when i told him i didn't want anything but a rotate he didn't want to service my vehicle. Will not come back here and will take my business elsewhere. Again I've probably bought 12 sets of tires here in the past 16 for all my vehicles. I know it might be small compared to the big picture of business but they won't have mine anymore. Took my 62 corvette in for balance and rotation. That were very professional and treated me and my Vette with kid gloves. The tire technician took his time and paid very close attention to hand jacking the car up and taking the very expensive hubcaps off. No scratching of wheels or hubcaps. Balanced the tires with precision and installed very carefully. He refused a tip, said it was his pleasure to service Vett. I had to twist his arm to take tip. My family and I have been coming to this location for years, but the last couple times I've come, things seen to be very disorganized. Today, specifically, I waited in line for a tire rotation, which should be a fairly simple service. The guy (Shane), checked my tires, then we came back into to sign papers, he told me it would take about 30 mins, but I would get a text when ready. Typical procedure. Then he told me to "have a seat"... First off, I also work in the services industry, and you never command someone to have a seat. You suggest or ask them if they would like to have a seat. While I waited, I decided to take care of a couple errands next door, at Best Buy. I walked back slightly after they told me the service would be completed, and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. During that time I received the text that the service was completed. Finally, someone asks to help me, and they can't find my keys. After searching for almost another 10 minutes, we discover that they were still in the car. The service had never been performed, and Shane never called to let me know he couldn't find the keys. And he walked past me 4 times while I stood in line the second time. I understand these guys are busy, but the lack of interest or concern for customer service is disappointing. I wasted two hours of my day because these employees don't know how to communicate. Frustrating! read more
