You know those "mom and pop" shops that were awesome 30 years ago and that everyone misses today?…read moreBig Deal IS that shop, and they still do it right. I curbed one of our Tesla Model Y wheels (as you do), and needed a repair. I called Jeremy at Big Deal, and the service was outstanding. He got us in that afternoon, took our car in right away (despite the fact that we were running late for our appointment time), buffed out the scuff, and repaired a slow leak in the tire Final charge? $18. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor, and I really would've paid $50 for the convenience and expertise. I will no doubt curb the Tesla again :), so we will definitely be back to this smaller, NON-large chain tire shop for the great service. Thanks so much!

I asked a good friend of mine who was a mechanic in the US Army where I should go after I figured out I couldn't easily get it done myself. He recommended Les Schwab! I contacted them, got an estimate, and had AAA tow my car there! Yep I had to have it towed, brake fluid started leaking. This Les Schwab did the job, did it right, and for a very fair price! And...I have a great warranty....something I couldn't have given myself! They also gave me a Veteran Discount! Now I can say I Trust this Les Schwab, and you should check them out! I've been meaning to leave this review since December 2025, but initially I just figured I just…read morewouldn't go back and moved on. But I just got my truck back from a trusted mechanic and it reminded me exactly why I need to say something. I used to trust this shop back when it was Integrity Tire. Since EAS Auto took over, the entire feel of the place has changed. The first time I brought my truck in after the ownership change, they tried to sell me over $2,000 worth of repairs, including replacing the head gaskets, in addition to a new serpentine belt "with obvious cracking" on a truck with only 70k miles. That immediately raised red flags because a couple months prior I had the truck inspected by a highly reputable mechanic, and the only things they found were brakes and transfer case fluid. Still, I second-guessed myself because EAS acted so confident and pushy about the repairs. Fast forward to now: I just had the truck looked over AGAIN by a trusted mechanic and specifically told them to check for ANYTHING that needed attention. Their answer? Rear brake pads and an oil change. That's it. So if I would've blindly listened to EAS Auto, I could have been out thousands of dollars for repairs that apparently were never needed. What really bothered me was that the same lady at the front counter who handled my visit was also the one pushing repairs on the young girl sitting there while I waited. She carried herself like there was absolutely no chance she could be wrong and talked with the confidence of someone presenting catastrophic issues that needed immediate attention. Maybe some of the repairs were legitimate, maybe not, but the sales pressure and certainty behind it felt exactly like what they did to me. The difference is I was comfortable saying, "No, I'll have my mechanic look at it." The honesty and trust that Integrity Tire used to have feels completely gone. I won't be back, and I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here.

If you're…read moregoing there for 1 minor service or just brakes, be prepared to be slapped with a list of other things they mysteriously found wrong and be hit with a $2-3,000 bill. Went in for brakes ONLY, and was told had a specific leak, on a newer vehicle that absolutely hadn't made even so much as a drop of liquid on the ground anywhere before being taken into their shop. No smoke from car, no smell, no warning light on dashboard. Just told it's what they found and then when asked to be shown where this crack or leak was, they could not show it and immediately stopped talking to us and wouldn't discuss anything further. Told them we'd like to take it to the dealership for it to be looked at and was told we could absolutely not drive it or it would destroy the engine. So what could we do? Very shady practices and takes no accountability for themselves causing the damage!! Also as another punch to the gut, was told the car would be ready that day after them having it for 8hr,...... it was not, drove all the way there for someone to tell us sorry it won't be ready until tomorrow now. No courtesy phone call to let us know, before we traveled all the way there. Leaving us stranded with no vehicle for a whole day and having to miss work. Then the next day being told the wrong part was received, forcing the wait the whole next day, again without a vehicle. Very unprofessional, and extremely disappointed in this place for being such scammers. So if you think your car is in great condition... just give it 20min in their shop, they'll make/find some damage that will cost you $1,000's.
