Thank You Dakota. You went above and beyond what you said would do! Called the last minute and he took me in. I hope that the others can do as great as the Bowling Green Ky location!!!! read more

Very busy store! But they were able to get a matching tire next day. Left the tire with them and by 2:00pm next day it was ready and they mounted it and on my way! No complaints, good communication! read more

A buddy of mine went there to get his vehicle serviced and they messed it up pretty bad would not recommend going back

Spoke with Michael about new tires and pricing and if I needed to make an appt. He said they take walk ins all day and they weren't busy at the moment. I explained I was over an hour drive away. When I arrived Dakota greeted us, took all my info. Cameron along with a few other workers had our car in and out with brand new tires in less than an hour. Super friendly staff and efficient. "Discount Tire" is the only place we will go too! Highly recommend this location. Great job guys! Thanks again! Linda & Denny read more

I made an appointment online to have the tires, that I purchased there, rotated and balanced. I was told that the rotate/balance was first come. After an hour wait I left and made an appointment with B&B tire, which I will have to pay for No value; no quality; no service; no honoring of appointments read more

I was on my way home (some 200 miles away) on my assignment and the low tire pressure came on. I Yelped for the nearest tire store and this place was it. They took me in, fixed one of the tires which had a puncture and I was good to go in no time. TAHNK YOU, Joseph and another gentleman whom I failed to ask his name for. I got home safe today!! They are my heroes. read more

10 out 10 service. BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! First of all, the team at this discount tire is the friendliest and most courteous group of people I have ever met working at a tire company. When stuck in an unknown area, you need all the friendly faces and help you can get. This group, from Manager Mike to Lance, and especially Joseph (), went above and beyond to get me back on the road for my event, 4 hrs away. They are all true Rockstars. I don't know how much this comment will do, but I hope the company recognizes the entire team over here. And please remember if you need tires in Bowling Green, Kentucky... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE!! read more

Whether I need new tires, repairs, or rotations, this is my preferred destination! Polite, professional, and practical staff focused on safety. Their tire protection package is a great value. read more

This place is great! We had a shitty experience with one of their competitors, so we popped in here first thing the next morning, and they told us exactly what we needed and we were in and out in no time. The tires we got weren't the most economical, but we are back and forth from Nashville frequently so we really needed the safety and longevity more than anything. Worth the price for sure. Plus they give you free balance and rotate for the life of the tires. We will definitely be utilizing these guys more. read more

Discount Tire of Bowling Green is amazing. They fixed a stripped lug on our minivan on their dime late last year, and just reminded me today why I keep coming back to them. They greatly helped me with my truck and I'm going to be paying it forward soon. read more

Highly recommend the Bowling Green location. All the staff is so friendly and efficient. All rotate and balances are free of charge. Customer service is top-notch and they actually have plenty of employees working. That means quick service and great customer service! They even let you bring in your furry family while you wait on your car. read more

Super slow service. They called and told me my tires were in, I cause I'm on my way. They said it would be a 1-2 hour wait. I show up and they told me to come back in 30 minutes and should be good to go. Then wait over another hour and they still dont have my truck in. Waiting almost 3 hours to get my truck in the bay. Dakota and Mike were good to work with. read more

Rude egotistical mechanics that think they can screw over a woman. I pulled in with a flat tire, they refused to take payment from my dad over the phone. Then as I was leaving one guy ran out to the parking lot where I was and said they would do it. They ran the payment, then proceeded to tell me it would take an HOUR to change my one tire. And they weren't even busy there was one car in the port, no one in the lobby, and approx. 6 boys standing around laughing doing nothing. Waste of time and energy and resources, disrespectful workers at this location. Can't say I even trust them to do it right but I guess there's policies for that read more

Took my car in after the December tornado. Needed 4 tires. Left it there because they had to order any tires to fit my 19 inch rims. The tires I ordered were something like 220/230 each. The warehouse sent them 3. Then when they were supposed to send the 4th, they didn't. So the salesman put a better tire on my car for the same price. Still gave me a military discount. I'd go back to this one. Took about 4 days to get tires but totally understandable everything considered. read more

Just bought a set of tires from this newly opened branch of Discount Tire. I did lots of research and price checking before stopping in. They were not only cheaper from the get go, but offered a manufacturer rebate the other dealers did not. The staff were friendly and helpful. They got me in and out during my lunch hour as promised. I had no less than 3 staff members ask me if I was ok, needed anything or would like a bottle of water. As I said.. great staff!! I would. and will, use this place again. read more

Trevor, Josh & the guys hooked me up. I picked up a nail in a tire. Tires were close enough to switch out the set anyway. I'd been using the spare for a couple days while I price shopped. I needed special order tires and they quickly helped me narrow my search, order them & begin processing my $100 rebate from Bridgestone. Here's the thing. We did all this preliminary work over the phone! Find, buy, pay, set appt to install were all on one phone call in one call. A couple days later I dropped the car off took a Lyft home and returned just before closing to pick it up. EXTRA PRAISE: They put my spare back under the car, stored the jack and accompanying tools and resecured the plastic covers. Awesome customer service from this team. read more

Wonderfully knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround, and the attention to detail is second to none. You will not be disappointed. If only mechanics shops were as good as this tire shop. read more

I scheduled an appointment online. I was greeted immediately upon walking inside. They took an immediate look at my car and quoted me $60 for each of the TPMS gauges that needed to be replaced. They compared it to $80 at the dealership and said their $60 included labor. I went inside to pay and they had also charged me approx $35 for labor. I'm extremely upset that they have me a false quote. I was not allowed to have a receipt until after the service. When I asked how long it would take, they said the service would take about 15 minutes but there were 2 hours worth of cars in front of me. I had an appointment, so I'm not sure why there was a 2 hour wait. Honestly the DMV is a better experience. Also, they did not offer to rotate my tires when they clearly needed to be rotated and I didn't want to ask because of the outrageous unanticipated wait time. Take your business elsewhere read more

My tire won't keep pressure and I needed it patched. First off, I walked in and nobody even looked at me for about 10 minutes until someone finally decided to help. Then, I got helped and I told them I know my tread is low and I'm getting my tires replaced when I move back home. I just need my tire to hold pressure during the move- I didn't have the finances to buy new tires. Kyle "helped" me and said he couldn't patch mine because of the tread. He rudely said "so what's the difference between getting tires here versus back home?" It shouldn't matter- I was comfortable getting them back home. He refused to work with me and when I asked him my other options he said "I don't know, there aren't any." I called my dad to help and all of a sudden Kyle was willing to help and give other options. His "option" included ringing it in as a "flat repair." Kyle said "I'm not supposed to do this but I'm doing you a favor." No he wasn't. I was finally willing to get 2 tires just to solve my problem. I can't drive on a tire leaking air. He said there are no tires of the size I need in stock but he could order some and they MIGHT be in in 5 business days. And 2 tires would be almost $400 and that's their "cheapest." Again claimed he was "helping me by cutting me a deal." But wait, he then said he could do the "flat repair" but if he took the tire off and they couldn't fix it, they'd have to replace all 4 tires. They didn't have the 2 I needed but they had 4?? Nothing he said made sense, he was rude and sexist the entire time. The second my fiancé or dad talked to him his solution changed. Lost my business today! Shame on this "company" for allowing this to happen! Made a stressful situation into an even MORE stressful mess. read more

I had a screw in my side wall tire so I come into my local discount tire and the store manager Derek assisted me immediately, he has amazing customer service and him and his team is very educated and professional. Just so happens that they found another nail in my other tire, I'm so glad I stopped here so they could take care of it. As I'm watching them I noticed that they finger tighten the tire bolts they processed to tighten the tire down with their air gun. They don't over tighten them and they put them to the proper torque. I'm very glad to see that. That worries me about other places. read more

Came here because of the high reviews, and those reviews were accurate! Grateful for the excellent service, and very fair rates.

had a flat from running something over and figured might as well get everything balanced and rotated while I was there I'm about 700 miles away. they did the flat replacement on the tire that was going flat but didn't do a rebalance and or rotation, I brought it up and the gm said they did which I watched them not do it so all they did was a rotation and what I ran over still put a nail on both tires but they didn't even look at the other tire that I requested them to look at. read more

This is by far the BEST experience buying tires than I have ever had. Parked my car and someone came out to greet me and asked what they could do to help me. Told him what I wanted and they had my tires in stock. Said it would take about an hour and it was more like 30-40 min. They have an area for you to watch them with the cars. They worked like a fine oiled machine. They are efficient and so clean! Guy brings my car to door and comes in to take me to the car that he has pulled up to the curb. Opens car door for me and thanks me. Genuinely nice, nice people. I appreciated the free snacks too, as I had just come from a fasting blood workup. And get this, they had a $70 rebate on my tires. Not from Michelin, but from Discount, themselves. I will never buy tires from anyone else! read more

I had a nail in my tire. Another tire company told me it couldn't be fixed, and they'd order me a new tire, charge me shipping. DT fixed the tire no problem, no charge. Guess where I'm buying my next set of tires. read more

Very disappointed. Ordered tires on line and scheduled appt. Hot a text a couple of days before appt to as a reminder. Showed up for appt to find a sign saying they are closed till further notice. Took morning off to do this yet someone could call, text to tell the customer. THEN rescheduled appt. Found out they only had 3 of the tires I ordered. Said another customer needed it. Gave me a different set. I like Discount tires but this store in Bowling Green Ky has problems. read more

Currently here getting new tires. Friendly, fast service. 5 stars! Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Quick, easy, professional service. Pulled in to get a screw taken out of my tire. The sign outside said don't get out of your vehicle , we will be with you shortly. They came out, had me pull in the bay, jacked up the front end, and had me back on the road in just a few minutes after patching and rebalancing my tire. I will be going back. read more

Love this store. Always very friendly and affordable service. I pulled in this morning just to get a rotation and balance; I had already bought the lifetime balance and rotation (meaning they won't be getting paid anything today). They met me with a smile before I even got out of the vehicle. I told him what I was here for, he took my keys, and pulled it straight in. I came inside and checked in, and they're nearly done in the time it took me to write this review. They have earned a lifetime customer. read more

Yep, it's a Discount Tire, fast friendly service and fair tire prices coupled with the industry's best road hazard warranty. Ive purchased all my tires from this chain for the last decade or so, I've lost track of the number states I've done business with them in, but it's always been a great experience. As always, you can get cheaper tires, but saving ten bucks a tire isn't worth the loss in service to me, not to mention the loss in waranty service. Trust me, I've had to replace a lot of tires over the years from potholes and debris, and the only place it's never been a hassle is Discount Tire. read more

Discount Tire is the only place I take my cars. Being from Louisville I knew I was gonna get great service, but truly their service was beyond amazing. I just bought new Arizonian brand tires for my car from Discount Tire. The sales person made them sound like they were a really good deal. I spent about $600 for 4 tires & thought that I was getting a "discount". I am disgusted today to learn from B&B on Campbell Lane that the same grade tire that I paid for would have cost me about $400 from them. I will never shop at Discount Tire again. They were fast & friendly, but that was the only positive. Please be warned that if you shop here you're probably getting robbed. Go check out B&B to compare prices before you buy.
