Truck was brought in for estimate Dana missed a few things on it. I caught it. She said don't worry…read moreabout it. There's always extras then I brought it in the story changed all sudden they can't fix stuff the way they said they would and things that didn't get approved. I had to personally call the insurance company Over 15 times at least 2 hours on the phone fighting for something that I shouldn't have to fight for in the first place if it was done right Then it ended up getting repaired instead of replaced on items that was supposed to be replaced Then to pick up the truck, I had to return it. Four times still was not correct. Fifth wheel trailer hitch four bolts were not even tightened down even though I sent it in one time for that particular thing wires were hanging underneath. Check engine light come on it was a coincidence and until the mechanic said no there's a wire pinched from when they took off the bed of the truck . The list Goes on and on And then the general manager says don't worry I'll take care of you come in and we'll buy you And your wife a nice dinner. They gave me a $50 gift card so I guess we're going to Burger King. That was just a insult for how much time and energy I've put into this and the worst thing is they really don't seem to care

He had no idea how our vehicle was badly scratched on the bumper, door, back hatch, hood and front bumper. We explained to him we went to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area during a car show recently and where we parked there were people moving cinder blocks around. The clearances were tight, but at these events you try and do your best. We came back to our car and found what we believe to be concrete block scratches on several parts of our car including the front left fender, front bumper, hood, door, etc. where it appears something literally rubbed against the car and damaged it. I cannot prove it, but I believe some of the damage was purposefully done by someone on site, but I cannot prove it, we were not near the car when all of the damage occured. Other people at the site said they experienced damage on their vehicles as well. Long story short, Mr. Tim Pulliam, an estimator with Gary Force Paint and Body shop comes along "after the fact" and makes a statement to the hatchet lady at State Farm Insurance Company that he just does not see how the damage could occur at the same time, like he was there and witnessed the damage. It's always bad enough working with an insurance company who you have had insurance with for over 20 years on multiple cars as well as home owners insurance to have a know it all estimator from a body shop come along after the fact and try to give the insurance company a reason to deny a perfectly legitimate claim. They came back to us and said, well, we believe we need to charge not one, but 3 $500.00 deductibles! All of this began because Tim Pulliam of Gary Force Body Shop decided he would just flex his guesstimating muscle and throw a huge bolder in the works, where the State Farm Insurance adjuster could come back to us and say, oh, the Gary Force professionals said there is no way that damage could have been done at one time. There are no words to express our anger. I trust you will remember our experience when we took our vehicle to Gary Force Body Shop. This battle is by no mean over yet.

Originally our vehicle wasn't supposed to be done until April sometime but, we just got it back today. And we are MORE than pleased. Mike kept us up to date on everything. When we went and got the vehicle back I got in and noticed how they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside up. When we got home we didn't notice it before but they even washed it. They really go all out for sure. Everyone we talked to there has been very nice. I highly recommend them. If they can't get to you right away. Trust me they will do you right and their work is great! You won't get better service than you get from them anywhere else.

They said it would be ready in two weeks. It is now 19 August and I still don't have it back. About a week after I dropped it off, they told me they found more damage when they dissassembled the damaged parts and had to order more parts. Everytime I call to check on my vehicle, they say they're waiting on a part and it's out of their control. Taking this long to repair a vehicle is unacceptable. They have done nothing to compensate me for not having my vehicle ready in a timely manner. I've had to pay for a rental car for a month after the insurance company stopped paying for a month so that's about $2000.00.

The body work they did after my wrecks as on point! But this is where the positive ends! First we will start off with when I first leave their shop after picking up my truck at their closing time and I get 5 miles down the street and my rear view mirror falls off and I have to go 4 days with no rear view mirror because it was a holiday and a weekend, now to the fun stuff! Once I finally got my truck back is when the problems starts! 30 miles after driving my truck, my front driver side caliper bolt came out as I was about to pull on my street, then right before I pull into my driveway, my bottom bolt falls out and my caliper falls on my wheel and prevents me to back into my driveway! I bring my truck to them and their response was "we didn't even disassemble the brakes! But they put New bolts in but told me "I don't see why you think we are responsible for the repair of your wheel, so put a claim in with your insurance". Roughly a month and half has passed by and no repair of my wheel, as I dropped my father off at the airport, I was about to get on the freeway and then clunk clunk clunk, MY PASSENGER FRONT CALIPER BOLT FELL OUT! Now I am assuming they will say the same thing even though this was the assembly they had to tear down to repair! More damage not to my other wheels and I am stuck waiting for for AutoZone to open to purchase the tools and bolts to fixed my caliper! Remainder of the damage remaining is: no repair to my damaged from dif case, no repair of my fuel tank fill tube flap, no repair of my side step placement, front driver fender not repaired, front passenger caliper bolt missing, both driver and passenger front wheels damaged on the inside and their response is to me "put a claim in with my insurance" P.S. I will continue to update this review as things progress and as I remember more things!
