I wasn't charged with any crime and they still refuse to return my car. I shouldn't legally be liable for the first 2 weeks of towing since the cops had it under investigation, and then I shouldn't be liable for any fees after the first 10 days due to the towing company not notifying me by certified mail why they towed it and how to get it back. I shouldn't have to pay even 1¢ to get it returned and I was not guilty of said crime they took it for. So why do they refuse to give my car back unless I pay thousands in fees when they illegally towed it to begin with. It wasn't on a roadway it had been parked a month due to needing a part. And it was on posted private property. They stole my car and held it for ransom... How can they do this it's been all.ost 2 years and they won't give my car back when I am innocent!!!!!
