So grateful to Sam's employees and store I am Instacart delivery driver. I lost my wallet containing Driver license ID and instacart card Sams went to the trouble to call me while I was on a deliver. She told me at least 10 people with my name and where I could pick up my wallet. I don't know who helped so thank you to the whole store. read more

Nice store. I have always enjoyed the good deals at the snack bar and the quality of the food. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza....while the slice was certainly the big portion I expected from Sam's, I thought the crust was a lot thicker than I had at the other locations. I'm just not a fan of doughy pizza. Other than that. No complaints. Service was good, despite the long line. read more

Decent selection of items but, if you go here, do yourself a favor and scan your items yourself. Both times I've gone here the person scanning my items missed something. For how long the lines are, it's not even worth going back to the register for those items. This Sam's Club isn't going to last if something doesn't change. read more

I could have saved so much $ over the years had I known how good these were! Save money on those kiddos birthday parties parents! Shop Sams!!! Aside from the sweet treats..... My husband and I recently purchased a new Queen sized bed from Sams. It was a sale we kept seeing commercials for and us needing a new bed anyways, we decided to go for it. $500 for box springs and mattress. It's super comfy!! My husband also decided we needed a new TV. 65" VIZIO. It was around $800. Not a bad price. We also get alot of big box items and drinks from there once a year to stock up. Be knowledgeable about your purchases though. Some things that are the same quantity are cheaper elsewhere. But then some are cheaper at Sams by a long shot. Just do a little research before you buy. I like to compare prices at Walmart with their grocery pick up app. It has most items I'm planning on buying and I can use it to compare prices while shopping at Sams. All in all Sams is a great store that we visit frequently! read more

I don't go to Sams a lot because we live in a tiny apartment and just don't have room to store things in bulk, even though it would save some money. I've gotten toilet paper there and some produce and meat but not a lot else. I really enjoy their cafe, they have great prices for a little snack on your afternoon errand run. The churros are especially good! I tend to use the gas station the most because it's often 10-15 cents cheaper than anything else in the area. This has been quite a big savings for us. They recently replaced the pumps too so they are nice and fancy. I've only experienced once or twice the sign outside with the price not matching what was on the pump, not a great surprise. But overall the store and the gas station have great deals and nice employees. read more

We stopped at the Sam's Club on our way from Cincinnati to Nashville, Tennessee. We were looking for a place to get out and stretch our legs, as well as get some food to go. We had tried the Chick-fil-A across the street, but their dining room was not open yet due to COVID-19. We opted to visit the Sams across the street and we're thankful to be able to walk around a bit. My family is a huge fan of Sam's and the location we used to frequent often closed near us. We don't go very much anymore, but we wanted to check this one out. It's so funny how different Sam's have different items. Since this store was closer to several lakes, we found lots of outdoor water equipment. We also found our favorite on the border tortilla chips that our Sams had either discontinued or stopped carrying. We grabbed two bags! It's still a bit odd to go grocery shopping during COVID-19, as you encounter lots of people with very different personal choices in social distancing. Some were wearing masks, some or not. We did find Clorox wipes at the Sams, which was one of the first spot since quarantine began that has actually had stock of this item. We did purchase one set of four Clorox wipes. We try to purchase it using the scan and go app, but it did require us to go to a physical register. No one was able to tell us why, but I am assuming it was because there was a limit on this item. read more

Stopped in this location to burn time while waiting for dinner. Very clean store. They had wine and other alcohol at this location. Our regular store does not have that. Walked in using our app. First thing we noticed was there wasn't lines all over the place to check out. More people must finally be using the app to check themselves out with instead of waiting in line forever. New to us was more of the extras - furniture, outside toys, ac units, etc. We actually got several items from the clothing section. Something for all of us not just me. I got two pair of leggings with pockets. Wore them today and wished I had bought more pairs! The bakery area smelled amazing. We found these HUGE packages of feta cheese. It's been getting harder to find them in the regular grocery store. The slab was equal to about 4 of the regular bricks. The paper products were stocked up nicely and there was no limits. Pallets of toilet paper and paper towels! Got everything we needed and left! Would return again if in the area. read more

Well, I just live a few minutes from the front door and the ones at the door now know me and wave as I go in. The ladies in the baking dept. ask me and tell me what is just coming out of the oven. The guys in the meat depot, will cut me anything I ask for. The eggs and milk are anyways fresh. The lady in the pizza station is so nice and gives me a large piece of pizza and even wraps it up for me to take home. The people at the check out door are so nice and will even ask if I need help putting my items in the car. How much better do things get at Sam's Club. read more

Located just off of I-65, Sams Club is conveniently located to fill your tank with gas at prices more than 10 cents less than other stations around! You do have to be a Sams Club member to purchas has here as the pumps require you to scan your club card first. read more

Customer Service is apparently no longer a requirement as the greeter doesn't greet you, the cashier don't thank you and the one that checks your receipt doesn't acknowledge you at all but to mark your receipt. (1 Star) Then you have other employees that can't say excuse me, leans on pallets of product to talk on their phone, and the cart grabbers aren't wearing their reflective vests and has to stop in the middle of the road to check his phone while carts roll away. (1 Star) The best thing about this place is the prices are good and the selection is good. Its the best place for me to find my French Toast Muffins in bulk and for the best price. My wife and I just join Sam's Club and the reviews have me very concerned. Sounds like this location needs training or new management. The most important part of any business is the customer and recognizing their presence. This only takes a few seconds that will last a very long time. I asked my employees to always make sure you greet... help... and thank our customers. Also... clean, clean and then clean again. Went around 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening. They had one cashier with a line 6 deep. Everything else was self-checkout. I am not on the payroll, so no thanks. We have noticed savings are minimal there these days compared to online shopping. Selection also is not what it used to be. This is why Amazon is eating everyone's lunch and we will not be renewing our membership. Why walk 8 miles around a store, fight crowds and pallets and have to scan everything myself when I can click a button and have everything delivered to my door? read more

I went her today to do a return the lady doing the return could not get the computer to work so I had to want a very long time she finally got it to work but she had to do it without a receipt, I did have the receipt and I told here that I wish she didn't do it without a receipt because Sam's a and Walmart will only let you do 3 returns without a receipt within 6 months. After that I was looking for thermal cash register paper and they didn't have any my size in stock the said I would have to order my size online. read more

I gotta bump this place up another star BECAUSE the liquor store part is now open on Sundays! Opening at 10am-6pm, you can now stock up on hard liquor/wine! I wish this was the case in Owensboro too (where I usually travel to) but that's not the case. The good people of Warren county did right by voting this new legislation into the books! read more

i went to sams club in bowling green ky and i was doing some christmas shopping and they had the blk friday sound bars out on display so i got one and when i went to pay for it ,, it would not ring up in the register. they told me i could not buy it cause it was a blk friday sale item they told me they should not be on display right now. i also ordered a birthday cake and i ordered it a week in advance and told them i would be back on thursday to pick it up,, well they couldnt find my order and i had no birthday cake, not to mention the people that was working in the bakery that day did not speak good english and really didnt understand i feel like if you work in a public place dealing with people then you need to speak good english and understand . poor managment,,,,,, the bakery dept. needs to be able to speak english.. managent did not make sure the employee's can speak english befor they hired them. this would be a good place to start a Sams Cub.. ,,, only with better managment and people that can speak and understand english read more
