I was impressed with the amount of snacks, as it was more of a miniature store than a convenience shop. I loved the fact that they had some healthy grab and go snacks like salads and a cheese and protein box. I did see some people inside with a grocery cart, like they were shopping for things they needed for the weekend. They had everything from frozen meals to bagged chips to rows of candy bars and carbonated drinks. My mom needed Band-Aids, and they had an entire section for medicine and health needs. The Band-Aids were a bit expensive, as 5 bandaids were $1.50. Again, this store felt like a glorified convenient store, so I expected that prices would be slightly inflated. Regardless, it provided several options when it came to snacks for the road, as well as not too dirty of restrooms.

After placing my order (I felt like an intrusion) I got my drink and sat while my Albuquerque Turkey was being made. I was the only customer in the restaurant. My sandwich came out in less than 10 minutes, which makes sense since I was the only person there. I saw a staff member exactly once more after I got my food, and that was to give someone a Cinnabon. I must have sat at the table for 15 to 20 minutes and at no time did anyone come out to clean up the several dirty tables or to address the nearly full trash. This wasn't, by any means, the best visit to a Schlotzsky's I've ever had and the service was lacking, but it was a quick stop on my way to somewhere else.

They also have a frozen section, a "beer cave," lots of snacks for the road, coffee and other stuff. There's also a chicken restaurant inside, with lots of tables to sit and eat there. The store was clean and very organized, and it was a pleasant experience to visit.
