There is a game that I was trying to win for several weeks and I would get excited thinking about being able to stop in to play the game hoping to win. The game I was playing is close to the restrooms. The objective of the game is to hold down a button and release it on whatever number prize you want. I was trying to get #1 and #3 both were in clear little boxes and the prize was a one hundred dollar bill. Well last week I had a few dollars on me and to my surprise I WON ON #3 A HUNDRED DOLLARS !!!! I WON. I NEVER WIN ANYTHING.Well the game did not give me my prize. I was so upset and frustrated and I figured if I go up to the counter and ask Prea what I need to do things would be resolved with no problem.She did not know what to tell me and brushed off my concern like I she didn't care.The owner came out from her office and I told her what had happened and she said she didn't know she would have to contact the man who owned the game. I politely said okay and went on to my house.I got in the drive way and said no I am going back. I wrote my name , phone number, as well as the timeframe I played the game and what prize I had one. I thought I would get a call or the owner could view her camera at that time I was there.When I got there to drop off my letter with contact info I looked on the game for a service # and there was none.I am a very passive person and I know it's only $100.00 dollars but a $100.00 is a lot of money to me. There was one female working, who I'll call "Ms. Personality." She had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I asked her about the phone and she said "it's our policy here that we don't answer phones." I responded "the Speedway up the road does, because I called them asking how to reach this store." Ms. Personality replied "we don't answer phones here. If you have a problem with it, talk to the manager." Regarding my original issue, I said "you're not going to help me, are you." She said "nope." That's when I left - no reason to remain. I've always fueled my company car and personal vehicle(s) at this location due to the convenient location, but you can bet I won't anymore! So bad that they make tech providers look like superstars. 1. Routinely losing scripts from providers and claiming they never received them. Once or twice is perhaps understandable, but has happened several times and with different providers. 2. Not having auto-refills ready for pickup, and making the customer wait for 30+ minutes for the script to be filled. 3. Filled a script from over two years ago from a provider from my old state of residence. 4. Continued to fill old scripts from old providers after new scripts were submitted by new providers. 5. Refused to call provider for refill; had me do it. 6. Refused (ignored) multiple requests from my new pharmacy to transfer scripts. I could go on and on. No one should ever put their lives in the hands of CVS pharmacies and their incompetent, unprofessional, and rude pharmacists and support staff.
