Today I overheard the lady running the cash register telling another customer "Oh we give these to our loyal customers to save money" and proceeds to hand her a card. My only question is what qualifies you as a "loyal customer" these days? I love to support a local business and do so on the daily but to hear this was so distasteful. Won't catch me there again.

Even if I am on the other side of town I will wait to get gas at AM EXPRESS and used to refuse going anywhere else. I wanted to support their business here in Bowling Green. There is a game that I was trying to win for several weeks and I would get excited thinking about being able to stop in to play the game hoping to win. The game I was playing is close to the restrooms. The objective of the game is to hold down a button and release it on whatever number prize you want. I was trying to get #1 and #3 both were in clear little boxes and the prize was a one hundred dollar bill. Well last week I had a few dollars on me and to my surprise I WON ON #3 A HUNDRED DOLLARS !!!! I WON. I NEVER WIN ANYTHING.Well the game did not give me my prize. I was so upset and frustrated and I figured if I go up to the counter and ask Prea what I need to do things would be resolved with no problem.She did not know what to tell me and brushed off my concern like I she didn't care.The owner came out from her office and I told her what had happened and she said she didn't know she would have to contact the man who owned the game. I politely said okay and went on to my house.I got in the drive way and said no I am going back. I wrote my name , phone number, as well as the timeframe I played the game and what prize I had one. I thought I would get a call or the owner could view her camera at that time I was there.When I got there to drop off my letter with contact info I looked on the game for a service # and there was none.I am a very passive person and I know it's only $100.00 dollars but a $100.00 is a lot of money to me. I tried to tell myself to let it go.If I went to bingo or the mint gambling hall and I paid to play a game and I won I would expect just like anyone else to get the prize one so it's not okay to me what has happened. It was Sunday June 7, 2026 around 9:00 am when we arrived. It was a mad house. We turned in on the lane that takes you directly to the gas pumps. We were driving for a while and just decided to park so we could go in and use the restroom and get something to eat. After using the spotless restroom and cleaning up, we went to get our food. As I said, the place was an absolute madhouse, but it was good madness. To see so many people packed in one place with smiles and looks of joy on their faces. Great time's. I know it's just a rest stop but it's so much more. This place just makes people happy. It was still breakfast time so they were still serving the incredible brisket tacos. I absolutely love just the brisket taco with their green salsa. It's amazing! My taco was packed with brisket and comes on the fresh made tortillas they make right there in the store. My wife loves the brisket and egg taco just plain the way it comes. They are equally as good and also loaded with brisket and a good amount of egg. After getting our food, we went and got a few of the new Buc-ee's America 250 merchandise. We just got a couple of t-shirts and a fridge magnet. There is anything you can imagine in the merchandise section. After checking out, we went to our car to eat our food. Sitting there eating we just watched a non stop line of cars pulling in. It was like it was timed perfectly. Every vehicle seemed like they were spaced out the perfect distance from one another. It was like it was choreographed. We sat there for about a half hour watching this. It was hilarious. When we finished eating, we went to fuel up before getting back on the road. This particular day the gas was $3.47 a gallon. When we got back to Cave City, the gas was $3.74. Even with all of those cars coming in, there was no waiting to get to a gas pump. Buc-ee's is a fun place to stop in and grab a snack, have some awesome brisket, pulled pork, or beef jerky. It's just a wonderful place.

It is compact, but at the same time it is jam packed with the items that are convenient. It is very clean, brightly lit, and makes for a fast stop. The gas prices for this are running the norm for the area. Enough room on the lot to use the pumps and make a pit stop.
