Pros: The lovely girl who did my pedicure was very thorough especially with the cuticles, nail shaping and polish. The leg massage was very nice and the massage chair good. The foot bowls are lovely. The environment relaxing and there are tons of stations available. This will be my new regular pedi spot I think! Cons: Typically pedicurists paint to end of the big toe nail to make the paint job last. Here they didn't and it looks a bit unfinished. You currently have to call to see if you can walk in. The lady who sat me down was a smidgen pushy regarding upsells. After the cream applied to the legs feet they felt a bit greasy. A wipe down with a hot towel would be welcome. I was afraid it would stain my pants.

He truly cares about his patients and the staff he works with are top notch. I go here for Botox injections related to muscle tension and facial pain, but they offer multiple treatments, such as Botox for wrinkles, lip enhancements, dermal fillers, and fat shaping/sculpting. They also have solutions for dark puffy eyes and skin discolorations, and more. The space is clean, bright, and stylish. The exam/treatment rooms are comfortable. They also have their own product lines for various cosmetic needs. Prices are reasonable. The business is also technologically savvy, so scheduling/rescheduling/paperwork is easy and can be done online. Again, I trust the staff absolutely, and consultations are free!

Recently, my husband and I decided to indulge in some much-needed self-care by treating ourselves…read moreto a couple's pedicure. We had envisioned a relaxing experience where we could unwind together while enjoying some pampering. However, our visit turned out to be quite disappointing due to what appeared to be a lack of experience among the staff members. From the very beginning, it became apparent that the technician assigned to my pedicure was not fully confident in her skills. Throughout the entire session, I observed her repeatedly seeking guidance from her colleague, which not only delayed the process but also raised concerns about the overall quality of the service. I couldn't help but feel uneasy knowing that my technician required constant direction in performing what should be a straightforward procedure. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when my husband ended up sustaining several cuts on his feet during his pedicure. This incident was alarming, and it left us both feeling uneasy. In an attempt to remedy the issue, the technician applied alcohol to the wounded areas, which only added to his discomfort. It was difficult to watch him endure that level of pain, especially during what should have been a soothing experience. As for my own pedicure, there were moments when I had to call my technician's attention to certain aspects of her work, and she ultimately had to redo several parts to meet the standard we expected. While I appreciated her willingness to correct her mistakes, the entire experience felt disjointed and less than enjoyable. Given the combination of our unfortunate experiences--my husband dealing with painful cuts and my own technician struggling to provide a satisfactory service--it's safe to say we left feeling more stressed than relaxed. Regrettably, we both agreed that we would not be returning to this establishment in the future. The whole visit was a far cry from the rejuvenating escape we had hoped for, and it left a lasting impression that has made us reassess our choices for self-care in the future.
