HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went to STC Campbell Ln location Thursday, February 27at approximately 6:05. I went in and stood in line for approximately 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The two worker girls were behind the counter up sailing or rather trying to upsell to customers. I was never welcomed into the store at any time a third employee came, walked behind the counter and straight into the office and still not acknowledgeing me. I am a VIP member. This was evident with my bag in my hand and my bag on my shoulder. I got tired of waiting and left and went to the best location in town the bypass. Why can't Campbell get their act together? This place doesn't change! Went in today wanted to buy a membership, there was one guy working on one computer, another guy waiting on a customer and another woman looking at the other computer. The woman made eye contact with me and then looked back at her computer.I gave them 3 minutes, no one helped me, so I walked out. read more

I am a full member and often times pay for upgrades. However that will not be happening anymore. They upsell tou and then neglect to tell you things like must be used in 14 days. And if you know and you can't make it maybe because your vehicle was totaled but not there problem you just threw out $25. SMH I will not be doing another annual contract I know that for sure. read more

the manager is kinda rude, and they always have my account messed up and don't put it oh hold so its months behind in payment and i have to complain to higher up people and they are way overpriced read more

This place is nice with plenty staff, but I went in in a rush, waited 15 minutes while they tried to upsell the person in front of me on all kinds of lotions and packages. OK. Maybe they were new. But when I got up there - same thing - on & on (while the line grew behind me) - "You need this lotion & that lotion & why don't you buy this, too?" OK. I wasn't new, but this was the first time I had been to this location in awhile ... Because every time I go they try to sell stuff to the point of being pushy. Where to start? Well, I typically go about three times a week and never notice more than about a five minute wait. The employees, often students at the University, really have the best intentions for their customers. Whenever I come, I ask the employee for recommended bed use and have never had any issue. I had never been to a Sun Tan City before so I decided to stop in to get a spray tan since they were running a deal for any spray tan with add-ons for $15. I told the lady working what I wanted and she handed me two packets of an extender and a primer. I assumed they were part of the deal since she never explained any different. She ended up charging me almost $30 and said after I asked that the extra charge was for my product. I didn't ask for this product and wouldn't have purchased it if I had known it would double the cost of my tan. It was very shady for her to just put it on my bill without telling me the price and is a practice that I absolutely do not appreciate. I will not come back. read more

They have a nice facility and the location is good. Once you get a membership it is a constant waiting your turn. I upgraded to the nicer beds so I would not have to wait as long but they are more concerned with signing up a new membership they will spend 15 minutes talking with them while anyone wanting to check in has to wait. I left them in the past because of the customer service and went to Express Tan but they closed down so back to waiting. read more

Horrible service. They only care about you when you're signing up and don't care how long they make everyone wait, even if you do the online check in. I went with one girl working and she was "helping" someone who clearly also worked there and was off because all they were doing was talking about the other people they worked with. I waited 10 minutes before just leaving. I went there for one month and quit. read more

Absolutely horrible. Customer service is horrible. Wait time they quote you in never accurate. I was quoted 10-15 minutes. Sat there for 25 minutes then when finally called back to bed I get in the room and undress, then they called the phone and asked me to come back out just to let a lady who got there after me in. read more

We went in today (not our usual location) and had to wait for 20 minutes after she quoted 7-8 minutes. I asked how many instant and fastest beds they have. She answered three of each. It was ridiculous I had to wait because clearly there should have been open beds. I watched and no one went in to a fastest bed before me. No one came out of a fastest bed. Then after talking about nonsense, for over ten minutes, and about the game her team played until midnight then had to be back at 5 am, the worker went to clean a bed. Clearly social time was more important than customer service, and why weren't they using three beds? My daughter came out as I was going in, and she said no one came out after she did while she waited on me. Seems to me they just didn't want to use the bed or clean it? Not sure but was it was not good service. read more

The check in process is HORRIBLE!! You don't make people wait who's been and keep checking in walk-ins. I tell them I don't want to buy new lotion I don't expect to keep hearing the sales pitch and being pressured to buy MORE. I can't stand the staff here. I MISS EXPRESS TAN. read more
