The vibe was so cozy and relaxing, every employee was absolutely wonderful, attitudes were amazing, conversations were as if you found a new bestfriend. I walked in with the lowest confidence due insecurities of my own, and when it was noticed, i was made very aware that its not as bad as it seems, and it made me feel so much better. I'm going to keep this short and sweet (I'll try). Went to this nail salon on June 30. I wanted an ombré acrylic. I was seated with a gentleman that I don't remember his name. He asked me what shape (almond) I wanted and confirmed an ombré. He got to work and then put white on, I told him I don't like white and still continued. That's when I knew this shit is about to go down. He then said to me that coffin shaped would be better and I just let him be cause I already told him what I wanted. We ended up having to call Lynn*? So she took over cause my man here don't know that there's many different types of ombré, not just white. Lynn saved me from the nightmare, the nail is a little bit too thick for my liking though. Now I'm happy with the shape and color. Also had pedicure and Ming(*?) was awesome, sweet and friendly. She saved my experience with this nail salon to be honest. It's now June 11.. not even two weeks and my middle fake nail came off. Disappointed to say the least cause that meant the work was not great. Maybe it was just a terrible luck on my part but oh wells. I wanted to go back to get it fix but is it even worth it at this point? Nah. I will, however come for pedicures from Ming. read more

This place is a rip off. I asked for a $50 pedicure and somehow when I left it was $90!!!!! They said it was for the little bit of glitter they put on my toes and shellac that I never asked for. I made an appointment that said a simple manicure would be 30 minutes and arrived a few minutes early, I waited almost 20 minutes. I was passed off to 2 people and finally told to dip my nails into a bowl. Waited another 15 minutes with them in the back. It was really awkward. Felt like they didn't care about me at all. They then hurried through the appointment and my polish was chunky in places and I left with paint on my hands outside of the nail area. 2 nails were chipped by the end of the next day. And now 2 days later every single nail has large chips in it. I'm not hard on my nails and I've never had this happen before. I recently started going here and getting my nails done and I have to say this is probably one of the best places, if not the best place to get your nails done in Bowling Green. You book what you need on their website and since I've only just started getting my nails done regularly the descriptions helped me a ton. I went in at the scheduled time and they got to work right away! They always take their time to make sure they're perfect and it shows. I just want to start by saying this was the best nail experience I've ever had. The employees were amazing the atmosphere was a 10 out of 10 everyone was happy everybody was laughing me and a friend went to get our nails done she went first due to it being busy I was fine waiting. Once there was an opening a young lady named Hannah came in took me to a seat I showed her a picture of the desired nail that I wanted and at first I was worried but as she starts doing my nails she was being so precise with her work and making sure that every nail was the same length they were on my hand properly I've never had a nail artist perform the way that she did with my nails then she began to do the art and at this point I was blown away she did not rush she took her time to make sure that the art was done correctly she finished one out of three fingers on one hand it was better than the photo that I showed her and then another nail artist came over and was talking about the nail art and gave her a few tips on how to make it smoother and faster and he showed her on one of my fingers and then she finish the rest of my hand and it was amazing I couldn't of asked for it to look better! These are the best nails I have ever had The fact that she was able to present the art on six different fingers and the quality on each were all the same, left me beyond happy. I will never get my nails done anywhere else after a long stressful week being in that environment of the nail salon made my day 10 times better than employees also made my day better the fact that they take time into their art and make sure that you pay for the quality that what you get is truly what every nail salon should be doing read more
