I am happy enough with the service I got here but definitely not up to par with what I am accustomed to. Charges were different from the published price. My husband also gets a monthly pedi which every place I am aware of both in Northern Va where I also lived for 50 + years and Tampa Bay where we lived 5 + years priced basic pedicure that included removal of calluses it is $15 additional for this service there mot acceptable in my opinion. I believe my charges were also incorrect as a brow is listed at $10 pedicure basic $30 with callous removal $45 and dip color at $40. I was charged $133 and we gave a $26 tip as the service was acceptable. I had hoped this would be a place I could depend on for this service but that will not be the case. I will be trying other salons until I can find one that is comparable to what I expect.

Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when my husband ended up sustaining several cuts on his feet during his pedicure. This incident was alarming, and it left us both feeling uneasy. In an attempt to remedy the issue, the technician applied alcohol to the wounded areas, which only added to his discomfort. It was difficult to watch him endure that level of pain, especially during what should have been a soothing experience. As for my own pedicure, there were moments when I had to call my technician's attention to certain aspects of her work, and she ultimately had to redo several parts to meet the standard we expected. While I appreciated her willingness to correct her mistakes, the entire experience felt disjointed and less than enjoyable.
