The lady who did them was horrible first we had to sit in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes not soaking our feet just sitting there, then they didn't file my toes or anything and then shaved my feet down so much that it's raw and split wide open where it hurts to walk. Then just put gel polish on them after I told her I wanted regular and charged me more. Then this so called manicure I got was just putting my fingers in water then she drilled them when I asked for her not to then painted them no filing,cuticle oil,buffing,nothing.ive never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon and I've been getting mine done for over 35 years. They were actually remodeling when I visited, they were rearranging some aspects of the salon to make a better experience for their customers. It was overall very clean and had a relaxing vibe. I actually went with my friend to her waxing appointment. Which sounds weird in hindsight, but she was only getting her legs and arm pits waxed so nothing too personal haha! I've never been waxed, so I wanted to see what the experience is actually like. To my delight her waxing lady is a true delight.
