I was pleased with my pedi and mani no wait and good price Clean and nice staff Thank you Thank you

I've been here a couple of times and was very happy with the job done on my nails, but not with my recent mani-pedi. I got French tip nails, my granddaughter noticed my right big toe nail was weird looking. There's a blueish streak, I called the salon and was told to come back at anytime to get it corrected. I did this morning just to be told "I" bruised my nail bed, "I" hurt my toe! The nail tech did nothing wrong, it was my fault. I was so appalled, I couldn't believe it, they're above admitting a mistake was made. But I'm sure they weren't unhappy with the $100 I paid. Will never go back..referring them is read more

NOBODY NEWDS TO GO TO THIS BUSINESS, THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! I will never step foot back in this nail salon. Me & my daughter went last week to get a pedicure/manicure and a pedicure/full gel set. The lady who did them was horrible first we had to sit in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes not soaking our feet just sitting there, then they didn't file my toes or anything and then shaved my feet down so much that it's raw and split wide open where it hurts to walk. Then just put gel polish on them after I told her I wanted regular and charged me more. Then this so called manicure I got was just putting my fingers in water then she drilled them when I asked for her not to then painted them no filing, cuticle oil, buffing, nothing.ive never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon and I've been getting mine done for over 35 years. Then my daughter's new set of gel acrylics have already started popping off one just by swimming the other in her sleep. We spent way too much money for this and neither of us are happy. So if you want your nails & toes to look good and last DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I give this place two stars only because my mom had a great pedicure with Sally. However, my experience couldn't have been worse. First, I had to wait about 30 minutes for her to start on me after she almost started on a customer that came in after me. After that it was fine until she cut my toes so short it started bleeding. It went back to being okay, she wraps the warm towels around my legs but I could you not she said "come with me". I thought it was weird but because she was working on my feet I assumed just to listen until everyone around me started laughing. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I don't know what the she said to me but as soon as one of her managers came over she denied she said anything. Where's the accountability here? She was rude to me the rest of the time and got mad whenever I politely told her I didn't understand what she was asking me. She would just roll her eyes. I suggest some accountability and customer-service training be emplaced here. However, from my experience I don't think I'll ever come back. read more

Kristine makes my experience here amazing!! I moved and was so nervous about finding my nail tech here in BG. She is very gentle with your nails and makes sure to take her time. Even the experience with her let alone is a 5 star. My nails are AMAZING every time I go. read more

No one helps you match polish to dip. Went last month to have polish changed on my toes and dip on my nails. I told them I DID NOT WANT GEL POLISH ON MY TOES. I even brought my own polish. One of the guys snuck and put gel on my toes. Usually to change polish the cost is $15. This time it was $80. Went yesterday. 1st girl that waited on me refused to help me pick out dip to match the polish I had. I told her TWICE how I wanted my toes cut. She paid no attention and only put 1 coat of polish on them and no top coat. 2nd woman who worked on me acted like she only had a limited amount of time to work on me. And I really don't think she spent more than 30 minutes on me. Both women were rough and rude! read more

The salon is nice and has a lot of staff. However, for a pedicure, I sat for about 10 mins waiting for someone to fill the basin. I wasn't allowed to even put my feet in the water till after she had removed my polish. She barely cleaned my nails and cuticles. She immediately started painting my toe nails and hadn't even massaged my legs, used the hot towels or anything. I grabbed the booklet with their services and once I did that, she stopped painting and barely massaged my legs and then wrapped in the medium heat towel. She immediately started a timer when she sat down (no water yet or anything) and 2 mins had gone by before she even added water and started. The timer was a 30 min timer. She started on my toes and 28:15 and was done with 9:45 still on the timer. I have flip flops (thick sole and toe separators built in) that I ask her to use but she said no, I could change into those later. (Why waste your own paper thin flip flops and toe separators? I'm new to the area and looking for a nail salon I can use on a bi-weekly basis but this place will NOT be in. Most people want a relaxing experience and they have their nails done. I felt like I was just being pushed through the motions. I was planning to get a manicure but nope, it won't happen here.... When I left, no one said "Thank you, come again...nothing" read more

Did my nails amazing just did not like the pink backroujd and horrible shaping. But pretty good still last time I came nails lasted 2 months which is pretty good. read more

my friend had one nail that needed to be fixed, and called and was told they don't take appointments. So she did a walk in appointment just for a quick fix. She's been waiting over 30 minutes for a minor fix while 3 separate people (who came in after) got called before her. There is no exception for this. read more

I have gone here for about a year now. At first they were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill. Rude nail techs, poorly done nails, and they can't even seem to get a simple art design correct even when the picture is right in front of them. thankfully I have a friend that has another nail salon that she goes to that I have tried once and I will be going there from now on. read more

The service is rather slow, but that's understandable considering it's usually packed and you have to make an appointment. However, every time I leave this place my nails look fabulous!! They have a wide selection of colors, shellac and regular. The nails are very well done. You're able to choose which shape and style you like. My favorite shape is the coffin, which i am wearing right now. The price is ok, for coffin shellac nails it's $50. I would recommend this place if you want pretty nails and you have a bit of free time. read more

Super Nails - ignore my ugly hands, but here are my nails i got done yesterday at super nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

the reviews for this salon are very dated. I've gone to this salon religiously for almost a year now to work with Paul for my dip. He always takes his time and make sure my nails are perfect! Every detail matters to him. read more

The nail tech that worked on my nails -I won't mention her name- was extremely rough with feet and especially finger nails. If you're in pain when you're getting your nails done, you're at the wrong place. It should NEVER hurt. I felt like I was rushed through a cattle auction. The staff talked loudly across the room to each other and the experience as a whole was generally unenjoyable for the $70 spent. I got shellac polish and although she dug into my nailbeds and underneath, there is thick gel polish under my nails (which shouldn't happen). All examples of working too fast, to get to the next customer. I have tried to give this place a chance on several occasions and each time, I seem to be even more disappointed. I will not be back. read more

Horrific. Literally had to fight with the nail tech just to get the length I wanted, only for him to file it down to my finger tips. Terrible service, terrible results, and the nail techs think they can do whatever they want and won't even ask you what style/shape you want. I've tried this place multiple times because the prices are very competitive, but it's not with the money. Twice now I've taken my nails off or gone to another place to have them fixed THE DAY I get my service. read more

I would give these people zero stars if i could. The customer service is HORRIBLE. everytime i come in i end up just turning around & leaving after they make you wait for 20 minutes to even be spoken to let alone serviced. idk if they don't have enough workers or they just do no care but it's ridiculous. I've first hand seen them approach / service a customer that came in after me NO APPOINTMENT as i had been waiting for 10+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge i'm there. they don't properly get you set up they just tell you to walk to the back by the pedicure bowls then you sit there looking stupid along with every other client looking AT YOU like you're stupid. soon as you try to get up & leave all of the sudden every employee has a voice & can recognize you to the point where they try to get you to stay whereas they end up looking dumb themselves for even thinking that would work. I've given this place THREE chances to get it together improve on work , customer service & hospitality but they truly do suck. And yes they have traffic but each time I've came it's never been so busy to the point where they can't assist a customer. Again they only get 1 star because that's the lowest & Im rating to warn others. there are already a scarce amount of "good" or "upscale" salons around here so you'd think one of the few there is would have some type of proper training. No they do not. read more

I walked in asking for 2 pedicures. I don't like using gel as I like to change color often. The lady in the front kept pushing me to get gel and I said "no gel" but she was acting like I didn't know what I was saying. Someone else finally came and I told him I didn't want gel and he said "oh, so you want to wait for an hour for it to dry?". I didn't like that response either so I walked out of the shop and said no thanks. The lady said something under her breath and something else out loud in her language as I walked out. They need to stop being so pushy and stop trying to force people into getting something they don't want/need. I ended up going to Luxury Nails instead, about a 3 min drive and received way better service. As soon as I walked in they told me to go choose my color,as it should be, and actually asked me if I wanted to get gel. Their prices are very reasonable too. I walked out with my little foam flip flops...as it should be! read more

I go to another spot in town normally but received a gift card to try Super Nails- I was so excited only to have the WORST PEDICURE I've ever had. The basins were dirty and the pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes, no massage, and I only got a hot towel after her coworker pointed it out- what a complete waste of money and time. I was excited to possibly be a regular until that experience. The woman was rude and I could tell she was trying to get the pedi done as fast as possible. DONT WASTE YOUR $ read more

This place is nice on the inside. The service isn't the best! The wait time was long and it seemed as if they weren't going in an order of who got the first was the first to be service. I got a polish change on my toes , luckily I didn't get a pedicure because the bowls didn't look clean. They were using some type of plastic barrier. Personally I think it would be easier to just get some cleaner instead of trying to line the bowl with plastic so you don't have to clean it. Staff wasn't friendly at all. The lady that painted my toes didn't speak to me and she rushed through the service. You can also see the employees clearly talking about customers in the shop. I also got my eyebrows done which turned out good. I wouldn't say good enough for me to return. Overall I won't be returning to the shop the wait isn't worth the service I got & the employees need more customer service skills! read more

The price was fair, everything was clean, the atmosphere was great, and most importantly my manicure turned out fantastic. My only complaint was that they were pushing really hard for me to get a shellack manicure, but once I was firm about not getting one then let me be. read more

Super Nails - Regular manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

Came here before my baby shower to get a fill-in only came because my regular salon was packed and I needed to hurry up and get dressed. I told them I didn't want shellac only because I was going to take the blue off in a few days and get a different color of course they kept pushing for shellac for more money but I still declined.. Well not even 10 minutes of leaving the salon my nails were messed up. Which I had sat there for 30-40 minutes letting them dry but because they put such thick coats of polish my nails still weren't dry. Called back after I left seeing if they would fix it and they said I would have to pay for it like seriously I JUST LEFT! Haven't been back since then and WONT be back for sure read more

Fav place to get my nails done or to just treat myself. Also hang with friends or family for fun

I've tried many nail salons and this Super Nails is the best. When they do my nails at Super Nails they last longer, look better and they are not thick like some other salons. They are by far my favorite place to have my nails done. I won't go anywhere else in Bowling Green. read more

Nice and Clean...However VERY pushy to a "higher" pedicure when I only wanted a basic pedicure. They take credit cards, but do not let you tip on the card....then they hang around you for you to give them a cash tip. If you are not a regular customer, they are not friendly. They also tried to keep my polish that I brought in myself. I have heard these same comments from other friends who have been to Super Nail. Not worth it. Have had better pedicures for less money in Nashville and Atlanta. read more

OMG! The salon is appealing at first...but take a very close look! The pedicure basins are dirty...I kept looking and they put a plastic liner into the basin....the pedicurist kept talking to the other pedicurist setting next to her....she never attempted to talk to me... I chose shellac manicure and the light was filthy...dust underneath and fingernails lying on top...I finally asked her to remove the fingernails because they were grossing me out!!!! The polish applied was splotchy and when I complained she said it was because I had hit the shellac light underneath...Ugh I will NEVER return to this place..cannot believe such a mess! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more

I went to get my nails filled with a shellac manicure over it and called before hand because I had been waiting for awhile at my usual nail salons as they were pretty busy. They said no wait and they could get me right in. They sat me in a chair and I waited 25 minutes for someone to finally get started on my nails. I was going from a dark purple to a bright pink and he didn't even take off all of the old color around the edges. I had lines of purple around my nails until I gave up and just got them repainted somewhere else. The whole experience felt very rushed when I finally got help. I won't be going back. read more

I do NOT recommend!! The manicurist didn't do thorough job. I had to remind him to get my cuticles after he already started a shellac. I had to request for lotion, overall worst experience I've ever had. read more

I will never be returning to this nail salon again. I accidentally dropped a bottle or nail polish called tiramisu for two. I kept apologizing and helped the lady clean it up. It was clearly an accident and I was remorseful. The lady told me where to sit and I did as I was told. She didn't speak any English to me unless absolutely necessary. There must not be a word for tiramisu in her language because I picked up on it more than once as she was bitching to her coworkers. I figured out quickly that she didn't want to small talk with me so I didn't keep trying. I asked for a double top coat which I do every time I get my nails done. She then bitches about that too. I was more than uncomfortable at this point. She told me I owed $25 for my nails then told me I owed $20 for the bottle I dropped. $20 freaking dollars for a bottle they probably bought for $3. I understand I broke it and would have been more understanding if they changed me $5 or even $10! But $20 are you kidding me? I was going to try it out as my new go to nail salon but I will NEVER BE RETURNING! So I hope they enjoy my $20 but they will never get my business again! read more

I travel many places, but my hometown nail salon rates far above the rest. Super Nails has been my salon of choice since 1998. They are your typical of Asian descent (which are the best-Caucasian are the worst) service providers. The only negative, and this applies in all locations, is that they talk to each other in their native language. Some people may find this offensive - I don't care because I'm not that shallow. SN has great customer service, excellent workmanship, clean equipment and facilities. If anyone has any complaints they need to talk with Paul or Daniel directly. They will make it right. read more

WORST shellac manicure EVER! The manicurist put 3 coats of shellac on my nails--no other salon has ever done this. They looked very thick, almost like acrylics, and the shellac was all over my cuticles. Worst of all, because she put so much on, it started to peel at the base of my nails less than a week after the manicure. Never going back. read more

Nice place, but their service is horrible! I walked in and asked if I could be seen, they said yes and sat me down. Thirty minutes later I asked if I was going to be seen, and they said 5 minutes. 10 minutes later a group of ladies walked (no appt) and were sat down probably bc they were regulars. I was so upset got up and left. Would not recommend. read more

I wanted to a simple relaxing manicure before my vacation. They push so hard to get you to get something more expensive. Which I get, but once I say no THREE times, please drop it. I guess this made her angry because she made me bleed, made my nails crooked and gave me the lumpiest polish job I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. I have NEVER left a nail salon without tipping until today. The polish was so bad I am now waiting at a different salon across town to repay to have a proper polish done. read more

Worst attitude ever. The mail tech to the right when you go into the store does not want you to ask questions or make a suggestion or complaint. When you do he starts talking his native language instead of English to his buddies and you have no idea what they are saying. Very rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to file the sides of nails so they are straight and so when your nails grow they are actually growing out from under the nail tip. Do not go there! I should have listened to my friend !!! read more

The place is very nice and clean on the inside, but I would highly discourage this place. My friend and I walked in and they were very rude. I didn't hear or see them be nice to anyone who walked in. I wanted a fill in but the lady would not fill my nails in until I decided to go with the solar nail because my regular acrylics weren't good enough. She was very pushy about asking me to get a pedicure and she asked three or four times after I had already told her no. My nails turned out terrible. It is the worst service I have ever received. My nails aren't even and there are other problems with them. DO NOT go to this place. read more

I will never return. The service was awful. I asked a question about prices and the lady talked to another employee in their native language and then she just walked away. The lady who did my acrylics cut my fingers and made them bleed multiple times. She also talked on her iPhone while she was doing my nails. She did a sloppy job and left streaks on my nails and paint all over my skin. I was very unsatisfied. They would also laugh at me when I asked questions and wouldn't answer them. I went with my friend and she said they also did a bad job on her as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never be returning. Not worth the money. I made a yelp account just so I could warn people about how bad Super Nails is. Plus they made me pay before she even finished my nails. After I paid is when she started getting sloppy. I've never had a nail salon treat me like this. read more
