No one helps you match polish to dip. Went last month to have polish changed on my toes and dip on my nails. I told them I DID NOT WANT GEL POLISH ON MY TOES. I even brought my own polish. One of the guys snuck and put gel on my toes. Usually to change polish the cost is $15. This time it was $80. Went yesterday. 1st girl that waited on me refused to help me pick out dip to match the polish I had. I told her TWICE how I wanted my toes cut. She paid no attention and only put 1 coat of polish on them and no top coat. 2nd woman who worked on me acted like she only had a limited amount of time to work on me. And I really don't think she spent more than 30 minutes on me. Both women were rough and rude! read more

The salon is nice and has a lot of staff. However, for a pedicure, I sat for about 10 mins waiting for someone to fill the basin. I wasn't allowed to even put my feet in the water till after she had removed my polish. She barely cleaned my nails and cuticles. She immediately started painting my toe nails and hadn't even massaged my legs, used the hot towels or anything. I grabbed the booklet with their services and once I did that, she stopped painting and barely massaged my legs and then wrapped in the medium heat towel. She immediately started a timer when she sat down (no water yet or anything) and 2 mins had gone by before she even added water and started. The timer was a 30 min timer. She started on my toes and 28:15 and was done with 9:45 still on the timer. I have flip flops (thick sole and toe separators built in) that I ask her to use but she said no, I could change into those later. (Why waste your own paper thin flip flops and toe separators? I'm new to the area and looking for a nail salon I can use on a bi-weekly basis but this place will NOT be in. Most people want a relaxing experience and they have their nails done. I felt like I was just being pushed through the motions. I was planning to get a manicure but nope, it won't happen here.... When I left, no one said "Thank you, come again...nothing" read more

She's been waiting over 30 minutes for a minor fix while 3 separate people (who came in after) got called before her. There is no exception for this. read more

I have gone here for about a year now. At first they were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill. Rude nail techs, poorly done nails, and they can't even seem to get a simple art design correct even when the picture is right in front of them. thankfully I have a friend that has another nail salon that she goes to that I have tried once and I will be going there from now on. read more

The service is rather slow, but that's understandable considering it's usually packed and you have to make an appointment. However, every time I leave this place my nails look fabulous!! They have a wide selection of colors, shellac and regular. The nails are very well done. You're able to choose which shape and style you like. My favorite shape is the coffin, which i am wearing right now. The price is ok, for coffin shellac nails it's $50. The nail tech that worked on my nails -I won't mention her name- was extremely rough with feet and especially finger nails. If you're in pain when you're getting your nails done, you're at the wrong place. It should NEVER hurt. I felt like I was rushed through a cattle auction. The staff talked loudly across the room to each other and the experience as a whole was generally unenjoyable for the $70 spent. I got shellac polish and although she dug into my nailbeds and underneath, there is thick gel polish under my nails (which shouldn't happen). All examples of working too fast, to get to the next customer. I have tried to give this place a chance on several occasions and each time, I seem to be even more disappointed. Horrific. Literally had to fight with the nail tech just to get the length I wanted, only for him to file it down to my finger tips. Terrible service, terrible results, and the nail techs think they can do whatever they want and won't even ask you what style/shape you want. I've tried this place multiple times because the prices are very competitive, but it's not with the money. I would give these people zero stars if i could. The customer service is HORRIBLE. everytime i come in i end up just turning around & leaving after they make you wait for 20 minutes to even be spoken to let alone serviced. idk if they don't have enough workers or they just do no care but it's ridiculous. I've first hand seen them approach / service a customer that came in after me NO APPOINTMENT as i had been waiting for 10+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge i'm there. they don't properly get you set up they just tell you to walk to the back by the pedicure bowls then you sit there looking stupid along with every other client looking AT YOU like you're stupid. soon as you try to get up & leave all of the sudden every employee has a voice & can recognize you to the point where they try to get you to stay whereas they end up looking dumb themselves for even thinking that would work. I've given this place THREE chances to get it together improve on work , customer service & hospitality but they truly do suck. And yes they have traffic but each time I've came it's never been so busy to the point where they can't assist a customer. Again they only get 1 star because that's the lowest & Im rating to warn others. there are already a scarce amount of "good" or "upscale" salons around here so you'd think one of the few there is would have some type of proper training. I walked in asking for 2 pedicures. I don't like using gel as I like to change color often. The lady in the front kept pushing me to get gel and I said "no gel" but she was acting like I didn't know what I was saying. Someone else finally came and I told him I didn't want gel and he said "oh, so you want to wait for an hour for it to dry?". I didn't like that response either so I walked out of the shop and said no thanks. The lady said something under her breath and something else out loud in her language as I walked out. They need to stop being so pushy and stop trying to force people into getting something they don't want/need. I ended up going to Luxury Nails instead, about a 3 min drive and received way better service. As soon as I walked in they told me to go choose my color,as it should be, and actually asked me if I wanted to get gel. Their prices are very reasonable too. I go to another spot in town normally but received a gift card to try Super Nails- I was so excited only to have the WORST PEDICURE I've ever had. The basins were dirty and the pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes, no massage, and I only got a hot towel after her coworker pointed it out- what a complete waste of money and time. This place is nice on the inside. The service isn't the best! The wait time was long and it seemed as if they weren't going in an order of who got the first was the first to be service. I got a polish change on my toes , luckily I didn't get a pedicure because the bowls didn't look clean. They were using some type of plastic barrier. Personally I think it would be easier to just get some cleaner instead of trying to line the bowl with plastic so you don't have to clean it. Staff wasn't friendly at all. The lady that painted my toes didn't speak to me and she rushed through the service. You can also see the employees clearly talking about customers in the shop. I also got my eyebrows done which turned out good. I wouldn't say good enough for me to return. Came here before my baby shower to get a fill-in only came because my regular salon was packed and I needed to hurry up and get dressed. I told them I didn't want shellac only because I was going to take the blue off in a few days and get a different color of course they kept pushing for shellac for more money but I still declined.. Well not even 10 minutes of leaving the salon my nails were messed up. Which I had sat there for 30-40 minutes letting them dry but because they put such thick coats of polish my nails still weren't dry. Called back after I left seeing if they would fix it and they said I would have to pay for it like seriously I JUST LEFT! Haven't been back since then and WONT be back for sure read more

I went to get my nails filled with a shellac manicure over it and called before hand because I had been waiting for awhile at my usual nail salons as they were pretty busy. They said no wait and they could get me right in. They sat me in a chair and I waited 25 minutes for someone to finally get started on my nails. I was going from a dark purple to a bright pink and he didn't even take off all of the old color around the edges. I had lines of purple around my nails until I gave up and just got them repainted somewhere else. The whole experience felt very rushed when I finally got help. I won't be going back. read more

Nice and Clean...However VERY pushy to a "higher" pedicure when I only wanted a basic pedicure. They take credit cards, but do not let you tip on the card....then they hang around you for you to give them a cash tip. If you are not a regular customer, they are not friendly. They also tried to keep my polish that I brought in myself. I have heard these same comments from other friends who have been to Super Nail. Not worth it. OMG! The salon is appealing at first...but take a very close look! The pedicure basins are dirty...I kept looking and they put a plastic liner into the basin....the pedicurist kept talking to the other pedicurist setting next to her....she never attempted to talk to me... I chose shellac manicure and the light was filthy...dust underneath and fingernails lying on top...I finally asked her to remove the fingernails because they were grossing me out!!!! The polish applied was splotchy and when I complained she said it was because I had hit the shellac light underneath...Ugh I will NEVER return to this place..cannot believe such a mess! I will never be returning to this nail salon again. I accidentally dropped a bottle or nail polish called tiramisu for two. I kept apologizing and helped the lady clean it up. It was clearly an accident and I was remorseful. The lady told me where to sit and I did as I was told. She didn't speak any English to me unless absolutely necessary. There must not be a word for tiramisu in her language because I picked up on it more than once as she was bitching to her coworkers. I figured out quickly that she didn't want to small talk with me so I didn't keep trying. I asked for a double top coat which I do every time I get my nails done. She then bitches about that too. I was more than uncomfortable at this point. She told me I owed $25 for my nails then told me I owed $20 for the bottle I dropped. $20 freaking dollars for a bottle they probably bought for $3. I understand I broke it and would have been more understanding if they changed me $5 or even $10! But $20 are you kidding me? I was going to try it out as my new go to nail salon but I will NEVER BE RETURNING! So I hope they enjoy my $20 but they will never get my business again! read more

Love this place. I've been coming here on and off for a few years for pedicures and nails. I have tried other salons but always leave unhappy and come back to Super Nails. I always get my nails how I want them, and the staff is always happy and friendly. I usually only get a basic pedicure with no polish and nothing is ever pushed on me. I travel many places, but my hometown nail salon rates far above the rest. Super Nails has been my salon of choice since 1998. They are your typical of Asian descent (which are the best-Caucasian are the worst) service providers. The only negative, and this applies in all locations, is that they talk to each other in their native language. Some people may find this offensive - I don't care because I'm not that shallow. SN has great customer service, excellent workmanship, clean equipment and facilities. If anyone has any complaints they need to talk with Paul or Daniel directly. They will make it right. read more

WORST shellac manicure EVER! The manicurist put 3 coats of shellac on my nails--no other salon has ever done this. They looked very thick, almost like acrylics, and the shellac was all over my cuticles. Worst of all, because she put so much on, it started to peel at the base of my nails less than a week after the manicure. Never going back. read more

I wanted to a simple relaxing manicure before my vacation. They push so hard to get you to get something more expensive. Which I get, but once I say no THREE times, please drop it. The place is very nice and clean on the inside, but I would highly discourage this place. My friend and I walked in and they were very rude. I didn't hear or see them be nice to anyone who walked in. I wanted a fill in but the lady would not fill my nails in until I decided to go with the solar nail because my regular acrylics weren't good enough. She was very pushy about asking me to get a pedicure and she asked three or four times after I had already told her no. My nails turned out terrible. It is the worst service I have ever received. I will never return. The service was awful. I asked a question about prices and the lady talked to another employee in their native language and then she just walked away. The lady who did my acrylics cut my fingers and made them bleed multiple times. She also talked on her iPhone while she was doing my nails. She did a sloppy job and left streaks on my nails and paint all over my skin. I was very unsatisfied. They would also laugh at me when I asked questions and wouldn't answer them.
