However, I finally cannot bite my tongue any more. Customers have lives and schedules they must adhere to as well! I am so tired of this large chain being consistently and apparently so over-extended and understaffed. And yes, It was like this before the plannedemic. Just yesterday -- after the typical :20 of my life it takes to call in re my prescription -- I told a friend that I don't mind waiting a little extra time because one of the employees in the pharmacy was taking extra time with ME due to overwhelming insurance issues they were having from the state. I had recently spoken with the pharmacist as well and she had been amazing. However, TODAY, in the past hour: 1) I have had the phone apparently picked up then laid down and I had to listen to two employees carry on about how frantic it was yesterday, while I was calling out to them -- by name -- and one I think is a pharmacist. 2) I finally hung up and called back a few minutes later and was put on standard-hold and the phone was reconnected to hold two or three times. 3) The fourth time it rang four times before I hung up and wrote this review. I have been scolding myself for months for NOT changing to a something other than a big chain pharmacy that stays overwhelmed and maybe this is my impetus to finally do it. PS. I won't even go into the part where I have been told multiple times that my prescription is not there when it was because there was some odd discrepancy with the insurance. Last month I had to practically get into a debate with a young man who seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about. BTW, it's all similar at the bypass location unless you go during their middle of the night hours.

So bad that they make tech providers look like superstars. 1. Routinely losing scripts from providers and claiming they never received them. Once or twice is perhaps understandable, but has happened several times and with different providers. 2. Not having auto-refills ready for pickup, and making the customer wait for 30+ minutes for the script to be filled. 3. Filled a script from over two years ago from a provider from my old state of residence. 4. Continued to fill old scripts from old providers after new scripts were submitted by new providers. 5. Refused to call provider for refill; had me do it. 6. Refused (ignored) multiple requests from my new pharmacy to transfer scripts. I could go on and on. No one should ever put their lives in the hands of CVS pharmacies and their incompetent, unprofessional, and rude pharmacists and support staff.
