They never answer the phone, rude and never have my prescription I need or "out of stock".

I AM possibly one of the most understanding and patient people on earth when it comes to…read morerecognizing and acknowledging when employees are working hard. However, I finally cannot bite my tongue any more. Customers have lives and schedules they must adhere to as well! I am so tired of this large chain being consistently and apparently so over-extended and understaffed. And yes, It was like this before the plannedemic. Just yesterday -- after the typical :20 of my life it takes to call in re my prescription -- I told a friend that I don't mind waiting a little extra time because one of the employees in the pharmacy was taking extra time with ME due to overwhelming insurance issues they were having from the state. I had recently spoken with the pharmacist as well and she had been amazing. However, TODAY, in the past hour: 1) I have had the phone apparently picked up then laid down and I had to listen to two employees carry on about how frantic it was yesterday, while I was calling out to them -- by name -- and one I think is a pharmacist. 2) I finally hung up and called back a few minutes later and was put on standard-hold and the phone was reconnected to hold two or three times. 3) The fourth time it rang four times before I hung up and wrote this review. I have been scolding myself for months for NOT changing to a something other than a big chain pharmacy that stays overwhelmed and maybe this is my impetus to finally do it. PS. I won't even go into the part where I have been told multiple times that my prescription is not there when it was because there was some odd discrepancy with the insurance. Last month I had to practically get into a debate with a young man who seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about. BTW, it's all similar at the bypass location unless you go during their middle of the night hours.

Came in today after driving 45 minutes to get here. I made sure the 7 things I needed were in stock…read morevia the app right before leaving. I get there and 5 of the 7 things just aren't there despite the app saying it's actively in stock. So I check the app again to see if they're out of stock. NOPE lol. The dude says they won't check the back for anything. Maybe if it was 2007 I'd understand but 2024??? Come onnnnnnn

I'm normally a CVS fan. However, on my most recent visit to the pharmacy drive-thru, my purpose…read morewas to refill a prescription that I've managed for fifteen years. They claimed it was too early and refused to fill it for two more days, which would actually make it 31 days if counting the day it was filled. For fifteen years, in THREE states, I've known what the parameters are and what my current insurance would allow, yet pharmacists seem to want to patronize me in their explanation regarding this particular med. I showed this pharmacist that I indeed had three doses left (which was actually an extra dose!) but that I needed to get it filled before a busy two day schedule that was following. I also explained that there has always been an approximate two day buffer in the past in the refills -- even at CVS. I would just like CVS to know that I left their pharmacy that day and drove directly to Walgreen's, who filled the same script THAT SAME DAY. I have, in the past, used CVS some months and Walgreen's other months. That has now changed.

I pray I never have to enter this store again. I waited at the counter for 5-10 minutes for the…read moresystem to come back up and what do they do? They help the drive in and ignore me. They overcharged me, tried to fix it but no idea how to do so. What's worse besides the awful customer service is the pharmacist not knowing the name of a common blood thinner by name or why it's prescribed. She literally had to look it up. This is scary. Find a different store!!
