My uncle who is a mechanic, but is now disabled , and 2 of my male coworkers have all told me that not only did they not fix my vehicle, but that they definitely ripped me off. My husband went and bought the parts & did half the work in their parking lot and they still charged $400 and said they wouldn't guarantee the work because we bought the parts (at the Mercedes dealer on Three Springs). They also sent an email that it needed $6000 more work part of which was a new thermostat which could have been fixed with the $400 labor charge I drove a mile a way and the car over heated I had it towed to Nashville It needed a new thermostat and water pump. Oh - and my car had been at Plum Springs in the Fall. They charged me for replacing the water pump. In Nashville they removed the original factory installed water pump. Awful. I guess they thought I was stuck because my car was towed into them. I would suggest you call Velocity Motor 6155724560 and have your German car worked on in Nashville to get it done right for less than half. With the tow & some other work the bill was less than $1500 and nothing like replacement of the manifold was necessary like they said at Plum Springs
