Driving from Indiana on our way to Florida for spring break, a series of dash lights and acceleration issues had us searching for a mechanic in a more urgent way. Not knowing the area, my quick search found Christian Brothers Automotive nearby and after reading their philosophy I knew this is where we were meant to go. Chris greeted us in as a walk in and served us every step of the way. Our vehicle DID NOT make it easy but Jacob, the technician, worked hard to find the root problem, yay for electrical issues. The communication between Miles and Chris to us along the way made us confident we were in good hands and we weren't going to go down the road hours or days and encounter the issue again, the type of service anyone hopes for when your family's safety is of utmost importance. We may have missed Florida for spring break but our family will have an experience and memories to talk about; when situations arise and we don't understand why, we can be assured God knows and puts us where we are meant to be for a reason and it was evident in how Christian Brothers Automotive of Bowling Green were the practical hand and feet of Jesus, in our frustrating situation.

I changed them myself for $70.00 and only took an hour. I have always been a customer for several years but now question the fair pricing. The work was done satisfactory but question pricing. My daughter didn't internship at the BGPD and she said that they really like this place. So I called and they asked me if I wanted it fixed or if I wanted a brand new tire I told them probably a brand new tire. They quoted me a price for the tire and for the job and said it wouldn't be any more than that. We had the tow truck dropped my car off in the next day. I was able to pick it up surprise surprise they didn't have to get me a new tire after all they looked at it. It was fixable and I only spent I think about $56 there. No one tried to fleece me take advantage of me. They could a very easily made me pay for a brand new tire and hike. The price I wouldn't have known so I really trust this place and this is where I'll be taking my car from now on.

They had to bring the vehicle from Somerset to Glasgow for us, saving us a 90+ mile drive. I waited until one year passed to post a review (11/2025). We just had the 15k service completed earlier this week. Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well. The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. A previous Nissan we owned and had serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. One of our sons bought a pre-owned Ram from here June of 2024, similar experience. Definitely five stars.

I've been given the run around for almost 2 years...nothing. There's a reason they want the ins payment for repair up front, they're thieves. They kept my vehicle for six months. I had damages on my vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off(window and doors not properly working and not to mention still didn't fix parking light that was part of the paid damage and repair from ins)IF they did $2000 worth of repair would be a stretch. They issued me a loner car for maybe 2 months (of the 6 that they had my car in their shop) and I had to use 3 AAA services on it. Yes, they were accommodating in that aspect and didn't charge me $500 deductible but NEVER said anything about forfeiting repairs to offset the deductible( apparently my $7000+ was used to repair everybody else's vehicle in shop because I'm a POC? Where's the other $5000?) They drove my vehicle too and even had their names programmed in my Bluetooth list‍. Just do not go here. I'm not even sure that they are ASE certified.I've tried multiple times to get my vehicle fixed. Multiple times "something came up" and they couldn't keep the appointment. I even took off work a couple times and they still found a way to not be there(roof repair because of storm?) At one point Chris told me I had a toll bill that needed to be paid first. I said fine, send me an itemized bill and I'll pay it just so I can get my car fixed(at this point I'm convinced they're crooks or druggies‍)Nothing!!! I've requested itemized bill of actual repairs and supplies done!! Nothing!!!!Maybe now they will answer and unblock/accept my phone calls.
