CoachNet contacted FELTS Towing & Repair. Mike M. arrived within the hour,towed us to Felts. On Monday, we were able to air freight a new part, it arrived on Tuesday. Felts custom made metal brackets for it, installed the new cooler, added 51/2 gallons of oil, tested the engine, and had us test drive her up to speeds. They had us on our way within 24 hours of receiving the new hydraulic cooler! We cannot praise enough the quality workmanship, knowledge and customer service we received from everyone at FELTS Towing,Truck Repair and Heavy Hauling! We saw semis, school buses, vans and a fire truck - they fix them all! Mike Marquardt, the tow truck operator knew how to air up our rig, drop the drive shaft etc. and did it all in the pouring rain along side I-65 with a smile. Apparently there was signage indicating that it was tenant-only but it was unclear and placed way past the entry to the lot, not in front of any of the spaces, and it was dark. I woke up at 8 to my car booted and a sticker (which left a lot of residue) on my car window saying that I would need to call their number and pay $110 to have it removed. I parked on a saturday between the hours of 8pm and 8am and it was my first offense. I called the number and I went straight to voicemail, after which they texted me "Do you want to pay card or cash." Overall super unprofessional. I've been sitting in my car for almost 30 minutes waiting for the driver to get here and take it off. They said they were dispatched a while ago. Obviously, would not recommend!
