I had clips if they had asked. I bought them after the last time they didn't put the clips back.

I went for an oil change. My car is 2 years old and I thought using the dealer would keep my car in good repair. I brought my own oil to ensure the manufacturer's oil would be used. First I was charged full price and had to bring it to their attention that I brought my own oil. Then when I left I realized they had not attached the under carriage cover. I found screws under the car where they had not been attached. This is the second time this had happened. The first time I had to buy a new cover. It got destroyed before I realized it was dragging the ground. This time I caught it before damage was done. I wont be back. Anyone can make a mistake, but not attaching the car cover in 2 of the 3 last oil changes is ridiculous. Update: So I took it back and to add insult to injury. They told me it was the car wash that caused the problem. I noticed the dragging undercarriage cover BEFORE going into the car wash. I was using bug prep brush in the front of the car and thought I should check since I've had the undercarriage cover not attached before at Gary Force Honda. But, let's give them the benefit of the doubt. They said I had 2 clips missing and it was due to the car wash although I left their establishment 8 minutes earlier and drove to the car wash. If they had good customer service, wouldn't they have notified me clips were missing and offer to replace (of course at a charge?). But no. When I got home I checked the undercarriage and now all clips are missing and they zip tied the undercarriage in place.

This was the offer. Then they took away the discounts. Very disappointed

Priced a 2021 civic on line. Email said I could pick it up the next day. Got a call that the car was not there. Tried to sell me an older car that was more expensive than the new one and wouldn't offer any rebates. Don't do business with people who bate and switch

Nice folks. But the competence meter is iffy unfortunately at least on the used vehicle side and service.

Didn't even have to use my skills. The staff from Tim Giffis and Obanga in sales to the manager Mike Tarrence were helpful and straight shooting. They even gave us a very fair price on our Murano. The finance manager was very knowledgeable too. Truly a great place to go and Nissan is offering great financing and discount deals!

However, alone I bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX 6 months ago and I was very pleased with the salesman, courtesy, and service at the time of purchase. I soon discovered that the air conditioner was not cooling appropriately and called the JJ dealership, the salesman who sold me the car was very helpful and promptly scheduled an appointment with the service department. So prompt, that I missed the appointment that same day. No problem, I called the service dept. to schedule myself. I was told to take the car to a Cadillac dealership to "diagnose" the problem. and that "anyone would tell you that", which of course, was not true since their own salesman did not tell me that. I was very disappointing in the lack of service. My car is 10 years old and had been consistently and regularly serviced by JJ Service department for ten years never sent to another dealer.

But before I started my journey back to Colorado I decided that it might be a good idea to get all the important fluids changed. Get a fresh start. So I pulled into Campbell Chevrolet unannounced, rolled the dice that they could help me. I was approached by Rick, I explained what I wanted done and Rick was very helpful in trying to figure out how he could squeeze me in, with no appointment. He could've easily said sorry we're booked up, and I would have understood. I had the following done. Oil change, manual transmission fluid change, rear differential fluid change, cooling system flushed, and direct injection system cleaned. Rick told me that it could take 3-4 hours, I said that works for me. Now I meet Debbie, she tells me about restaurants nearby, she eventually drives to a rib place that was delicious!! That helped kill a couple hours. So I walk back to dealership about 3/4 mile away just to pass the time. A few minutes after getting to dealership the car was ready!!! Look maybe I got lucky that they could help me with all that work on such short notice. In the end Rick, Debbie, and the mechanic went above and beyond on June 9, 2021. THANKS!!!

I recently brought in a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado due to a constant knocking sound. The service…read moredepartment called to notify me that they believed the knocking was due to a possible camshaft issue and stated that it would be $879 to potentially diagnose the problem. This was due to the extensive labor necessary to reach the camshaft. I agreed and was told I would receive a call the following Monday. When I hadn't received a call, I reached out myself for an update. Mark from the service department then told me there was damage to a camshaft and two lifters, and that the price would be $4,050. My truck is worth, at most, $8,000, and I'm not currently experiencing any symptoms other than the constant sound. (I have since learned this is due to a design flaw in this model. Many vehicles of this model have this issue, and some can go upwards of 60,000 miles before any real damage occurs.) I received a quote from a mechanic in my hometown who said he could fix the problem for $600. So I told Mark I did not want to proceed with the camshaft replacement and just wanted to get my truck back. Mark then informed me that the vehicle could not be driven off the lot without new head gaskets and other parts that must be replaced when reassembling the engine. He quoted me $1,300 on top of the initial $879 to put my truck back together so it could be driven. This was not explained to me when I initially agreed to have the engine inspected, and if I had known it would cost $2,100 in total, I would not have agreed. When I explained this to Mark, he simply stated, "We don't have to put it back together; you can get it towed." In other words, I would be relying on them to place the parts in my truck, then pay for a tow, and then pay someone else to reassemble the engine. This was Mark's subtle way of letting me know I was trapped. To summarize my experience: I paid $2,100 to have a knock in my engine diagnosed and to have my tires rotated and spin-balanced. Of this, $1,079 was expected ($879 for diagnosis + $90 for the tire rotation and balance), and $1,021 was charged simply to get my truck back to the condition it was in when I brought it--not fixed, just running the same as before. My experience with Campbell Chevrolet was nothing short of a scam that I was trapped in the moment I agreed to the diagnosis. If your car is under warranty with them, I assume you have no choice but to use them. But I strongly urge you not to use this service department if you are not covered by their warranty. I do not write this review expecting them to right this wrong, because based on how my case was handled, honesty does not appear to be in their vocabulary. Instead, I write this to warn others of the risks of using this business for vehicle service. I do not want to see anyone else exploited the way I was, and I assure you: if you give Campbell Chevrolet the chance, they will do exactly that.

This is what Kathleen told me on their chat line when asked that question? Remote Access Plan includes the following features: Remote Start, Remote lock/unlock, Remote horn and lights, Vehicle status, Vehicle locate. When Asked if it includes all the mentioned items, her response was "That is correct! she then confirmed that I had indeed activated ONSTAR. Window Stickers have been a car industry standard for over 50 years. If its on the sticker, it is on the car. Car dealer bibles we use to call them. You ask most any salesman whats on a particular car in their lot they go look at the STICKER. Right? That's not the case with my car. My sticker says I have *3 YEARS REMOTE ACCESS PLAN: ONSTAR & WI-FI CAPABLE, SEE ONSTAR.COM FOR TERMS. No where in the description does it say only part of the remote access plan will work on your car. No notations or disclaimers about the car having to be "equipped". Nothing to let you know as a consumer that this part of your Remote access Plan will not work. It very clearly states that the "Remote access plan" is included in the car for free for 3 years. Then why does my plan not include all the features? You sold me something I don't have! Pretty simple. Here was Leachmans response to this dilema. My salesman Zach Whitemore thought I was attacking him when I questioned why Remote Start didnt work. I just wanted ot know why? Seriously, he told me he couldn't help me and pawned me off to a guy named Greg Weir who made it a point to tell me he was a military man and "we get things done". So, I explained the issue, laid out the facts, and at that point I think Greg knew the facts were on my side. So he told me he would look into it, he would pull the build sheet against the window sticker and get back to me. To this day I have not heard one word. Quiet the sense of honor and duty eh? Not one single person at Leachmann Buick GMC has called and tried to make this right. Not One. I will take my second free oil Change from them and never darken their doorstep again. Bassically boils down to GMC Built a car, that ONSTAR sold a plan for, where nobody botherd to make sure the components of the plan work. And Leachmann's, They just can't be bothered. They got their sale.

I texted this dealer to ask if that car has any minor or major issues at all and he confirmed that the car is good and has completely nothing in it 100% and he kept confirming that it has nothing in it. However, I decided to inspect it my self and see. While driving it I felt like the car was having a difficulty taking off and it felt there is something wrong. So I asked him to take it for inspection to Honda dealership Bowling Green the next day they are available at around 8 am. So, I went there in the morning at 7:30 and was surprised that the car was dropped off there by his dad at around 7:00 and they told the Honda service agent to do a simple used car inspection, which contradicts with what I have the appointment for when I reserved the appointment. On top of that, after the service I got a hand written report instead of a computer written and signed report, which also was weird. The service agent confirmed that the car has nothing expect battery needs to be changed and the front tires need to be switched to the other direction. Nonetheless, I have bought the car thinking that these types of problems are easy to deal with after I asked the dealer to fix them. But once I bought it and everything, only the second I turned on the car and put it on the reverse and wash shocked that the car won't go back and won't shift. So I turned it off and then on and what happened it started to go forward but only on one gear, the first gear. I talked to this guy, this dealership I bought from and he is like don't "be rude to me or I am not gonna help you." I realized that he lied to me and gave me a car with a bad transmission. He started delaying, ignoring my calls and texts sometimes and making excuses all the time and pretending that he didn't know about the problem. Not only that but also, before all that happened when I bought the car unaware if the problem he said I gave you 5starts in Facebook, so you know what to give me, which he means that I should give him 5 stars in Facebook as an excellent dealer and I did cuzz I never thought that he lied to me and the car has a transmission issue until like the second day after I bought the car and rated him in Facebook as an excellent seller. And that's what he does to all people so he can get a very nice review before people realize that They had a bad purchase from him. So please be carful and expect the worst if you give him a trust.
