This is how the rental was given to ne even tho the paperwork said it was over half full

This is my 2nd time going to kia my first car was GREAT cant complain one bit this time HOW EVER. Went the 8th of March and traided my 14 kia Rio in and got an 18 dodge journey with 17000 miles on it. With end the first two weeks I noticed how it was pouring out power steering fluid called the shop was told to bring it in so I did. Got there and found out it had a headlight problem too. But was TOLD that my car was DANGEROUS to drive cause how fast it would lose power steering fluid!! And that they was getting me a rental waited another hour or so just to be told they couldn't find one drive slow. U got two parking lots FULL of vehicles and u want me to put my 3 kids in a car you just told me was dangerous. Drove slow all the way home. The next day Easter sunday they found a rental I could use go back up their get the rental just for it to give me a low gas and tire warning by the time I hit the stop light! They had my car from sunday to Wednesday go and pick it up. Get on highway get up to speed and my car is SHAKING SOMETHING AWEFUL get off highway cant even do 50 mph without car shaking. Took it back and was told that because it sat from sunday to Wednesday that ALL 4 OF MY TIRES now have flat spots and that the shaking was nothing to be concern about!! Now flat spots are NOT CAUSED CAUSE MY CAR SAT FOR A FEW DAYS naw flatspots are caused when ur going real fast and u hit the breaks and slide!! So I went in for one problem that became such a headache and left with a bigger problem now I got to pay 400 or more for tires when they were FINE when I drop my car off

Love my New Kia!

Didn't even have to use my skills. The staff from Tim Giffis and Obanga in sales to the manager Mike Tarrence were helpful and straight shooting. They even gave us a very fair price on our Murano. The finance manager was very knowledgeable too. Truly a great place to go and Nissan is offering great financing and discount deals!

However, alone I bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX 6 months ago and I was very pleased with the salesman, courtesy, and service at the time of purchase. I soon discovered that the air conditioner was not cooling appropriately and called the JJ dealership, the salesman who sold me the car was very helpful and promptly scheduled an appointment with the service department. So prompt, that I missed the appointment that same day. No problem, I called the service dept. to schedule myself. I was told to take the car to a Cadillac dealership to "diagnose" the problem. and that "anyone would tell you that", which of course, was not true since their own salesman did not tell me that. I was very disappointing in the lack of service. My car is 10 years old and had been consistently and regularly serviced by JJ Service department for ten years never sent to another dealer.

Hunt Ford - My beautiful car!!

I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang GT 5.0 from Hunt Ford in Franklin, KY. I live in northern Ohio…read moreso it was about an 8-hour drive but it was totally worth the trip. Hunt Ford gave me a much better deal than all of the other dealerships I called (local and long distance), and the service was 5-star. I had a late-model trade in that was in showroom condition with low miles and wanted top dollar for it. All of the other dealerships were low-balling and, on top of that, their dealer discounts were nothing great. After weeks of searching and calling dealerships, I found the exact Mustang I wanted on cars.com and it was at Hunt Ford, so I called and spoke with salesman Austin Sterchi. After some negotiating, Austin was able to offer me a very generous dealer discount and an acceptable amount for my trade. I drove down a few days later and everything went very smoothly. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and Austin honored the deal we had made on the phone, which he followed up in writing in an email. The whole transaction was as stress-free as it gets. I was due a check for the equity in my trade, which Hunt Ford mailed promptly. They also sent all of the paperwork to my local title bureau in a timely manner. Thanks again to Austin and to Hunt Ford for a 5-star experience.

We are repeat customers of this dealership, which makes this experience especially disappointing…read more We recently returned to purchase a vehicle, and I want to be clear that our salesperson is wonderful. She worked hard for our business, we were happy with the deal, and none of this feedback reflects on her. The problem began in finance. My credit was submitted to multiple lenders. I was only presented with one of those rates and learned about another inquiry through my own credit monitoring. When I questioned it, I made clear that I did not doubt the finance representative's intent to find us the best rate. My concern was that I was not communicated with that multiple applications were being submitted. Instead of acknowledging that concern, I was told told he did nothing wrong, that this was simply how financing worked, that my credit would be fine, and that his intentions were good. My concern was repeatedly minimized and redirected rather than addressed. It took three conversations before I received an apology. I accepted his apology and considered the issue resolved. After we had already completed the purchase, I decided to share the experience with the dealership's Vice President because I believed it was important feedback. I specifically told her I was happy with our salesperson. I was not asking for money, a discount, compensation, special treatment, or for anyone to be punished. I simply wanted leadership to know what had happened and how the situation had been handled. Instead, she told me the finance representative had done nothing wrong and should not have apologized. She told me I was "overthinking" it, that my credit wouldn't be harmed, and questioned why I had even come in to say something. She then told me she wasn't going to "kiss my butt." I had asked her for absolutely nothing. There was also a contradiction regarding the apology. The finance representative had previously told me his boss advised him to apologize. When I relayed that to the Vice President, she said she had not advised him to apologize, but then volunteered that "he's not a liar." I had never accused him of lying. I was simply repeating what I had been told. The conversation deteriorated as she repeatedly interrupted me. At one point, she and my husband were both talking over each other and getting louder, and I asked both of them to stop getting loud because the conversation was not productive. I also told her repeatedly she was not allowing me to finish a sentence. The Vice President began forcefully slamming items into her bag as she prepared to leave. She told me to leave her office. As I left, I told her to have a good afternoon. She responded that she "wouldn't now." With that level of aggression from a leader, my husband rebutted with "Good." Again, we had already purchased the vehicle. I wasn't trying to renegotiate our deal or get anything from the dealership. I was a repeat customer attempting to communicate a negative experience because I believed leadership should know about it. Our salesperson deserves credit for earning our business again. Unfortunately, there will not be a third purchase from this dealership because of how my concerns were handled by both finance and dealership leadership.u

"Serious Transmission Issue", So important, read this before you decide dealing with this…read moredealership because you will change your mind." 5 months ago I saw a post in Facebook for a vw cc 2010 car. I texted this dealer to ask if that car has any minor or major issues at all and he confirmed that the car is good and has completely nothing in it 100% and he kept confirming that it has nothing in it. However, I decided to inspect it my self and see. While driving it I felt like the car was having a difficulty taking off and it felt there is something wrong. So I asked him to take it for inspection to Honda dealership Bowling Green the next day they are available at around 8 am. So, I went there in the morning at 7:30 and was surprised that the car was dropped off there by his dad at around 7:00 and they told the Honda service agent to do a simple used car inspection, which contradicts with what I have the appointment for when I reserved the appointment. On top of that, after the service I got a hand written report instead of a computer written and signed report, which also was weird. The service agent confirmed that the car has nothing expect battery needs to be changed and the front tires need to be switched to the other direction. Nonetheless, I have bought the car thinking that these types of problems are easy to deal with after I asked the dealer to fix them. But once I bought it and everything, only the second I turned on the car and put it on the reverse and wash shocked that the car won't go back and won't shift. So I turned it off and then on and what happened it started to go forward but only on one gear, the first gear. I talked to this guy, this dealership I bought from and he is like don't "be rude to me or I am not gonna help you." I realized that he lied to me and gave me a car with a bad transmission. He started delaying, ignoring my calls and texts sometimes and making excuses all the time and pretending that he didn't know about the problem. Not only that but also, before all that happened when I bought the car unaware if the problem he said I gave you 5starts in Facebook, so you know what to give me, which he means that I should give him 5 stars in Facebook as an excellent dealer and I did cuzz I never thought that he lied to me and the car has a transmission issue until like the second day after I bought the car and rated him in Facebook as an excellent seller. And that's what he does to all people so he can get a very nice review before people realize that They had a bad purchase from him. So please be carful and expect the worst if you give him a trust.
