Left my house to go to an appointment and found this big huge thing sticking out of my tire. Of course I freaked out. When I called Campbell Chevrolet They were very nice on the phone and very helpful! John took care of us- prompt service and I was very blessed. From when we got there to checking out 5 star service all the way!!! Thanks we will be sure to send all our friends there!! Wasn't thrilled with the showroom staff ( everyone just stared at us until a guy put on his mask and came to see if he could help) but your service department more than made up for that!!!

Please share if you know someone who falls under the categories below…read more To whom it may concern - · former Martin Kia Customers · Current Kia Customers · Future Automobile buyers · Parents purchasing vehicles for your children Please note the following - Background: I made a purchase in 2019 on a used Kia Sportage. I purchased said vehicle from Martin Kia/Martin Auto Mart/Martin Auto Plex (this company has MANY different names online - beware). After MULTIPLE service appointments producing less than satisfactory work, MULTIPLE conversations with managers (whom - might I add, are 7 out of 10 times no longer there the next time I visit) I have found that every customer service or vehicle service I have received has been EXTREMELY unpleasant. Today's Example (this is one of many): I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment @ 0800 hours, when I arrive - not only is the service associate "unsure" of what to do with my vehicle (applying clear coat pain protectant) - remember this was scheduled 2 weeks prior. I wait until 0900 hours to speak with someone who "details" the cars and who "handles the clear coat protectant". I am shuffled from one individual to the next, and finally a salesperson (who was initially supposed to schedule the appointment - CARLOS - and failed to do so) takes my keys and says "we will get it done" and sends me on my way. I call at noon, to get a status, "they will call you when they are finished" from the operator. I call at 1645 hours (4:45pm) and ask about the status of my vehicle. The service technician is "unsure if it's even been completed - but you can come pickup your car - our detailer left earlier with COVID". Long story short, my car was NOT touched and had been there all day - not to mention I spent 2 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off) because a "quick drop off" turned into a 2 hour ordeal, I was told that my car would be completed - did not occur. I was also NOT called or informed that my vehicles plans had changed and lastly....the big picture.... this is a CHRONIC issue with this business. I have yet to receive honest answers, decent customer service and just about everyone I have dealt with has an attitude (probably because customers are really upset with the lack of customer service they have received, present or past). 1.) Martin Kia is NOT a BBB accredited business. 2.) If you have experienced customer service less than admirable, I ask you to submit a review to Google, Yelp, BBB, Car Guru, etc. and share your experiences. 3.) Spread the word about this car dealership - cars are investments these days and you all need someone that will BACKUP THEIR PRODUCTS. **SERVICE EXPERIENCE UPDATE: I came back to the dealership next day - worked with Jacob (operations management) and he ensured that my vehicle's clear coat protectant would be handled appropriately. He checked with a nearby dealership to see if he could have my car completed same day, he was able - I was delivered home - and returned to a completely detailed car, clear coat applied, and he topped off the tank for my troubles. A wrong made right, by the dealership, that takes guts. Thanks Jacob, much appreciated.

The salesman gave me his card and promised a free detail when we brought the car back in. We tried to schedule this multiple times, and they refused to provide the service. Fast forward to the first oil change: My wife arrives 10 minutes early for the appointment. It takes them 1.5 hours before they even get to her car. Fast forward to now: We try to schedule an appointment for the 16k maintenance and they don't respond to the app, and they don't pick up the phone. We like the car but we will never make the mistake of purchasing a vehicle here again.

However, alone I bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX 6 months ago and I was very pleased with the salesman, courtesy, and service at the time of purchase. I soon discovered that the air conditioner was not cooling appropriately and called the JJ dealership, the salesman who sold me the car was very helpful and promptly scheduled an appointment with the service department. So prompt, that I missed the appointment that same day. No problem, I called the service dept. to schedule myself. I was told to take the car to a Cadillac dealership to "diagnose" the problem. and that "anyone would tell you that", which of course, was not true since their own salesman did not tell me that. I was very disappointing in the lack of service. My car is 10 years old and had been consistently and regularly serviced by JJ Service department for ten years never sent to another dealer.

This is what Kathleen told me on their chat line when asked that question? Remote Access Plan includes the following features: Remote Start, Remote lock/unlock, Remote horn and lights, Vehicle status, Vehicle locate. When Asked if it includes all the mentioned items, her response was "That is correct! she then confirmed that I had indeed activated ONSTAR. Window Stickers have been a car industry standard for over 50 years. If its on the sticker, it is on the car. Car dealer bibles we use to call them. You ask most any salesman whats on a particular car in their lot they go look at the STICKER. Right? That's not the case with my car. My sticker says I have *3 YEARS REMOTE ACCESS PLAN: ONSTAR & WI-FI CAPABLE, SEE ONSTAR.COM FOR TERMS. No where in the description does it say only part of the remote access plan will work on your car. No notations or disclaimers about the car having to be "equipped". Nothing to let you know as a consumer that this part of your Remote access Plan will not work. It very clearly states that the "Remote access plan" is included in the car for free for 3 years. Then why does my plan not include all the features? You sold me something I don't have! Pretty simple. Here was Leachmans response to this dilema. My salesman Zach Whitemore thought I was attacking him when I questioned why Remote Start didnt work. I just wanted ot know why? Seriously, he told me he couldn't help me and pawned me off to a guy named Greg Weir who made it a point to tell me he was a military man and "we get things done". So, I explained the issue, laid out the facts, and at that point I think Greg knew the facts were on my side. So he told me he would look into it, he would pull the build sheet against the window sticker and get back to me. To this day I have not heard one word. Quiet the sense of honor and duty eh? Not one single person at Leachmann Buick GMC has called and tried to make this right. Not One. I will take my second free oil Change from them and never darken their doorstep again. Bassically boils down to GMC Built a car, that ONSTAR sold a plan for, where nobody botherd to make sure the components of the plan work. And Leachmann's, They just can't be bothered. They got their sale.

Hunt Ford - My beautiful car!!

I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang GT 5.0 from Hunt Ford in Franklin, KY. I live in northern Ohio…read moreso it was about an 8-hour drive but it was totally worth the trip. Hunt Ford gave me a much better deal than all of the other dealerships I called (local and long distance), and the service was 5-star. I had a late-model trade in that was in showroom condition with low miles and wanted top dollar for it. All of the other dealerships were low-balling and, on top of that, their dealer discounts were nothing great. After weeks of searching and calling dealerships, I found the exact Mustang I wanted on cars.com and it was at Hunt Ford, so I called and spoke with salesman Austin Sterchi. After some negotiating, Austin was able to offer me a very generous dealer discount and an acceptable amount for my trade. I drove down a few days later and everything went very smoothly. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and Austin honored the deal we had made on the phone, which he followed up in writing in an email. The whole transaction was as stress-free as it gets. I was due a check for the equity in my trade, which Hunt Ford mailed promptly. They also sent all of the paperwork to my local title bureau in a timely manner. Thanks again to Austin and to Hunt Ford for a 5-star experience.

We are repeat customers of this dealership, which makes this experience especially disappointing…read more We recently returned to purchase a vehicle, and I want to be clear that our salesperson is wonderful. She worked hard for our business, we were happy with the deal, and none of this feedback reflects on her. The problem began in finance. My credit was submitted to multiple lenders. I was only presented with one of those rates and learned about another inquiry through my own credit monitoring. When I questioned it, I made clear that I did not doubt the finance representative's intent to find us the best rate. My concern was that I was not communicated with that multiple applications were being submitted. Instead of acknowledging that concern, I was told told he did nothing wrong, that this was simply how financing worked, that my credit would be fine, and that his intentions were good. My concern was repeatedly minimized and redirected rather than addressed. It took three conversations before I received an apology. I accepted his apology and considered the issue resolved. After we had already completed the purchase, I decided to share the experience with the dealership's Vice President because I believed it was important feedback. I specifically told her I was happy with our salesperson. I was not asking for money, a discount, compensation, special treatment, or for anyone to be punished. I simply wanted leadership to know what had happened and how the situation had been handled. Instead, she told me the finance representative had done nothing wrong and should not have apologized. She told me I was "overthinking" it, that my credit wouldn't be harmed, and questioned why I had even come in to say something. She then told me she wasn't going to "kiss my butt." I had asked her for absolutely nothing. There was also a contradiction regarding the apology. The finance representative had previously told me his boss advised him to apologize. When I relayed that to the Vice President, she said she had not advised him to apologize, but then volunteered that "he's not a liar." I had never accused him of lying. I was simply repeating what I had been told. The conversation deteriorated as she repeatedly interrupted me. At one point, she and my husband were both talking over each other and getting louder, and I asked both of them to stop getting loud because the conversation was not productive. I also told her repeatedly she was not allowing me to finish a sentence. The Vice President began forcefully slamming items into her bag as she prepared to leave. She told me to leave her office. As I left, I told her to have a good afternoon. She responded that she "wouldn't now." With that level of aggression from a leader, my husband rebutted with "Good." Again, we had already purchased the vehicle. I wasn't trying to renegotiate our deal or get anything from the dealership. I was a repeat customer attempting to communicate a negative experience because I believed leadership should know about it. Our salesperson deserves credit for earning our business again. Unfortunately, there will not be a third purchase from this dealership because of how my concerns were handled by both finance and dealership leadership.u

"Serious Transmission Issue", So important, read this before you decide dealing with this…read moredealership because you will change your mind." 5 months ago I saw a post in Facebook for a vw cc 2010 car. I texted this dealer to ask if that car has any minor or major issues at all and he confirmed that the car is good and has completely nothing in it 100% and he kept confirming that it has nothing in it. However, I decided to inspect it my self and see. While driving it I felt like the car was having a difficulty taking off and it felt there is something wrong. So I asked him to take it for inspection to Honda dealership Bowling Green the next day they are available at around 8 am. So, I went there in the morning at 7:30 and was surprised that the car was dropped off there by his dad at around 7:00 and they told the Honda service agent to do a simple used car inspection, which contradicts with what I have the appointment for when I reserved the appointment. On top of that, after the service I got a hand written report instead of a computer written and signed report, which also was weird. The service agent confirmed that the car has nothing expect battery needs to be changed and the front tires need to be switched to the other direction. Nonetheless, I have bought the car thinking that these types of problems are easy to deal with after I asked the dealer to fix them. But once I bought it and everything, only the second I turned on the car and put it on the reverse and wash shocked that the car won't go back and won't shift. So I turned it off and then on and what happened it started to go forward but only on one gear, the first gear. I talked to this guy, this dealership I bought from and he is like don't "be rude to me or I am not gonna help you." I realized that he lied to me and gave me a car with a bad transmission. He started delaying, ignoring my calls and texts sometimes and making excuses all the time and pretending that he didn't know about the problem. Not only that but also, before all that happened when I bought the car unaware if the problem he said I gave you 5starts in Facebook, so you know what to give me, which he means that I should give him 5 stars in Facebook as an excellent dealer and I did cuzz I never thought that he lied to me and the car has a transmission issue until like the second day after I bought the car and rated him in Facebook as an excellent seller. And that's what he does to all people so he can get a very nice review before people realize that They had a bad purchase from him. So please be carful and expect the worst if you give him a trust.
