Our negotiations/deal went smoothly because of Scott and the entire staff, this was important as I was 5+ hours away and delivery was going to be during Thanksgiving week. Bought my f150 from hunt ford a couple years ago they are the only one that services our vehicles half way into the oil change the belly pan which covers your oil pan has to be removed to change the oil was driving down the interstate heard a terrible noise realized after pulling over the front of the belly pan screws had came out which cause the belly pan to drag the interstate and flipped completely backwards after arriving home checked it the two back screws where holding so I removed the back screws to remove the belly pan noticed that the two back screws looked like they never had a wrench on them it appears that they dropped the front screws enough to change the oil while bending the belly pan down from the front nevertheless my front screws should have never came out discussed it with hunt ford the very next day after several calls and visits to hunt ford I get a response a week later that it's not covered under my warranty which is understandable if I had been the one changing my oil but because of their negligence to make sure my bolts are properly secured I'm told that they will not cover the replacement belly pan been doing business with them for over 20 years this is the last strike will not do business with them again (this is not the only issue that I have had with hunt ford) even sent pictures that they requested still waiting on a phone call from the owner of hunt ford sad I had to leave one star but had to in order to leave a review read more

I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang GT 5.0 from Hunt Ford in Franklin, KY. I live in northern Ohio so it was about an 8-hour drive but it was totally worth the trip. Hunt Ford gave me a much better deal than all of the other dealerships I called (local and long distance), and the service was 5-star. I had a late-model trade in that was in showroom condition with low miles and wanted top dollar for it. All of the other dealerships were low-balling and, on top of that, their dealer discounts were nothing great. After weeks of searching and calling dealerships, I found the exact Mustang I wanted on cars.com and it was at Hunt Ford, so I called and spoke with salesman Austin Sterchi. After some negotiating, Austin was able to offer me a very generous dealer discount and an acceptable amount for my trade. I drove down a few days later and everything went very smoothly. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and Austin honored the deal we had made on the phone, which he followed up in writing in an email. The whole transaction was as stress-free as it gets. I was due a check for the equity in my trade, which Hunt Ford mailed promptly. They also sent all of the paperwork to my local title bureau in a timely manner. BEWARE OF FRAUD IF PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. Does not even deserve 1 star but I had to give at least one to be able to leave this review. Hunt ford completely screwed my boyfriend over when he purchased his first truck. Was handed a clean car fax report on the truck he purchased which was a dealer demo model, almost brand new from the owner the day he purchased his truck. Pretty sure there was not even 100 miles on the truck when he bought it. As anyone would be after purchasing their first adult vehicle my bf (age 25 at the time) was ecstatic about his truck. He added a leveling kit, tinted the windows, added a bed liner, and kept it clean as a whistle. He started having an issue with the passenger door side lights turning on not long after he bought it and we were pretty confused on why sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't for a new truck. I believe he even called the dealership about the problems he had. Fast forward to the first of the year my boyfriend received another car fax report in the mail for his truck, which showed that this truck had actually been WRECKED with over $10K of damage done to the front passenger side of the truck. No wonder the light kept going out on the passenger side. My boyfriend took the car fax report into the dealership and confronted the owner face to face. The owner pretended to be dumbfounded of the situation even tho he handed my bf the original car fax report and asked my boyfriend what he wanted him to do about it and to send him an email with his proposal, my bf of course wanted to know what the owner thought needed to be done to make it right and received no answer. Til this day we have not heard back from the owner and quite frankly feel that this dealership is the definition of greasy car salesmen trying to rip a hard working young man off just to earn a buck. I'm a fan of local businesses and great customer service and love leaving great reviews for businesses that do a great job. I am not a fan of deception and fraud and felt that other shoppers should be aware of our experience at this dealership. read more

Called to get info on a Superduty F450. The salesman told me that they do not offer the Z Plan on these trucks or any Superduty. For the ones who don't know what a Z Plan is, its for retiree's of Ford Motor Company. What a disgrace that this dealer looks over these persons versus money since the Z Plan is discounted. I have noted to the local UAW to let everyone know about this and not support this dealer. There are other dealers that will support the Z Plan for retiree's. read more

A must try for locals and a good deal to drive to. Extremely professional and helpful. Stopping in just 1 hour before closing they were able to diagnose the problem and get us set with a new water pump. My husband has been looking for a new truck and if we purchase one - he will drive back down as even the sales person was professional and low-key no pressure. What happened? Driving from Tennessee to Ohio our F150 started to make an odd noise and the temp light came on. A stop at a Pilot J resulted in finding Hunt Ford within 5 miles.
