I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian, was on time, called prior, came with shoe covers, quickly identified problems with toilet, gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

It was very clear from how he speaks that he's patient, kind, and professional, and is not looking to take financial advantage over a client's technical ignorance. Within 7 days he sent over a technician named Omar who was very kind, cleanly, and efficient. The first thing he did upon entering my home was put on booties. He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. I'll be working with Electrisource again for future services.

Title: Here's the electrician you have been searching for!…read more We hired MidAtlantic Wiring to install a dedicated outlet and were very impressed. Their communication regarding the project and the expense was clear and direct. They were responsive, on time, professional, courteous, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as discussed with no surprises. They even left the work area cleaner than they found it, and they answered all of our questions at a level that we (non-electricians!) could understand. A reliable electrician is hard to find, and we highly recommend Mid Atlantic Wiring--we will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

They responded almost immediately, scheduled a remote evaluation, quoted a fair price range, and came out to perform the service 2 days later. My home is a bit older, so when we discovered that the wall wasn't going to support the clearance needed to run the wire, they walked me through several alternatives, gave me time to decide, performed the service extremely well, charged me the lower end of the quoted price range, and were on their way 2 hours later. But in cases where negligence or incompetence can be dangerous, I take the time. I hired Andrew to add a new junction box to hang a chandelier in our kitchen. At the time I thought everything worked out great--he came out promptly and did the install while we waited for our fixture to arrive. However, when we prepared to hang the fixture ourselves, I realized he installed an "old work" style box that can't support more than 6lbs and isn't designed for ceiling fixtures. Most people (including me!) would never have known the difference except that I had to switch out another light a few weeks prior and did some research into what equipment I needed. I would expect a licensed electrician to know this, but in good faith I assumed it was a mistake. After a week of texts and phone calls, he finally responded and offered to put in the correct junction box. Then he never showed up for our appointment and quit replying to my messages. That was more than a month ago, so I assume he has no intention of returning. Unless you have the electrical expertise to supervise Andrew's work, I would strongly suggest you hire someone else with more competence and/or integrity. Or be prepared for fixtures to potentially come crashing down on you and your family.

It was after hours, but they came to my rescue anyway. Harrison did an incredible job figuring out the wire was torn up by my idiot dogs and provided me with a list of options for how to go about remedying the situation. I opted for the best choice which was encasing a new wire in PVC pipe and securing it a couple feet up the foundation so the dogs won't risk injury nor my wallet again. This poor guy got here around dinner time and worked away until the job was done, just after midnight. His work looks spectacular and my Heat Pump is back up and running again.
