The dealership is under new ownership and to be honest the old owners (Larry H Miller) seemed totally disinterested in Fiat and it showed in the level of care they provided. I would love to say that we would do business here again but that's not the case. After dealing with the Finance manager a handful of times we will never be back unless she no longer works there. One bad apple ruins this business. After we signed papers for a new Fiat and keeping it for 2 weeks, paying the down payment and "thinking" the deal was completely done.... we get a call from said Finance Manager demanding the car back because the banks weren't approving it"... (things happen, we get it) then told that our down Payment would be given on Thursday or Friday morning.... Friday comes and my husband calls to inquire about it when she is extremely rude saying she will call me(wife) when it's ready... and hangs up when he is in the middle of the sentence. 6 hours later (4 pm) still nothing yet and I called myself and the same thing happens... this time I ask for someone that is actually writing the checks or over her and she says there is no one, and she will call when it's ready and hangs up. I drive there and speak to the Sales manager and he has my check but the accounting department is closed already to even get the bank to verify it at 5.... It was not at all the best experience we have had at a dealership. It was rather frustrating. Customer service is always #1 and if she doesn't enjoy her job then maybe a new career path is best. If you are looking for an honest and thorough mechanic, please go to MaxCore! Even if this is not the closest auto shop to you, or near your neighborhood, this is the place to trust and feel well taken care of. I have to tell you what happened so you can understand how amazing these business owners are! I was driving with my 10y/o son north on the 17, in thick rush hour traffic, headed to Rock Springs. My truck quickly overheated, it notified me and the temp was all of a sudden at 255, then 259! I made my way over to the next exit, Indian School, while hurrying to call my husband so he could navigate me to somewhere that I could cool down and get help. He saw a gas station, then an auto shop not far off the interstate. I made it to the auto shop. My son and I walked in and were greeted by Laura. I explained what happened and asked if I was able to get what I needed. She said, "Let me get Rudy for you". We let the engine cool and ended up chatting with Laura the whole time. What a wonderful human! She was so warm and positive. She clicked with my son, she answered all of his questions and embraced his silliness. Our stress disappeared and we were enjoying our time! When my truck was cool enough, we all went out to investigate. Unfortunately, it was not just a coolant issue. Rudy saw the leaky hoses. He knew I shouldn't continue to drive north and risk a bigger problem happening on the hill. With the kiddo in tow, I took his advice. He put 50/50 coolant/water into my radiator, Laura hugged my son and I, and we drove home to Ahwatukee. I had given Laura my business card and she called me a little bit after we got home to make sure we were safe. We made new friends for life last night. Laura, you call me any time! I hope I can help you guys some day the way you and Rudy took such good care of my son and I. Thank you. There ARE wonderful people in this world.
