Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. Am relieved to have it back up and running since it's only a few years old (new from box store). Will definitely be using them in the future for any appliance repairs. Thanks for help :)

The salesman asked my budget (this can sometimes be a trap) but I sensed his sincerity and said around $800. He steered me to the KitchenAid, rated quieter than Bosch, the rack set up was better, and it has the third rack in the top. I made the purchase and was on my way in about 20 minutes, spending less than $1000 for the dishwasher, tax, delivery, installation, and haul away the old one. We have used it for about two weeks and this unit is superior. I am ecstatic with the quiet operation, flexible loading, and the third rack for flatware is great! It took a little while for the unit to be stocked and delivered, but installation went flawlessly.

I have had the most negative experience of my life from start to finish dealing with them. We spent thousands of dollars at their store for an entire brand new kitchen only to have the refrigerator break after a month and a half, not only that, when the appliances were originally delivered two things had to be brought back and replaced because there were dents all over them. The process of trying to get a replacement refrigerator has been an absolute nightmare, and has now been going on for the past three months. I had to practically beg them to give me a loaner refrigerator so that I could keep food in my house in the middle of the summer to feed my family and the craziest part is that this loaner refrigerator has now been in the middle of my living room for two months and nobody from Thayer has even checked in about that. Are they really OK with this level of customer service? Do they even care that I have had their refrigerator in my house for over two months at this point? it has literally started to affect my mental health at this point, and they seem completely oblivious and clueless and don't seem to care to help at all. I would definitely recommend staying away from Thayer appliance and just take your money somewhere more reliable like Home Depot or Lowe's. I cannot stress this enough, this has gone on for so long unresolved that now we are just buying a new refrigerator at Home Depot and letting them take away the broken one.
