He's now been bitten by another dog twice in past year. Staff didn't notice the incident either time it happened. First time, they did find the bite during a body check, and watched a video of the play area to see what happened and saw a German shepherd bite my dog "for no apparent reason." Said they'd keep the two dogs separated if they were there at the same time again. This time they never found the pretty sizable bite (or opted to not tell me about it). I discovered it the next day, and vet confirmed it was a dog bite so it had to happen there as he's an only dog. Asked Staff to watch video to see what happened and was told they no longer have cameras so no way to determine what dog bit him this time. We won't be returning. They seem to no longer be doing a good job of screening out dogs that don't have the right temperament for daycare and/or doing a good job of supervising the dogs.

Obsessive crate times…read more I am able to watch the cameras for two of my friends fur babies. I have tracked and noted each crated times and supplied them to the friends so that it can be addressed. Once it was brought up to the staff, their fur babies have not been crated. Staff informed of the 'crated' times and why: * 5 minutes if acting up (like a timeout) * 12pm - 2pm during lunch / camera off Which is completely understandable. I have noted a number of other fur babies being crated for long periods of time and I feel so bad for them. This is why I want to 'share' so that each owner can monitor the fur babies. Most of the staff, I feel, genuinely like canines. I can appreciate that a large group of canines can be overwhelming. That said, it should not be acceptable to crate them. My hope is that this will prompt additional owners to watch the webcams and monitor their fur babies. I am also hopeful that this will be taken as 'constructive / teachable' for the staff. This is why '3' stars not '5'. 5.20.2022 - updated with photos, poor fur babies that have been in the crate longer than the time allowed, it is a large number of fur babies, maybe shorten the number allowed so that the fur babies don't have to be crated. 5.24.2022 - updated with two photos, again of fur babies being crated long period of time.
