My main criticism is the reporting. For the price ($365), I expected more than a checklist and a raw diagnostic scan. An executive summary with the inspector's overall impression ("buy," "buy after repairs," etc.) and a brief explanation of the significant findings would have made the report much more useful. As it stands, I had to interpret most of the information myself and follow up with questions afterward. Communication could also be improved. There were a couple of times when I was told I would receive a phone call that never came. I understand schedules get busy, but I appreciate updates when expectations are set. Overall, I would use them again because I believe the inspection itself was solid, but I hope they continue improving the quality of the final report and communication.

My car suddenly wouldn't start unless jumped and was making a disgusting scraping noise so I decided to try to find a mobile mechanic so I wouldn't have to drive it to a shop. I am SO happy I went this route bc I will now be using Wilson's mobile for all future car problems moving forward. The owner, Ethan, is extremely knowledgable, honest, trustworthy, and great at explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand for people like me who know next to nothing about cars--I actually learned some things in the process.
